return trip was disrupted meaning we arrived 24 hours late to Melbourne and additional associated costs.

The return flight UL 504 on 6th August 2023 was delayed until 12 noon on 7th August as advised by Sri Lankan Airlines on the afternoon of 6th August.

the team then helped us book a replacement connecting flight from Colombo to Melbourne which was 24 hours later (UL 604 on 9th August).

This delay resulted in a hotel stay over night at London Heathrow with related expenses on the evening of 6th August 2023 and incidental costs.

Additionally we had to rebook our stay at the Colombo Hotel as we were unable to change or refund for our original stay on 7th August.

On 11th August 2023 we attached related additional expense documentation for Robert Brown and Amanda Brown due to the 24 hour delay in returning to Melbourne.

We asked additionally to advise of additional compensation due for the disruption to our flights.

Hotel Overnight Stay necessary at Moxy Heathrow Airport on 6th August 2023 - 99 GBP

Food and drinks for stay at Moxy Heathrow Airport on 6th August 2023 - Total 247.19 AUD

Serenediva Hotel Colombo additional booking on 7th August 2023 - 170 USD

Despite numerous requests and attchment of receipts etc we have received no update
