Space Jam Juice E-Liquied Company and its founders Ripped Us Off. The owners are Crooks and they are in breach of contract!

The purpose of this letter is to exercise my 1st Amendment right and the 5 Individual Liberties within to inform the world of the unethical and unprofessional business practices of SpaceJamJuice and its founders & owners Mike Crawford (Michael Crawford), Danny Peykoff, and Aaron Pederson.

I am requesting back due invoices in the amount of $50, 000 plus interest and penalties.

I will continue to exercise my 1st amendment right and file complaints with as many review / complaint sites as possible (including the media) until the owners of Space Jam Juice E-liquid honor the agreement.

To all readers: this scam report on Space Jam Juice E-liquid is true, based on real events, and I have chosen to limit the report to the business facts with evidentially support to illustrate how a large company such as Space Jam Juice with money can ultimately screw over any small company they want to by simply deciding to not honor their contractual & fiduciary resposibilities, not paying their invoices, and then simply trying to bully small er companies throught the legal system.

Wed, Jan 14, 2015 at 6:02 PM: received an email from Mike Crawford, CFO of SpaceJamJuice E-Liquid.

"Thanks for meeting with us today, you provided some very insightful information. After discussing more with Danny, we would like to sit down with you again early next week for a brainstorming session to form a strategy for optimizing our digital marketing. I’m confident that we can develop a game plan with a good starting point for us to get the ball rolling. What does your availability look like on Tuesday or Wednesday?"

Mike Crawford, Danny Pekoff and myself all agree to meet as requested on the following tuesday at the same time.

Tue, Jan 20, 2015 at 12:20 PM: email is sent to Mike Crawford and Danny Peykoff to confirm the follow-up meeting, the meeting was confirmed and our teams met again to discuss the Space Jam Juice website development and digital marketing strategy.

Tue, Jan 20, 2015 at 11:29 PM: Detail email sent to Danny Peykoff with breakdown to website design project and scope of work to be completed.

Wednesday, January 21, 2015 6:15 PM: Mike Crawford send an email to Danny Peykoff with the details our firm needed to complete a detailed quote for the ecommerce portion of the spacejamjuice.com website design project. Thu, Jan 22, 2015 at 3:29 PM Danny fwds the information to our company to complete he quote.

Tue, Jan 27, 2015 at 5:00 PM: I send an email to Danny Peykoff with the quote options and minimum required length of marketing contracts, 6 or 12 months. On the invoice breakdown ot clearly states that they under a 1 year agreement for the SEO and digital Marketing portion of the contract.

Wed, Jan 28, 2015 at 11:47 AM: Danny peykoff acknowledges my email and replies with "Just letting you know I’ve received your email and will be discussing with management."
Mon, Feb 2, 2015 at 4:21 PM: SpaceJamJuice CEO Danny Peykoff sends and email to SpaceJamJuice CFO and me stating "We would like to move forward with your services. We just hired a new director of marketing, so we’d like to sit down with you and go over the details and strategy.

When are you available?"

Mon, Feb 2, 2015 at 8:29 PM: I quickly reply thanking him for the opportunity and suggest a follow-up meeting time to meet with him, Mike, and the new Space Jam Juice Marketing Director Dylan Spencer.
My firm decides to bring on two additional freelancers for 1 year to dedicate them and their time to the Space Jam Juice Projects.

Tue, Feb 3, 2015 at 4:46 PM Danny Peykoff changes the meeting time to 4pm, my team and I accommodate.

Here it pains me to have to delve into deeper facts about Dylan because Dylan was such as great guy but the absolute worst marketing director we have ever worked with; Dylan was completely, inept, unprofessional and unorganized. Sometimes it would take several days to get an email response from Dylan Spenser and sometime he would not even reply at all, even when we would send several emails requesting critical information that we needed in order to complete the website design project with the requested expedited timeline. In fact, to this date we have over 19 unanswered email requesting critical informations such as product names, skews, descriptions, etc... to both Dylan Spencer and Adam Mirkovich without response. The ineptitude of the space jam employees made it nearly impossible to hit any deadlines as not a single person within the space jam juice organization cared about the new initiatives; really sad actually.

4pm Friday February 13th, 2016. inital meeting with Space Jam Juice CEO Danny Paykoff and Space Jam Juice CFO Mike Crawford, another Space Jam Juice owner Aaron Pederson steps in the meeting briefly to introduce himself and Space Jam Juice Marketing Director Dylan Spencer. The meeting went well, they all request a detailed quote and request an 2nd meeting to discuss an e-commerce solution to sell directly to the public; the CEO Danny Paykoff even went on to tell me about how selling to wholesale to their large retail store base has a limited margin and that creating an online store for direct purchase would almost double their margin and screw over the retail outlets, he didnt even seem to care.

Danny emails me at Fri, Feb 13, 2015 at 4:22 PM asking what the cost would be to expedite the onstire store development and schedule.

Sat, Feb 14, 2015 at 4:58 PM an email with the requested timeline is emailed to Danny Paykoff and Mike Crawford

Mon, Feb 16, 2015 at 11:25 AM: updated project milestone timeline is sent to Danny Peykoff with breakdown and says "Ok, so we're cutting off four weeks of the timeline our, correct?
Mon, Feb 16, 2015 at 11:32 AM: we respond with "Possibly 5... depends on the participation on SJJ. I'll tell you the same thing I tell every client that requests expedited development... we can only work as fast as you allow. There are some items on the production calendar such as copyright editing / content / product information we will need assistance with. If Dylan is (extremely) active in the process which I feel he would prefer to be, then we should be able to cut 5 weeks off."

Mon, Feb 16, 2015 at 11:27 AM: Space Jam Juice CEO Danny Peykoff is ecited about the expedited development potential and replies with "Ok. We’re in. We’ll get you that check for $9K next time you stop in."
Tue, Feb 17, 2015 at 12:47 PM Danny send me an email to work with Dylan.
*It was all down hill from here...*
Tue, Feb 17, 2015 at 11:24 AM: email was sent to Dylan Spencer requesting all website credentials needed to begin the project.
Wed, Feb 18, 2015 at 12:11 PM: First email to Dylan with concerns about invoices being paid.
Wednesday, February 18, 2015 2:10 PM: Dylan makes the bookkeeper Sam Pavoni aware of the issue. From my experience with Sam, Sam Pavoni is yet another unorganized, irresponsible space jam juice employee with ineptitude that has no bounds.
We make it clear on our invoice that all transactions above $1, 000 have a 3% transaction fee attached; to that effect, when space jam juice paid with credit card we returned the payment and asked for a check which we finally recieved.
Fri, Feb 27, 2015 at 12:17 PM: Email sent to Dylan Spencer informing him that both the website and online store core development are ahead of schedule.
Wed, Mar 4, 2015 at 3:55 PM: our ecommcer web developer finds out that Space Jam juice let go of their internal web guy and that they left the web situation "messy".
Wed, Mar 18, 2015 at 2:42 PM: email sent to Dylan with an update from our ecommerce developer, all items within "our" power were now complete and there was a list of items we needed in order to proceed... products, images, pricing, store content, shipping details, value proposition and trust, store information and payment methods. These items arethe critical information I keep referring to that we needed to complete the project; to this day we have yet to receive many of these items.
Thu, Apr 2, 2015 at 12:34 PM: Email from myself to Dylan Spencer requesting a conference call as teh project was falling behind due to no-performance on the end of Space Jam Juice.
Thu, Apr 9, 2015 at 11:09 AM: another email to Dylan requesting a call to discuss the project status, and action items.

Fri, Apr 10, 2015 at 11:39 AM: Email from our ecommerce developer stating that he sent a detailed follow-up request to Adam Mirkovish and cc'd Dylan Spencer on March 30th, 2016 @ 11:53am and received no response.
Tue, May 19, 2015 at 4:37 PM: Email from our ecommerce developer to Dylan Spencer... "I wanted to check in with you and see if you have any updates on the ecommerce portion of the website project. When we last spoke a few weeks ago you shared that things were on hold but that you hoped to proceed soon. Do you have an ETA of when we might be able to resume the project and finish things up? We are really quite close and primarily have these logistical items to clear up."

Once again, the lack of performance by Space Jam Juice Employees prevents and forward movement on the project(s)
Thu, May 21, 2015 at 10:33 AM: Email from Dylan with updated product descriptions, non-scope of work items, essentially FREE requests for development.
Fri, Jun 5, 2015 at 5:24 PM: email sent to Adam Mirkovich requesting google analytics credentials, we have been asking for this for months at this point.

Mon, Jun 8, 2015 at 9:43 AM: Email from Adam Mirkovich stating they are weary about sending out account info...
US: How are we as an SEO company suppose to do our jobs without analytics?
Wed, Jun 10, 2015 at 5:57 PM: Email from us to SpacejamJuice "Hey guys... The sites only been live for 26 hrs and we are already at 4k hits (screenshot below). Ill get google analytics set up first thing tomorrow morning so we can better track user behavior."
Thu, Jun 18, 2015 at 12:02 PM: Email requesting updated login credentials as space jam had more internal issues and all site credentials were changed.
Thu, Jun 18, 2015 at 1:37 PM : Email from Adam Mirkovich, Space Jam Juice IT. I apologize, smaller, or larger companies may be able to make moves like this quickly and without a lot of notice. With our current IT/support setup, we need about a week’s heads up for decisions/solutions like this. We have been trying to keep pace with your development process, but find that we need a broader project map that we can work towards alongside you and your firm.

Please put together a 30 day roadmap for the website. Please include the required hardware, network, and IT resources for implementation of this plan. Once you have the plan in place, we can work with our outsourced IT team to facilitate implementation.

As this roadmap should already be in place, if you can get it to us by EOD tomorrow, that will be extremely helpful.

*They admited their falling behind and that the SpaceJamJuice employees cannot internally meet the expedited development schedule set forth and agreed to by the CEO Dany Peykoff.

Mon, Jul 13, 2015 at 4:37 PM: Email to Dylan Spencer asking if he had any idea as to when we may launch the online retail and wholesale stores?
*this email was never responded to by space jam representatives*
Mon, Jul 20, 2015 at 3:09 PM: Email from us to Space Jam Juice employees Adam Mirkovich and Dylan Spencer...Touching base to see if the SFDC customizations are on schedule and if so do we have an updated time/date for the Magento Powersync for Salesforce integration? @Dylan, Tyler mentioned the launch of a new flavor, do you have the images and details for website updates?

*this email was never responded to by space jam representatives*

Tue, Jul 21, 2015 at 4:03 PM: email sent to teh CEO requesting some of his time to discuss a few critical items... analytics, site maintenance, eCommerce initiatives and timelines. The CEO Danny Peykoff iginores the email as one of the many emails sent to our SpaceJamJuice contacts that remain without response.

Fri, Jul 24, 2015 at 2:11 PM: email informing spacejam that we had created hosting accounts on a DPS and that the accounts were ready for migration
Tue, Jul 28, 2015 at 2:04 PM: Email from myself to Space Jam contact Dylan Spencer and the CEO & CFO...

I wanted to touch base to better gauge where SpaceJam is in this process on their end. We put together a project map and requirements back on June 18th, I've emailed periodically since requesting updates (June 19, July 13, July 20, today) and have yet to receive a response. That being said, with the site functionality having been complete for almost 2 months (based the scope of work), we have been, and still are, at a stand-still due to the following items, information requests, and decisions to be made...

1. SFDC customization project - Adam is spearheading this, please refer to Adam for an` update
1a. The magento / SFDC bi-directional powersync module integration

2. Merchant gateway provider, once a decision has been made we can purchase the corresponding plugin and annual license. We suggest Authorize.net, they are the largest digital gateway provider and offer stellar customer service & support.

3. Finalize product types and bottle units to be offered via eCommerce.

4. Choose preferred shipping vendor, once decision is made we can integrate the corresponding plugins and configure each module

5. Wholesale pricing tiers, volume discounts and progressive pricing, once captured we can implement the pricing logic.

6. Re-launch eCommerce retail store directory. This directory was completed in May and can be made live at any time by changing the url.

With the best interest of Space Jam in mind and for purposes of maximizing the use our our time, Id like to get both of our teams in the same room to discuss the above action item list and bring some resolve thats take us a few steps closer to launch. I can make my team available as early as this Friday, let me know if you can accommodate.

Thu, Sep 3, 2015 at 5:11 PM: Email from Space Jam Juice Adaam Mirkovich "My review of the terms in several of your invoices observed a thirty day written notice of discontinued services. I would greatly appreciate your consideration of waiving the fees for the month of September and October in any way you think would be fair."

From this point on Space Jam Juice was in breach of contract and violated the terms and conditions of our agreement / contract. Space Jam Juice Ripped Off a small local marketing company that increased their traffic over 5x. The management at Space Jam Juice Mike Crawford, Danny Peykoff, and Aaron Pederson need to be exposed and need to fullfll their contractual obligation to my company.

I am requesting back due invoices in the amount of $50, 000 plus interest and penalties.

I will continue to exercise my 1st amendment right and file complaints with as many review / complaint sites as possible (including the media) until the owners of Space Jam Juice E-liquid honor the agreement.
