Spokane Emergency Physicians I was at the Sacred Heart ER on 11/15/2920

I was at the Sacred Heart ER on 11/15/2920. Months later, I got a bill from Spokane Emergency Physicians for $1502 for a Dr. I saw for like five minutes saying they'll send it to collections. I called and they said my insurance asked for proof but they didn't send it. I asked for a detailed bill then and every time I called, four times total. Sometimes they say they'll send it, but I never got it. All I want is a detailed bill.

Spokane Emergency Physicians I went to Sacred Heart Medical Center in 2018

I went to Sacred Heart Medical Center in 2018. I had full medical coverage, but unfortunately, I passed away during my visit. I provided my insurance details during registration, and the hospital had no problems billing my insurance. However, the doctors sent a separate bill, which I never received, and neither did my insurance. I was unaware of this. Now, I have a bill in collections for nearly $6,000, and they are threatening to garnish my wages (even during a pandemic!). I contacted my insurance, and they tried to get Spokane Emergency Physicians to submit a claim, but it will be denied because it was not sent within the correct time limit. However, they refuse to do so because they know that if they do, they will have to waive the fees and remove it from collections since it was their mistake for not billing on time despite having all the necessary information.

Spokane Emergency Physicians I went to Sacred Heart Emergency Room on 07/11

I went to Sacred Heart Emergency Room on 07/11. I gave them all my insurance papers, which I had already given to the separate *** for my surgery and specialist. My insurance company told Spokane Emergency Phys billing that they didn't bill it right and told them how to fix it. But instead, they sent it to collections because they don't want to do things the right way. I called them, but they hung up on me because they don't want to look into my account and acknowledge that they messed up the insurance billing. They sent it to collections and won't fix their mistake. I talked to my insurance, and they said they got the first bill, but it was done wrong. They got a document telling them what to do, but they haven't gotten anything since Aug 2020.

Spokane Emergency Physicians I got hit by a truck and went to the emergency department at Sacred Heart

I got hit by a truck and went to the emergency department at Sacred Heart. They put me in the trauma department for about 6 hours. They made me fill out forms for labor and industries while I was still sedated. The forms weren't filled out right and the doctor completely forgot or didn't bother to fill out his part and send it in. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I'm having a really hard time getting the right forms sent to L&I so I can get proper treatment. My doctor wants to do an MRI but can't until L&I accepts the case, and they won't do that until the doctor does his job that he's paid for. I'm also losing money to support my family because I can't work and I'm not getting any compensation right now because of the doctor's negligence. I'm thinking about complaining to the board at Sacred Heart and maybe getting a lawyer. Please get in touch with me today!

Spokane Emergency Physicians On 10/9, I was admitted to a medical facility

On 10/9, I was admitted to a medical facility. I got VA for my medical insurance. Last month, a company in Spokane reached out to me. They said I owed money to Spokane Emergency Physicians, and it was sent to collections. But I never got a bill from them. I called them and found out they were sending the bill to an old address where I haven't lived for 20 years. They said they would take it out of collections, but they didn't. I contacted Tri West and learned that all they need to do is send the bill to my correct address and explain that they sent it to the wrong one. Then it will be paid. I've been trying to reach out to these people, but they don't return my calls or communicate with me. It's an easy fix. They already messed up my credit score, and it's not fair. It's not my fault. Please help.

Spokane Emergency Physicians I visited a Sacred Heart emergency room in December and received care from Spokane Emergency Physicians

I visited a Sacred Heart emergency room in December and received care from Spokane Emergency Physicians. They sent me a bill for $1,476 in June. My insurance will cover it, but they need to correct the billing. I called the Emergency Physicians billing phone number and spoke with a representative. I explained that my insurance requires billing the local BCBS, Premera. The representative noted the information and agreed to rebill, stating it would take 30 days. In July, I received a duplicate bill for $1,476. I resubmitted the information via the billing company's online portal. On August 8, I received the same bill again. I located a local number for the group and attempted contact but received no reply. I continue to receive bills for $1,476 that my insurance should cover. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this and need Emergency Physicians to address the billing issue.

Spokane Emergency Physicians On Feb 27/28 2021, I took my 2 year old son to the sacred heart ** for a maybe broken foot he got while playing

On Feb 27/28 2021, I took my 2 year old son to the sacred heart *** for a maybe broken foot he got while playing. The doctor we saw asked him to walk across the room, and he hobbled and limped as best he could. She right away said theres no way its broken, he wouldnt be trying to walk. I explained that he has a very eager to please personality, and would absolutely still try to walk when a bunch of grown *** are encouraging him to do so. She reluctantly ordered an x-ray, and it didnt show a break because of too much swelling. They said it was bruised gave him ibuprofen and sent us home. Two days later I took him to his dr as he was still refusing to put weight on it, and she right away could tell something was wrong and put him in a splint. She sent us for another X-ray, and sure enough a break was visible now that swelling had gone down. Im very frustrated the *** doc didnt even wrap his foot or anything. I just want her to know that more should have been done for him.

Spokane Emergency Physicians I went to Sacred Heart Medical Center on 5/26 and 6/5

I went to Sacred Heart Medical Center on 5/26 and 6/5. I got taken by ambulance both times to SHMC, where my insurance is on file. SMHC is in my network for United Healthcare. The ER Physician charges for these visits were $579.00 and $1,479.00. The charges were submitted to my health insurance. Spokane Emergency Physicians also billed several times in duplicate, under different account numbers for the same days of treatment, which my insurance denied for double billing. I got bills from Spokane Emergency Physicians for both amounts. I contacted Spokane Emergency Physicians and they told me that the physician I saw was not contracted in-network, so I owe them the balances. I argued that in an ER I have no choice as to the physician I see as I was unconscious. The Spokane Emergency Physicians should have looked at my insurance to see if they could treat me for my In Network insurance. The hospital I was taken to was IN Network. I have called numerous times, emailed and mailed since I got my first bill and they keep putting it on a 30 day hold to remedy, but nothing has happened and I keep getting bills. I don't believe it's fair or ok to find patients to treat in an IN Network hospital where the patient has no choice and then bill them for it.

Spokane Emergency Physicians In September 2022, I visited Sacred Heart Emergency Department for a health issue

In September 2022, I visited Sacred Heart Emergency Department for a health issue. Subsequently, I received and addressed bills from various providers and the hospital. On 4/3/2023, a collection agency claimed I owed Spokane Emergency Physicians $1550, a bill I never received. I contacted them and confirmed my details, yet I had no record of their invoices, not even in my USPS Informed Delivery records. Multiple calls were needed to extract this information due to uncooperative staff. I'm requesting the removal of my account from collections, a detailed bill, insurance billing, and a statement of any remaining balance.

Spokane Emergency Physicians On [protected] I was in a car wreck and seen at Sacred Heart Hospital

On [protected] I was in a car wreck and seen at Sacred Heart Hospital. I have insurance, auto and health, so no problem. Sloane Emergency Physicians collected 1000.00 from GEICO on [protected], and submitted a claim for the remaining 576.00 to my health insurance. My health insurance has a contracted amount they pay, which is less than 1000.00, so according to my health insurance the bill has been paid in full on 09-01-2019. Spokane Emergency Physicians, however, still sent a bill, to an old address not the one on my driver's license or my admissions form, demanding payment for 576.00 (I have never seen this bill or any bill from them, the previous information is based on what Spokane Emergency Physicians told me in subsequent phone calls). So in August, I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe 576.00. Then I called my insurance who explained that the bill had been paid based on the contractually agreed upon amount. Spokane Physicians group reviewed the bill, and at least from what they have told me on the phone agree. However, it is 6 months later, the bill is still on my credit report. My credit score has dropped 57 points, due to this. Every time I call they say it will be fixed but it will take at least 2 weeks. After a couple of months of that, I started recording my calls so I have proof. I have received a statement of charges showing 0 balance, but it says the 576.00 was dropped due to account age which is not true. If I felt I owed them, and had I received a bill I would have paid immediately, like I did the hospital bill from the same visit. The hospital got the address right! At this point, I think they hoping I lose the admission paperwork or forget or just pay so I can repair my credit.
