This company took a loan from me under false pretenses that it defaulted on and they are trying to evade the judgment that I obtained in 2018. They kept delaying me by telling me that enforcing my judgment would inhibit their ability to not raise money and conduct business to make money so that they could pay me back. They’re trying to change business names and fleeing the state that the judgment is in. I tried attaching the judgment and other relevant documents but the file size is too big.
