We made a deal with Catch The Sun, a rep for Southard Solar, in March to put in a solar system on our new crib. We wanted the conduit to go through the attic so it wouldn't look ugly on our new roof. Southard put in the panels in May, but they put the conduit on the roof instead. We've been trying to get them to fix it since then, but they keep saying they'll come out and fix it. Now the rep says they can't put it in the attic because our attic isn't connected to the garage attic. That's not cool, man. All the other companies we talked to said they could put the conduit in the attic. Now we have holes in our roof and soffits that we wouldn't have if they did it like we agreed.
