In early January 2025, I called Southwest Airlines to book a flight to Baltimore. Due to a family emergency and my sister having problems with her knees. I had to pay 158.00 to come home early, and both Alamo and Southwest Vacations/Mark Travel Dynamic have refused to refund the car, Both are saying they dont know where the money is. I booked with Southwest Vacations I was told it was part of Southwest Airlines. Southwest Vacations is using Southwest Airlines logo. Invoice #[protected]
