Mixed Feelings About Solutionreach
As someone who has been using Solutionreach for a while now, I have to admit that my experience has been quite mixed. On one hand, the platform offers some great features like customizable automated messages and appointment reminders. However, I have faced significant challenges with their customer service. There have been instances where the product did not work as expected, and getting support was a nightmare. The lack of responsiveness and delays in resolving issues have been frustrating. While Solutionreach has its benefits, the overall experience has left me feeling unsure about continuing with their services.
Wonderful System!
I have now used Solutionreach at 2 different practices and absolutely love it! It's an easy way to send out reminders/recalls and stay in touch with our patients! They have such a wide range of pre-generated Newsletters to chose from for almost any occasion! Their customer service is outstanding and have never not been able to help me! I would recommend Solutionreach to everyone!
Time Saver!
Before Solution Reach, I had to find time for the tasks that aren't pressing, but are important, such as patient reminders, and reaching out to those who should be coming in for an appointment. SolutionReach has saved me SO much time! They also send out Happy Birthday texts and/or em-mails to our patients, which is a nice touch! I have been very pleased with the results we have gotten from SolutionReach. I recommend them!
-
Pros
- Comprehensive Patient Engagement
- Robust Appointment Reminders
- Streamlined Practice Management
- Customizable Communication Tools
- Detailed Analytics & Reporting
-
Cons
- Limited International Presence
- Integration Complexity with EHRs
- Potentially High Cost for Small Practices
- Steep Learning Curve for New Users
Great platform very robust
I have used all the platforms out there and Solutionreach is the most customizable one of all. Not only are the appointments in google realtime but they map the route for the patients to get to ny practice. I can quick fill appointments when someone canceles last minute, birthday messages are great b cause it's a video of my staff. This has saved my staff a lot of time and energy and allows them to do more important things than try and confirm appointments
Literally LOVE this company!
I have been working with Solutionreach for several years now and I have nothing but excellent things to say. I would probably max out the character limit if I even tried. The customer service is like no other. This product has changed everything about the way we communicate with our patients! We have literally lost 3 employees over the time since we have implemented this product and we did not need to hire anyone to replace them due to having this amazing tool!
Amazing system that has allowed our office to save both time and money!
Our office started using Solution Reach in 2013 after using two other products that were advertised to do what SR does. One did not last the trial period and the next we did sign up with; however, we were able to get out of our contract due to the fact they were unable to deliver on all of the promised services. Since we have been with SR it has made a HUGE impact on the efficiency and time management in our office, not to mention cut costs for us when it comes to purchasing post cards, stamps, and employee time to process each recall or notification needed.
Incredible Tech To Serve your Dental Patients
I am really blown away by the level of service SolutionReach has offered our practice top to bottom. Starting with our sales rep, to initial onboarding, and now creating newsletters and really teaching us how to leverage SolutionReach technology to assist serving and communicating with our patients to increase our practice efficiencies. In this day and age, we are finding more and more patients want the option to communicate with text messaging and this is just one of the many solutions SolutionReach has provided us. Additionally, the surveys and convenient way to send FB and Google reviews to our patients will continue to help us grow our online presence.
My Experience with SolutionReach: A Rollercoaster Ride with a Happy Ending
Hey there, just wanted to give you all an update on my experience with SolutionReach. Let me tell you, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I've had two different case managers and even had to switch technicians at one point. But, I'm happy to report that things have really turned around and I'm impressed with the improvements in their customer service.
My current case manager is great. She checks in with me regularly and is always on top of any issues or concerns I have. And my technician is a real pro - she's quick to respond and always gets my problems fixed within a day or two. It's a relief to finally have a team that knows what they're doing and doesn't make me feel like I'm starting from scratch every time I call.
I'm not sure what caused all the staffing changes, but I'm glad that I ended up with these two women. They've been super helpful and really seem to care about their clients. I would definitely recommend SolutionReach to others, but just be aware that your experience may depend on who your case manager is.
Overall, I'm happy with the service I've received and feel like SolutionReach is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable customer engagement platform. I can't give them a perfect score because of the frustrating process I had to go through to get to this point, but I'm hopeful that they'll continue to improve and provide even better service in the future.
Beware of Solutionreach: Poor Training, Hidden Fees, and Terrible Customer Service
Solutionreach is a company that has been around for quite some time now, and I have to say that it's not the worst out there. However, I do have some concerns about their service, training, and account managers. We've been using their services for about eight years now, and I have to say that we've never received any training on new features or updates. It's frustrating because when we go looking for something new, we find out that they've already released all these new features and updates that we had no idea about. They might have sent a generic email about them a few months ago, but who has time to read all those emails?
To make matters worse, when we asked to cancel our contract, they told us that we would have to pay over $2500 to get out of it. We had no idea that we were renewing our contract, and it's just not fair to stick a small business with such a hefty bill, especially during these tough times. It's downright disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them if this is how they treat their customers.
If you're looking for the latest and greatest technology for your practice, I wouldn't recommend looking to Solutionreach. They might come up with some new features, but you'll never know about them until it's too late. It's just not worth the hassle.
UPDATE: I did receive a request a few weeks ago for my contact information so that they could resolve the issue, but I haven't heard anything back from them since then. It's terrible customer service, and it just shows that they don't really care about their customers.
Solutionreach: A Nightmare Experience That Cost Me Patients and Revenue
So, I had a pretty bad experience with Solutionreach. My office staff accidentally signed a 3-year contract for both of my offices, which was a huge mistake. One day, my less busy office relocated to a new location and the software misinformed all of my patients that both locations had moved to the new place! It was a complete disaster. We tried to fix the error, but it just kept happening again and again. They didn't even apologize or offer any monetary compensation for the damage they caused.
As a result, I lost countless patients and a lot of revenue. My loyal patients called my office and asked if both of my locations had moved, and we had to explain the mistake to them. Many patients simply looked for another practice and never came back. I paid Solutionreach to increase my patients, not ruin my practice!
I couldn't get out of the contract and had to wait until it expired. They wouldn't even lower their monthly fees, even though I was a member of a buying group that could have saved me $200 per month. I was paying almost $800 for both offices every month! They just sucked me into their nasty contracts and wouldn't let go. It's horrible to do business with them because they have the worst customer service.
I would never go back to Solutionreach. They are not worth the hassle and the damage they caused to my practice. I hope others can learn from my mistake and avoid doing business with them.
Disappointing Experience with SR Conversations: Delayed Connections and Poor Customer Service
SR Conversations has been a major disappointment for us since we added it to our SR package back in November. We've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix the issues we've been experiencing. We've tried everything from reinstalling the software to updating our operating system, but nothing seems to work. The delay in connecting to the server is absolutely ridiculous, sometimes taking up to 30 minutes per message. We've had to constantly shut down and restart both the app and browser version of SR Convo just to see any texts. It's clear that this product was not ready for release and was pushed out prematurely.
To make matters worse, when we called the company today, we found out that they've turned off their phones so no one can reach anyone at the company directly. This has forced us to use their "Chat" option, which takes an excruciatingly long time to connect, only to be told for the hundredth time that their engineers are "working on it". It's frustrating to pay for a program that we can barely use, and we haven't received any compensation for the issues we've been experiencing.
It's ironic that a company that claims to be focused on "revolutionizing relationships" is actually dissolving relationships with their customers. We're actively looking for another PRM software provider because we can't continue to deal with these issues.
As we were looking into other options, we stumbled upon some recent reviews of Solutionreach on Glassdoor. It's not surprising to see that the company is imploding. We feel terrible for their other long-time customers and their employees. It's clear that Solutionreach has some serious issues that need to be addressed if they want to stay in business.
SolutionReach: The Game-Changer for Our Practice - A Review
We've been using SolutionReach since January 2012, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for our practice. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn close. The best part? We've saved so much time with their automated messaging and recalls. It's like having an extra staff member who never sleeps! And the best part? We've been able to bring back patients who haven't seen us in over a decade. That's right, a decade!
We've been adding their new features as they come out, and let me tell you, they're always on the cutting edge. We use SR Communications with great success. Our patients love that they can text us to ask questions or schedule appointments. I mean, who has time to call these days? If you're not texting your patients, you're missing out.
We haven't used their SR Schedule (because we use one directly from our PMS), but we've heard good things. And let me tell you, we've had some issues with other software companies' customer support, but not with SolutionReach. We've been using them for six years, and we haven't had any significant issues with their support. Sure, there have been times when they've called us to let us know SR isn't syncing, but they've always been able to resolve the issue within a day.
And let me tell you, SolutionReach is always on top of things. They're constantly issuing webinars and posting updates to their engagement platform to make sure we know about any and all updates and features available. And thanks to them, we have over 400 positive reviews published.
Overall, we're thrilled with SolutionReach and look forward to many more years of success with them. If you're not using them, you're missing out!
Disappointing Customer Service and Software Bugs: My Experience with Solutionreach
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Solutionreach. Their customer service is a real pain in the butt! It's like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone over there. And get this, they don't even have a phone number to call! Can you believe that? If you need help with something, you gotta go to their website, log in, find the support page, and then wait for someone to show up on the chat. And let me tell you, that can take a while. Then you gotta give them all your info, request a phone call, and wait some more. And when you finally get someone on the phone, they're usually not even the right person to help you! They just transfer you to someone else and you gotta start all over again. It's a real headache, let me tell you.
And don't even get me started on the software itself. It's got more bugs than a roach motel. Every time I turn around, there's some new problem I gotta deal with. And when I call Solutionreach to get help, it's like they don't even care. They just wanna get me off the phone as quickly as possible. It's not productive at all.
I mean, I get that they're trying to save money by not having a phone support team, but come on! This chat-only support thing is a real letdown. They should know better. I'm really disappointed in Solutionreach. They need to step up their game if they wanna keep customers like me.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication with Solutionreach
I've been with my office for almost a year now and recently received a call from Solutionreach, asking about their service. The representative asked for a previous employee who had been let go over a year ago, which was a bit confusing. I asked what type of business they had and why they were calling. The representative told me that we were "active," but couldn't provide any further information. I asked if we had been getting charged, but she didn't know. She directed me to call our account representative for more information.
After waiting on hold for a while, I finally spoke with a representative who seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. She told me that there had been a request to close out the account back in July of 2016, but it hadn't been done. I asked if they could shut down the account now, since they hadn't done it when requested and we hadn't received any service in over a year. The representative wasn't very helpful and offered to transfer me to another representative if I had more questions.
Eventually, I spoke with a representative named Cole who was able to help me close out the account. It was frustrating to deal with Solutionreach's poor customer service and lack of communication. It's ridiculous that they can have an account active for over a year without providing any service or reaching out to the customer. I'm glad they called today so I could finally discontinue the contract.
Overall, my experience with Solutionreach was not a positive one. Their customer service was lacking and they seemed annoyed by my questions. I wouldn't recommend this company to others based on my experience.
Beware of Solution Reach: Terrible Customer Service and Shady Business Practices
I recently took over as the office manager for a company that was in contract with Solution Reach. I had never used their services before and was immediately unhappy with the service. The previous reviews were right, it was impossible to speak to anyone on the phone when I needed help. The chat for help took FOREVER, and they were NOT helpful at all. I asked a representative to help me design a flyer for a whitening special, he remotely accessed my desktop, and proceeded to sit there and watch me struggle for over an hour designing it without offering any help.
To make matters worse, I found out that we were being charged extra per month for 9 months for a chat capability with our patients that we were never trained on and never used. I immediately cancelled that feature, only to open an invoice last week and find the charge again! I requested a copy of our contract to be sent over and inquired as to when our contract would be up. I was told our contract was up on 7/16/18 and they emailed over a copy of the contract. I immediately chose another company and gave them 2 weeks written notice that we would not be renewing our contract.
However, things took a turn for the worse when I received an email from Solution Reach stating that an additional contract had been found committing us to them for another year! The email also stated that if we did not honor this additional contract, we would be charged 80% of $3887.00. The representative did say that he would accept $1200 due to the fact that the additional contract was not sent over with the original. The addendum to the contract he sent over had an electronic signature on it, but the Dr did NOT sign it and had no knowledge of it!
The whole situation is very shady, and I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they seem to be trying to scam their customers into staying with them. Stay away from Solution Reach!
Disappointing Experience with Solutionreach: Unresponsive Customer Service and Broken Features
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Solutionreach. I've been a loyal customer for about 5 years now, and everything was going great until December 2021. That's when our online appointment scheduler just stopped working. And let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare trying to get them to fix it. I mean, we had to make so many phone calls just to get someone to call us back. And even then, it was always just an operator who couldn't actually help us.
We kept getting the runaround, with them saying that the case manager would call us back, but they never did. And they promised twice that the manager would call us, but they never did. I mean, how do you drop the ball twice like that? It's just ridiculous.
And then they kept saying that it was our Open dental software's problem, so we had to connect them to our dental software support and pay a $150 support fee. But when we did that, our Open dental software support said it wasn't their problem at all.
It's been 4 months now, and they still haven't been able to fix their basic online scheduling. And to make matters worse, their reviews invitation function doesn't work either! We called them about it, and they just gave us the same old runaround about how their "engineers" will work on it. But it's been over a month now, and we still haven't heard anything.
Honestly, I'm just waiting for our contract to end this September so we can get away from them. They've really gone downhill with their lack of basic computer competency and responsiveness. I mean, they can't even fix their main features, which are online scheduling and review invitations. It almost feels like they're scammers or something.
So yeah, I would definitely recommend staying away from Solutionreach. Trust me, you'll thank me for the warning.
Frustrating Customer Service and Product: My Experience with SolutionReach
This company, SolutionReach, is one of the most frustrating vendors I have ever dealt with. Their customer service team is absolutely terrible. When I signed up, the sales team promised me that I would have a dedicated representative to help me with any issues that came up during my contract. However, once the 90-day trial period was over, I was handed off to a tech who was completely unresponsive. She never answered my emails or phone calls, and she didn't seem to know anything about the software system.
When I tried to use the SR Schedule feature, it was a complete disaster. The tech spent over 10 hours trying to figure out why the sync wasn't working, and I couldn't do any work while she was remoted into my computer. To make matters worse, she stepped away from her desk for over an hour to deal with a "personal emergency" without telling me, so I was stuck waiting for her to come back. When she finally did, she apologized and escalated the issue to a programmer, who was able to fix it in a few hours. However, the feature still doesn't work properly, and I've had to contact customer service multiple times to try to get it fixed.
I'm currently trying to add another location to my contract so that I can send appointment reminders to our patients, but it's been two weeks and nothing has been done. The tech has emailed me twice asking to set up a time to connect, but nothing has happened yet.
In addition to the terrible customer service, the product itself is also very frustrating to use. The sales team doesn't accurately reflect how it works, and it takes a lot of personal effort and time to get anything done. I've had issues with syncing, scheduling, reminders, and recalls/collection information. Instead of releasing so many different product lines, I wish they would focus on just a few and make them work properly.
Overall, I would not recommend SolutionReach to anyone. It's a headache to deal with, and there are better products on the market.

Do Not Use This Company
This company has one of the worst customer service teams I have ever used with a third-party vendor. The sales team assured me that I would be assigned a representative to address any customer service issues I had for the duration of my contract. After the 90 day trial period, I was handed off to a tech that rarely responded to emails, picked up my phone calls, or had any useful knowledge about the software system. When I wanted to go live with the SR Schedule feature, it took 10+ hours of the tech trying to figure out why the sync wasn't going through from our PM for the schedules to upload on SolutionReach. Because she was remoted into the my computer, I was unable to do any work while they attempted to resolve the issue. In the middle of one of those remote sessions, the tech stepped away for over an hour to handle a "personal emergency" and did not notify me that she was leaving her desk so that I could use my computer! When she finally came back she messaged me through the remote and apologized for stepping away for so long. Finally, she decided to escalate the issue to a programmer and he was able to resolve it within a few hours. The entire process was frustrating, exhausting, and time-consuming. The feature to this day still does not work properly despite multiple forms of contact to the customer service team and meeting with their customer service assessment team to leave my feedback. In fact, the assessment team was more interested in bouncing off ideas they had about the SR product with me rather than fixing the issues that I was experiencing.
I am currently trying to get an additional location added to my contract for the appointment reminders to go out to our patients. It has been two weeks since I made the request and nothing has been accomplished. The tech emailed me twice asking to set up a time to connect so that she could complete the sync, to which I promptly responded with dates and times for when I would be available for the remote.
Aside to the customer service, the sales team does not accurately reflect how their product works and you have to invest a lot of personal effort and time to use SolutionReach for anything other than appointment reminders. Personally, I have had issues with SR syncing with our PM system, the SR schedule not working for some of my office locations, appointment reminders not going out on time, and SR not pulling correct information to send out recalls/collection information. Instead of releasing so many product lines, I wish they would focus on one or two and actually make them work. This company is a headache to deal with and I would recommend that you continue searching for other products on the market.
Terrible Service, Bad Software, and Poor Management - Not Worth the Money
This company is not good at all. I really don't recommend it. The service is terrible, the software is bad, and the management is not good. It's not worth the money you pay for it. We had a technical issue and it took them over a month to call us back. By the time they called us back, we had already found a better company. They had our contract on auto-renew and I asked them to take it off only for the date it ended. But they cancelled our whole service before it was even up. It's been phone tag all day and they're laughing at us. It's really bad. They send texts for appointments that don't even exist and they have no idea where they come from. It's just awful.
Disappointing Experience with Solution Reach: Upgrade Mess, Contract Issues, and Patient Complaints
Been using Solution Reach for a while now and I gotta say, it's not the best. We decided to upgrade our services with them, but it was a total mess. They couldn't get it to sync with our software, and it was just a headache. We ended up cancelling the upgrade, but now we have patients complaining that they're not getting their text reminders. It's a real bummer.
We tried to cancel our services altogether, but apparently we're in a contract until 2024? That's crazy! We never would have signed up for that long. We were always told that we could go month to month. And get this, if we cancel now, we have to pay like $3000! That's insane! We've been talking to an account rep, but honestly, I feel like they're just trying to bully us into staying.
Overall, I'm not super impressed with Solution Reach. It's been a hassle and a headache. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Warning: SolutionReach's Fraudulent Billing Practices - Stay Away!
So, I recently had an experience with SolutionReach and let me tell you, it was not a good one. I had signed up for their services for a 30-month contract and then renewed it for another year. However, when I decided to cancel the service, they continued to bill me monthly for services that were not even active anymore! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they claimed that they had renewed the contract secretly without my authorization and that it was acceptable. What kind of fraud is that?
I tried to talk to Cody, who is supposedly a manager, about removing the errant charges, but he claimed that there was no one higher up than him to handle it. And when I asked for a refund for the fraudulent billing, he claimed that he was inept to handle it. I mean, come on, what kind of customer service is that?
I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. It seems like they are resorting to a hostage situation with their clients and won't be around for much longer. Shareholders, beware! And everyone else, stay away! Their fraudulent and unauthorized billing practices are just not worth the hassle.
Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support: My Experience with Solutionreach
However, I must say that my experience with Solutionreach was not a pleasant one. The service was never working properly and our patients were not happy with it. It was a constant headache trying to get it to function properly.
To make matters worse, when we decided to cancel our services with them, they continued to call us and try to collect payment for services they failed to provide. It was frustrating and unprofessional. It seemed like all they cared about was collecting money, not providing quality service to their customers.
Their customer service was also terrible. Whenever we had an issue, it took forever to get a response and even longer to get it resolved. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any kind of help from them.
I would not recommend Solutionreach to anyone. They are not worth the headache and frustration. However, I will say that after months of back and forth, they did finally reach out to us to try and make things right. We were able to come to an amicable resolution, but it doesn't change the fact that our experience with them was less than satisfactory.
Misleading and Disappointing: Our Experience with Solution Reach Medical Software Services
Solution Reach is a company that offers medical software services. We were excited to try their scheduling feature, which was recommended to us by one of their salespeople. However, we were disappointed to find out that the scheduling feature did not exist. We were also told that the software would be compatible with our other medical software, but this turned out to be untrue as well. We have been in contract with Solution Reach for one year now, and we feel like we have been misled.
The first few months of our contract, we contacted Solution Reach about the issues we were having. They told us that they could fix the issue, but they never did. Now, our contract has auto-renewed, and we are stuck with a service that does not meet our needs. When we contacted Solution Reach about canceling our service, we were told that we could not do anything about it unless we wanted to buy out at 20% off. This was frustrating, as we feel like we were misled into signing a contract that does not meet our needs.
To make matters worse, our original salesperson was gone about a month into our contract. When we contacted our new rep about canceling the service, they laughed at us on the phone. We were shocked and disappointed by this response. When we asked Kris P. about the services that we were promised, he laughed and told us that they don't even offer those services. This was a terrible experience, and we feel like we have been treated poorly by Solution Reach.
Overall, we would not recommend Solution Reach to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and we feel like we have been misled into signing a contract that does not meet our needs. We hope that other businesses will be cautious when considering Solution Reach as a service provider.
Disappointing Technical Support: My Experience with Solutionreach
I recently had to cancel our 3 medical office accounts with Solutionreach after being a loyal customer for 4 years. The technical support was beyond frustrating and seemed non-existent. I spent a total of 24 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, for 10 days trying to get the issue resolved. I spoke with 3 case managers and 3 supervisors, but nothing seemed to work. It was only when I finally told them to cancel the accounts that they seemed to care and offered their apologies. They promised to get their best team working on it, but it was too little too late for me. I needed the best team 10 days ago.
To make matters worse, Solutionreach admitted that their current tech support team was poorly trained due to covid. While I understand the challenges that covid has brought, it is not an excuse for poor service. If you can't service your product properly, you can't service my practice. And to add insult to injury, they charged our credit card while all this was going on.
Overall, I would advise anyone to stay away from Solutionreach. They are not the company they used to be and their technical support is severely lacking. It's a shame because we were once happy customers, but now we have to find a new solution for our medical office needs.
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
It is overpriced and under utilized for most offices. THEY HAVE A AUTO RENEW CONTRACT, BEWARE, I did not even know that this was legal. When I called to cancel (14 months after my 2 year contract expired) they told me that I could not get out for another 10 months. They Autorenewed my contract with out my knowledge. They auto renew it every year, I was aware that they had auto renewed it 14 months prior and also again 2 months prior to me trying to cancel service. It is in the fine print day one you sign the contract. I did not even think this is legal. They told me my options were to finish out the 10 months (even though My 2 year contract was up) or pay out 75% of what it would be to get out now. We are talking thousands of dollars here to get out of a contract that I had already lapsed my 2 years and then some. VERY SHADY COMPANY. Burnt once, twice shy.
Solutionreach: Poor Customer Support and Downtime Issues - Look Elsewhere for a Better Vendor
We've been using Solutionreach for a good 7 years now, and let me tell you, it's been a rollercoaster ride. The first time we had a problem, everything just went haywire. We tried reaching out to their customer support, but it was like talking to a brick wall. It took them a whopping 2 weeks just to get back to us, and that's only because we stopped paying. It's like they didn't care about our business at all.
And when they finally did respond, it took them almost 3 months to fix the issues we were having. We had representatives disappearing left and right, claiming they didn't receive our emails or phone calls. It was like we were talking to ghosts.
To make matters worse, their accounting department wouldn't even give us credits for the months of downtime we experienced unless we paid for those months in advance. Can you believe that? They wanted us to pay for months of no service just so they could credit our account. It was like they were trying to scam us or something.
We even tried to escalate the issue to their leadership, but they didn't seem interested in partnering with us at all. It's like they didn't care about our business or our needs.
Honestly, I'm not even sure how they're still in business. It's like they're running a poorly managed Mom and Pop shop. If you're looking for a vendor to partner with, I suggest you look elsewhere. Solutionreach just isn't worth the hassle.
Poor Customer Service and Technical Issues with Solutionreach
I have to say, I had a pretty bad experience with Solutionreach. We've been using them for a while now, ever since our EMR recommended them as a way to text patients about appointments and product pick up and recall. But let me tell you, this service has messed up so many times that it's made us look stupid to our patients and frustrated my staff to no end.
The worst part is that we can never seem to reach a human to resolve these problems. They always want to tie up our computer for hours and then ask us to hire our own IT people to solve it. It's like they don't even realize that we're cloud based, even though we've told them several times.
Our CSR, Jade, is polite enough, but she's clearly just reading from a company script. And when we try to get service after our business hours (which are 8-6 CST), they always tell us they can't provide that. And forget about asking for a supervisor - they always deny us and then disconnect our call.
Honestly, we're just looking for an alternative at this point. It's pretty funny that a "contact company" can't even be reached, don't you think? I mean, maybe they need a competitor to come in and make them do their job.
Stay Away from Solutionreach: Unethical Business Practices and Harassment
We had a pretty bad experience with Solutionreach. We signed up for their service for a year, but after that, we decided to cancel it. I tried to get in touch with our rep several times, but I never got through to him. I always ended up leaving a message on his voicemail. I got really frustrated, so I asked to speak to his supervisor. Unfortunately, he was in a meeting, so I was told he would call me back. But he never did.
The worst part is that even after we cancelled our service, Solutionreach kept calling our office and asking for a payment that we didn't owe them. It was really annoying and stressful for our employees. We tried everything to get them to stop, but they just wouldn't listen.
Honestly, I think Solutionreach should focus more on improving their service instead of trying to scam and harass their customers. If they did that, they might actually have a business worth recommending to others.
In my opinion, you should stay away from this company. They're like an octopus that won't let go once they get their tentacles on you. They use every unethical move they can to keep your business, and it's just not worth it. You'll waste so much time and energy trying to get rid of them.
I know there are some positive reviews out there, but I'm pretty sure they're written by Solutionreach employees. Don't fall for it. The truth always comes out in the end.
My experience with solution reach has been disappointing. They can't walk through a simple form. Lack of customer service. I don't recommend solution reach.
