I ordered from Square 1 Art in late November, way before the holiday deadline. But guess what? Christmas came and went, and I still didn't receive anything. I called them, and wouldn't you know it, they were on a break! Can't say I'm shocked though, their customer service is just terrible. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Just like the other reviewers, I'll never do it again. I ordered in November, and it's now January, and still nothing. It's sad because my 5th grader made a Christmas picture, and we needed the gifts before the holiday. He even said, "I made a Christmas picture, Mommy, because I know you like giving them as gifts." Here's some advice for future shoppers: take a picture of their art and make it on Shutterfly instead. It's quicker and cheaper with more options. I wanted to support the school fundraiser, but I'll just give the money directly to the school instead of relying on this company.

My experience with this company is just like the others - negative all around. My son's school gave us a flyer from this company, which sells kids' artwork on stuff like mugs and blankets. Obviously, my son wanted his artwork on something, so we went online and ordered some stickers (after shipping, we paid more than $17 for one page of stickers). We made the order in November, way before December 5th, which the company kept saying (in many order status/purchase follow-up emails) was the last day for our order to arrive by December 23. But my order never shipped. The company closed during the holidays, and even though they're supposedly open again now, they're not answering my questions and it's impossible to reach them by phone (their online chat is also never available, even during the hours they say they're open). The people running this company clearly aren't cut out for a business like this. Really disappointing.

The first email I got on 12/18 said it would be delivered by 12/23. The second email on 12/21 said the same thing. Today, I logged in and saw that my items are still being made. How is this possible? They are out of the building from 12/24/31, but they are still taking orders. I wish I could show where the owner admits they worked hard to ship items to schools but neglected those of us who paid extra for home delivery. They deleted all comments and reviews on their *** page about products not shipping. I'm torn. I just want my money back, but it's my son's artwork on the *** and I was excited to receive it. I don't like leaving a review here, but since they deleted all other reviews, I don't see any other way to let others know about the issues many of us are facing.

I called in January, and they said my order was being worked on. I called, chatted, and left messages for three days, but I had to wait on hold for a long time with hold music. Eventually, I got transferred to voice mail, but now the voice mail is full. *** keeps saying that the problem is my fault, not the company's. I haven't gotten any response from the CEO, even though I left multiple voice mails.

Ain't nothing else been sent since then. They already charged my credit card, man. I bought all this stuff for the holidays, you feel me? The company even said that if we ordered by the fundraiser's deadline, we'd get it before Christmas. But I've been trying to hit them up like crazy, calling and emailing, and it's like they don't even exist. Nobody picks up the phone, they don't answer my emails, and their online chat ain't even working. Straight up frustrating, man.

On December 12, I sent another email and now it's December 16. Their website says I'll get a response in *** hours, but still nothing. On December 16, their website says they're open for chat and phone from 9-5 est. I called at 9 and got put on hold for over 60 minutes and the mailbox is full. Then I tried the online chat, but it's closed and it's about 9:30 est. I read the reviews online and they did this to a lot of other people too.

I spoke to a manager named *** who said they would call me back on 12/7, but I haven't heard anything as of today, 12/16. Their chat option isn't working either. They promised on their website that shipping would be done by Christmas, but I don't even know where my stuff is or if I'll get it on time. If not, I want to cancel the order and get my money back. To make matters worse, my banking institution informed me on 12/20 that they have determined no error occurred and I cannot receive a refund from the bank for the *** (point of sale).
