This is an unfortunate story about what happened this afternoon.
My wife and I went to a Starbucks at Georgetown, Washington, DC to get an iced coffee. I gave a cashier a $5 bill and a $1 additionally because my wife wanted to have some quarters for a parking meter. I didn't realize at first, but the cashier gave me the change but it was $2 short. She might have got confused because I gave her one more dollar for some more quarters. Anyway, we went back there and asked this middle aged guy working at the counter to give us back the two dollars. This guy wiped out his smile in no second and threw the 2 dollars to me. And then he slam shut the cashier ### about something. We just didn't want to make a scene there, so decided to get out pronto without confronting him.
Just wanted to share our unfortunate event with any of you.

One Jan 15. I waited 45 minutes to get the wrong drink and for the team to tell me what the had in the shelf they actually aren’t serving. The manager said he didn’t have time to give me my money back. I had to leave to make my flight. Horrible service and didn’t get my items
she add on choc upside down without my permission .. i fill in the picture as a prove ,she not put choc upside down but put charge me in my bill?
I ordered a vanilla bean frappacino at 2:28pm on January 26th, 2022 to be picked up by me and the Mattituck, NY location. Upon pickup at 2:35pm of the same day, the drink was chunky with what I hope was ice. I allowed to drink to then melt for the next 2 hours, but the chunks did not go away. I then had no choice but to throw it out.
On 1/29/23 at 03:06pm I tried to use my January Tumbler to get a coffee at salt Lake airport Starbucks. This cup allows for free coffee in that cup for the month of January. The store told me they do not honor the cup. I am disappointed to pay for the cup and not enable to use it at your stores.

Lied to .I was told I could return a gift card if it was wrong. No prob just take it to the store.Well it was wrong ang all they can make up silly excuses and lie. It's just 20 bucks . But I know how dishonest the company is.

3rd time same girl. Just absolutely rude. I go to drive thru every morning 5 days a week. All I ask is to get my drink correct. When the barista won’t put it on the screen to see what she typed in. Is an issue. Her unwillingness to be pleasant in the morning and the drink to always be done incorrect.
