I signed into Snogify which is allegedly a dating site where you buy coins to talk to people (either male or female)
At first sight it all looks very professional and exciting but then, as time goes by you realise that the person (Lady) you are chatting to who says they live locally, never wants to chat off site, ie by email, text etc. Always excuses about safety. So I chatted for many weeks to a 'lady' who maintained she lived locally but I gradually became suspicious as she started to make mistakes about local things.
Then I went on holiday, didn't use the site for some weeks and found I had been chucked off.
Signed on again with different email and found the woman I had been talking to and explained and the next day my original profile had been reinstated. She said the had complained to Snogify and they had agreed to do it. Strange I thought.
Anyway to cut a long and expensive story short, I re joined under a different name and gave my location as the other side of the country. Low and behold, the same woman turned up with a different name now living locally to where I was pretending to be!
So I played along for a couple of days and then revealed and within minutes had been chucked off.
So Gents. Here is the warning. DONT use Snogify. it is a scam. Most of the profiles are fake. They are what Snogify call 'site moderators' Snogify pay them (a small amount) to create multiple profiles and encourage men to engage in long term chats pretending to be local and genuine thereby making the site money.
Snogify are difficult to track down as they have servers all over Europe and south America. They are a Panama registered company. They are NOT a dating sit, They ARE a SCAM.

No, don't work for them, just became suspicious about the things she was saying and making mistakes about the locality, then realised that if you log in showing another location, her, along with a substantial number of profiles also change their locations, ie I logged in as living in Scotland and there she was, same name, same picture, same profile but now living in Scotland too and working now in a bank...and so it went on as one logged in using different locations around the country. Yes I am bitter because before I wised up I had been scammed out of over £900. But it is the site /owners in Latvia I am tracking down and having (legal) discussions with, not the individuals

You seem to think you know a lot about how it works on that site. Sounds like you work for the site is what you are claiming to do? Or maybe she wasn't interested and then you decided to keep harassing her!

westy2 had virtually the same problem I had, i've been exchanging emails with Alexander Grabenkamp who is the project manager for Snogify. He was evasive but when I asked him if the person I was speaking to for nearly 4 months was a moderator his reply was.."Bootz may well be a moderator, yes" ..she has a profile in Glasgow and West Sussex, one of their golden rules is more than one profile gets you deleted from the site, she still has two profiles

I'm having exactly the same problem. This 1 girl (Supposedly) i've been chatting to will refuse to chat off site, for exactly the same reasons. Thankfully i haven't spent that much on there, but i don't think i'll be spending any more money on there

Hi I have only just come across this, snogify has got to be the best thing that has ever happened to me, I am not sure why it even has a complaints board if I am honest, I had been talking to a man on snogify, who is now my fiance. we were talking for about 8 months when we finally got the nerve to meet each other, we now go out every weekend seeing each other every day and he even helps me with my kids, who adore him. he will be moving in with me in March and we are due to get married in July.
I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and a big thumbs up. as for the rest of the complaints, well all I can say is if you don't like it then leave it, you obviously are trying to rush these ladies, therefore pushing them away, . anyway thank you snogify, keep it up

Suggesting to someone that it would be better to talk on snapchat where it's completely free is not rushing them. It's saving both sides money - if we dont like each other .. Just block me right?
Not for these scammers they find some weird excuses. anyway goood try scammer

In my personal opinion, snogify.com is a scam, I have been chatting too a few women who suppose to be also in Ireland, they have naked pictures of them self's, which is no bad thing, but chatting for several weeks & technically talking about sex ect... But on other dating sites after a few weeks chatting online, we'd meet for a Coffee ect... But with the women on snogify, don't want to meet, or exchange emails or phone numbers... The messages via snogify, are so pricey & it's just making money for the owners of snogify.com... Regards Irish_Tony

The site is obviously a scam. Thankfully I quickly realised that just after joining for a couple of hours, it's one of those that even though you know in your bones that it's fake it is very difficult to prove. I became suspicious when all 10 girls I messaged after joining messaged straight back within minutes and were all flirting with me. This never happens in genuine dating apps unless you are Brad pitt or Denzel. Even if you are that good you'll get maybe 5 not all 10. When I raised concerns about the app to the girls as a test all 10 of them had pretty similar points to quickly put in defense of the app. I mean all 10. Also when I suggested chatting on a free but still anonymous messaging app they all had similar stories of bad experiences in the past. Almost as if they were all reading the responses from the same script.
I'm putting in a refund request for my £35 spent. The site needs to go down. Anyone giving positive feedback is obviously on their payroll.

Complete scam I had emailtonight so straight out said this site is a scam so welcome. If want to talk let's use free things. Straight away got hostile and doesn't want to talk. I'm paranoid and need help. Lol. Gutted as liked the pic profile hoped it may be a real person for once but no willnot come away from the costs to talk go else where Plenty of fish is real girls and boys

IT IS A SCAM. AND IT IS A FACT. I Feel reallyyyy stupid for topping up the first £10 :D It took like 2 messages for me to realize its a scam.
No girl that seeks sex online will spend her money on chatting other than just sending a message with her snapchat-->than chatting for free right?
Anyway it taught me a lesson to be less naive. The women(or men?) that chat there are really fun to speak to though, I wish people like that existed on normal dating sites. Arivedercii

I think you guys just had a bad luck. I signed up like 3 weeks ago and I already had a date with a woman I really like. We're both from London and we're having a second date next Friday. I don't know what else to tell you! Better luck next time and try to keep it in your pants you perverts.

I agree mate and hope it worked out between you 2. Not sure why they write stuff like this though. Think people have gone completely bonkers nowadays or might as well be some paranoid sex addicts haha. its a shame really

Don't know about you lads, but I got lucky there, been with my girl for 2 years now and I got quite surprised when I saw that you are labeling Snogify as a scam. Maybe some of you should get a mirror first and then when you realize that you are not that good looking maybe try to message a lady that's similar to you. ;) Good luck!

Just saw this and felt like i should say something. Have used snogify for about 6 months, chatted to 4 or 5 girls til i fell in love with this gorgeous lady that im seeing now. Some of them didn’t want to meet me or give out their contacts, but that reasonable and doesn’t make site a scam lol. You people should not piss on it if you didn’t get laid, it’s not a sex or porn site anyway. cheers

Definitely a scam site. Got messages as soon as I signed up. Now I'm a good looking [censored]er but even on tinder and bumble and pof i dont find it that easy.
