Ok, so for approximately 2 weeks now I have been trying to withdrawl winnings, and I keep getting an internal error pop up, which also says to contact customer service. I have reached out numerous times and I got one reply back asking me about a chargeback. I replied back stating that yes my husband did accidentally file but anything that might have come to their attention has since been cancelled. I never heard back from that email nor the additional emails regarding this individual topic. I have received reply’s to other emails about other subjects though. I do find it Peculiar that they have no problem accepting my payments to add more funds to the game, however when it comes time for me wanting to cash back out a mere fraction compared to what I spend, I have to jump through hoops. I have actually been waiting so long that there has been 4 other times I’ve wanted to cash out and ended up spending all the money on other games because it was just sitting there so long. Right now I want to withdrawl my $164 balance and I can’t even do that without problems. First off $30 of it is coming up as bonus money which isn’t even true. I bought a ridiculous amount of cash today and used towards tournaments so when I was at a $4 balance and won $160 on a tournament costing $70 (profit was actually only $90) it should have all $164 been available but they always find ways to swap legit cash funds and say it’s bonus cash. I don’t even care at this point, I honestly just want them to give me the $130 available funds at this point.
