caramel cloud machia
Order the grande Caramel Cloud Machiado. Cup felt a bit light when they handed it to me, but I needed to get to work. Once at work, I discovered coffee only filled the cup half-way - the other half was all that cream "cloud". Paid $5.62 for half a cup of coffee - wasn't happy about that. How much effort does it take for an employee to notice that they didn't fill the cup to the normal level - approximately 3/4's full with coffee - and correct it? I get that they are hustling to make everyone's drinks as fast as possible, but delivering the total package is part of delivering a quality drink. Not my usual experience - but when paying a premium price for coffee, I would expect to get what I paid for.

I visit the Starbucks in Reading, MA almost everyday because it is only a small drive from my house and usually I am not one to complain because the staff is excellent but there is one man (who I do not know the name of) that works in the morning who has made my coffee AWFUL the past 4 times I have gone and I am about to stop going there all together if something is not done.
Please email me with some sort of a solution.

wrong product, wrong price
My wife and I are stopped for coffee at 09:50 this morning, 16th March 2019. I simply requested 2 espresso coffees. When I went to the serving point the barista had mysteriously disappeared, but he later returned and was told by the cashier to prepare our coffee. It wasn't until I was sat drinking my coffee that I was looking through my receipts to total up what I'd spent. It was then I realised I'd been charged for two double espresso machiatto's. In my mind I'd ordered 2 single espresso's at 1.60 euro's each. I'd been charged 1.90 each. I went back to the cashier who readily admitted it was her mistake to which she refunded me 20 cents! I queried this because she was still charging me for two double espresso's. She then called the barrista again, who'd dissappeared again. He came back and following further disputing and him complaining that I'd already drunk my drink, he reluctantly handed me another 20 cents and grumbled, 'this is coming out of my money!' I was however still 20 cents short. Its not the money I'm complaining about, it's the fact that I'm having to argue in my broken spanish in front of an accumulating queue of customers over the fact that the cashier hadn't listened to my order and I'm now in a ridiculous dispute over 60 cents! The cashier (Rebeca Irene) took the opportunity to ridicule me in front of another customer, which I didnt appreciate.
Further to this, during the whole debacle, a robbery occured in the entrance to the store, which I can only say was orchestrated with maximum precision. It seemed as if at least one person in the cafe ( a customer) was involved in the setup of this operation, and the strange behaiviour of the cashier and the mysterious dissappearance of the barrista make me wonder if they weren't in on the act as well. The customer had been in the cafe for quite some time, had engaged in considerable dialogue with the cashier, and seemed to be hovering by the window on her phone until a car arrived, the bag snatch took place, and she and the perpetrator ( who had also been lurking in the café) sped off with the poor victim trying to chase after them, after which she fell to the ground. The staff did nothing to assist. All very strange. I don't know if this was all a big coincidence, or if there is some kind of scam or scams being run from your café, just thought you needed to be informed.
12 oz phoenix pottery coffee mug
When in Phoenix a year ago, I purchased a beautiful pottery mug at one of your Starbucks stores.
My husband and I washed it by hand since that's what was indicated on the bottom. Unfortunately one of us dropped it in the sink but we found a replacement on-line at Amazon.
Washing it yesterday I notices that the bottom had cracked into several pieces. I use a spoon in my cups but nothing invasive.
I am very dissappointed as you can image and hope that your company be willing to replace this vintage cup which I now have spend $ 80 on.

quality control, poorly managed
The quality control and management at the Starbucks on Appleton ave, in Menomonee Falls, WI is not good! I used to get a hot mocha but gave up that because it was only made correctly maybe 30% of the time. I now get a simple Grande non-fat latte and the red pepper egg white bites each morning. Of course that's only if they have them available. This morning they are out of the egg bites again for the 3rd time in the past month. I have to ask for light foam on the latte otherwise I have had 1/3 of the drink as all foam. Now because I ask for light foam sometimes there is none at all. In the last 30 days they ran out of the egg bites 3 times, I received tiny buns instead of the egg bites once, I received the wrong drink once, and if I forget to ask for light foam I usually get more then what there should be. Very poor quality control! I have started to go to FIDDLE HEADS, a new coffee shop in town. Their latte is made to perfection every time. The problem is they don't have a drive thru and they don't have the red pepper egg bites which I love. I have no problem with the Starbucks staff as they are all friendly.
I am a successful retail business owner for 45 years. There should be a quality control training program at Starbucks and if there is it is not working! Understand, I only wish for success for a company and sometimes your best customer is the one who complains but if this continues I will go elsewhere. Actually many times I travel a few more miles to the Starbucks on County Line road in Germantown. I am also speaking for other people who feel the same way!

continuing erosion of quality
Hello Starbucks,
My wife and I are traveling quite a bit, and we like pausing for coffee.
These past years we have travelled through many states in the US,
and we are observing a clear tendency towards decreased quality and reliability in your coffee.
The main issue is that it has become more and more tasteless,
due to what seems to us as a constant weakening of brews and saving of coffee beans.
5 years ago, a Medium Latte would be a fairly reliable and enjoyable cup of strong enough coffee to keep us awake on long drives.
Since then, quality and taste have deteriorated to the point that now even with an extra shot (or even two !) the coffee, frankly, tastes totally lame.
In addition, the quality varies greatly between places.
This to us totally flies in the face of the concept of a franchise,
particularly of a company like Starbucks.
It is very disappointing to us and makes us angry.
Paying upwards of $11.00 for two medium lattes with extra shot is really ridiculous, taking into account the lack of quality.
I am attaching a foto of the most recent example.
I am sorry to be so clear about this, but it has angered us for too long, and has happened too often.

I have been visiting this Starbucks for many years, unfortunately today will be my last day. Since the departure of your store manager Will, the leadership has fallen under Jerrek. That leadership style is not working for this suburban branch.
Today when I was in your store I was appalled to see two Baristas talking loudly to one another. They were using language that I would expect to hear in a bar room or on a Naval vessel. Cursing like a sailor, with racial tones and four letter words galore, inclusive of the infamous "F Bomb".
This was 0600 today and is not the way I expect nor want to start my day. I am extremely disappointed as I look back and see what my local store has evolved to. I would strongly recommend that the management team look closely at their local leadership at this location and change him out. Obviously not working here.
cashier attitude
First time I bought a small cup of coffee at New Target Starbucks store. It was on February 16 around 3:30 or 4pm. Young girl a Cashier.. service with such Attitute. I was so dissapointed by that behaviour of that Cashier I put $ 10 dollars on counter to pay for my coffee. And a girl Cashier start talking about >Courtesy>.
Well. I hope that young lady stays in one work place..Being so young and have such a nasty Attitute. Now I am not going to buy coffee there and of course I will tell about it to my friends and relatives about this incident.
Drink made with old milk
This morning (2/15) I went to my usual Starbucks inside of Kroger and I ordered a drink (Venti iced non-fat vanilla latte with an extra shot) which is what I get multiple times a week. When I got to work I tasted it and it tasted really off... there was no vanilla syrup and the milk tasted spoiled. I had a co-worker taste it and she agreed, so I had to throw it out. If possible I would appreciate a refund because I lost out on a $5 coffee.

I ordered a tall latte with extra shot like I always do. There were a lot of persons working this morning (more than usual) and I saw persons who ordered a long time after me get their coffees and cold drinks. I asked one person if my order was being made and they looked around but did not come back to tell. After 15 minutes I went up to the cashier to see what happened and he said he couldnt leave the register to help me. So I told him to give me my money back. Not good customer service and they should alerted of this fact.

I stopped at the mustang location at 6:30 a.m.(1-27-19) for a venti Americano. I order this beverage almost daily from other starbucks locations. This drink was basically water and very translucent. I work 12 hour shifts in the hospital. I was not able to go back and ask for a remake. At this time in the morning, with no other customers, a drink should be made right.

Hi. I just left the Starbucks in Burbank, California on 300 N San Fernando Blvd. on January 26, 2019 approximately 3 pm. It was full staffed with Baristas, yet I waited nearly 20 minutes to get my breakfast item. I was really shocked. It didn't make sense to me considering how many workers they had. I actually had to inquire of my order to get it.
Not sure who's running things over there, but the employees need to step it up!
Oh. And, my spinach wrap wasn't even that great. ;(

Their service was disappointing regardless of their new location. I ordered a coffee specifically with no whipped cream and the barista did not have one care in the world that she messed up the order. Service was horrible, especially after a 45 minute wait. After my wife placed her order and after an additional 15 minute wait, her order never came out. We had to ask constantly for her order and even after asking for a refund, because we were going to miss our flight, no one acknowldeged us. We were basically ignored!
We were the last people to board the plane, and to top it off our drink was made incorreclty and was the wrong size.
We are very disapointed with this store and its service.
birthday wishes but no fulfillment
I went to the Maumelle's Starbuck's last week. First off, the place was dirty. Trash on the floor, tables not wiped. Enough.
I had an email for a free drink because my birthday, New Year's day. It took 3 people all starring at my phone to finally get an answer. NO.
It was not New Year's day, and although they were not open much they could not honor it because it was not my birthday. What?
Next, my friend, with me asked for any old coffee grounds for the garden. Although they were changing out coffee grinds behind the counter, there were none. No. "we Have none." ok?
Next, we asked for a speciality sandwich. It was a mozzarrella thing. It came. Not hot. Barely edible.
All taken we had spent $12 and got about half a cup of barely drinkable coffee.
Someone needs to have a long talk with this manager.
They are not nice. They are not welcoming.
The place furniture is not clean. The tables are not wiped.
The crew seems to like talking with one another, but not so much in greeting guests or keeping the place clean.
It needs a complete overhaul. Or close it.

Have not made a starbucks purchase in about a week, only when I have to, today, nothin except using WiFi, until college and University open back up after new years. Came into today. Jesus of Starbuck is not here. Then, a body appears and a hand about a foot and a half from my face. I get from Jesus of Starbucks, hey, buddy, just want to wish you a happy new year. Man, this guy called the cops on me last month just because I walked into HEB to buy groceries. I walked into HEB about 20 steps behind Jesus of Starbucks. Now, while in Starbucks, in front other customer and staff this Jesus of Starbucks says, happy new year. My best is to avoid starbucks totally. I'm trying, haven't been around but twice in two months and I'm encouraging everyone I know to do the same. Sorry for the inconvenience during the New Year Eve time. Note: I found out I had Terminal Cancer about 3 months ago, I am living in my truck and get unemployment benefits. Soon as I go back to work after radiation treatment, You and Your Jesus of Starbucks can go play games with somebody else
