Last week I was billed for 49.99$ which I don't have any Idea about. The Merchant shows Solnetworks so I called their support. I was so pissed, I don't know who this company is and I have no idea why I was charged this amount. I sent an email to clarify and stop further billing but I wasn't able to wait that's why Later that day, I called their customer support and a representative who I forgot the name explained that it happened because of the activated automatic monthly membership renewal that I preauthorized on my previous monthly subscriptions on my zendate account, then I checked it in my account's terms and the charges reflects solnetworks and i realized I missed that part. OMG it was my fault I did not read it before. I feel sorry because I lose my patience but later on realized I should always read Terms and Policy. Thank you for clarifying this for me. In the end, I decided to use the membership because I liked a girl in zendate already but asked the customer service to cancel next renewal because i like to do it my time next time. Thaat's it Thanks!
