caramel macchiato
I ordered a caramel macchiato from the Starbucks at the Memphis VA as we were leaving my husbands appointment. After reaching the car in the far distance parking lot. I noticed the drink did not have any espresso, just hot milk and caramel sauce. My husband said take it back, I was so upset and did not want to take the long walk back to the store. I threw the drink away and decided to let you all know, I've always ordered this drink and was always satisfied except this one time. Will I be able to ask for another drink when we return for his next appointment or what should I do to get the drink I wanted and paid for.

We grab four coffees Saturday morning at our local Starbucks at the Colonies in Upland, CA to take on a little road trip over the weekend up to Ventura. My husband was enjoying his coffee with the lid off and near the end of his coffee choked on something. He couldn't see anything while drinking it at first; my guess that was due to the whipped cream on top covering it. We are not sure what it is but this was so dangerous and not sure how a part ended up in his cup of coffee. Pictures are included and maybe you can explain (?)

Today around 4 o'clock (12/4/18). I was at 13689 Foothill Blvd in Sylmar CA Starbucks. Orderer a Grande Caramel Fappacinno. I waited for 25 minutes and I never received my drink. People who ordered after me got their drinks. I asked the cashier for mt money back because I waited for a very long period of time without receiving my drink. He returned my money and offered me a drink free of charge. I told him no thank you. I was very displeased and disappointed with the service. It has happened multiple times before. One day I was in line and the man in front of me was having a conversation with the cashier who was I believe to be the girlfriend of the man in front of me. They were talking for a long period of time. After she made the drink for him, approximately 5-10 minutes, he finally moved out of the line.

I have been an avid returning customer of Starbucks for over 15 years. I have enjoyed many beverages and food items from your company. However, on 9/27/2018 at the El Centro, CA location, I ordered a blueberry oatmeal, and was deeply disappointed and shocked to find that the blueberries had mold on them. Your company incorrectly advertised the blueberries as "fresh" on the packaging. Not only is it a concern for one's own health to not ingest mold, but I am also pregnant, and therefore even more concerned about it. Thankfully I realized there was mold on the blueberries before putting them in my oatmeal. This forced me to throw them out, and deprive my unborn child of his antioxidants and other important nutrition for the morning. I am very weary now to purchase food from Starbucks, and concerned of how the food items are stored. I believe all consumable items should be checked for proper storage and refrigeration, and checked for expiration, before selling to your consumers. I believe compensation is the proper action here. Free reusable cup Friday Nov 2nd 2018
I took my 65 year old mother and 22 year daughter to 4 Starbucks locations near our house today to get our holiday beverages and free reusable cups. We started our venture out at 7am. We went to the north Wales location, blue bell, east norriton and montgomeryville. All 4 locations were out of these cups. If you are running a promo like this you should not be running it of cups at 7am! Extremely dissapointed!

I get an iced vanilla latte at the starbucks location in cottage grove, oregon three times per week and usually it is fine but today, 10/26/2018 at around 10:30 a.m. my iced coffee was lacking coffee stength so I pointed this out and the young man was snarky and rude, he added a shot of coffee while making snotty comments. I have been ordering this same coffee drink for 2 years but just moved to cottage grove area. Safeway has the only starbucks in town. this is the first time a starbucks employee has been so rude...

Hi this is Divya here, on 26th Oct at 18:30 hrs I entered Starbucks at Sangam Courtyard Delhi outlet. Rajender was the staff attending to me when I asked him on how can I become a member he didn't show interest and gave half hearted information to which i requested that I do want a card and billed for a hot beverage worth 200Rs. Then I asked him for a card, he simply refused said you should have billed it via the app. He gave me half information and didn't bother to help us with the product/card. Same happened with my husband who was with me and ordered a cold coffee frappechino separately to make another card for himself . Mr. Rajender knowing that we are interested in making the card and are billing separately for the same, did not suggest us to get the card made first. Really sad customer service I must say. Secondly the frappechino was flat and didn't have any coffee in it. When my husband asked them to fix it they added a double shot of coffee and made the beverage unbearable. They had the courtesy to replace our drink but the next one was a sugar syrup . I can't believe that why was it so difficult for them to make a normal cold coffee. This has made my years of love for Starbucks bitter. I need the management to look into this issue, if it's happened with me I don't know what the other customers are facing. three specific purchases for 175 points
I purchased three items expecting to get 175 points and Never received them. I called customer service and they told me I had to purchase them individually or he didn't meet the criteria. I don't even purchase the things that were offered regularly and I feel I have been ripped off. Customer service was worthless and unhelpful. I spent too much money at Starbucks they get this kind of response

Do not use Starbucks mobile app! The other day I was going over my bank statement and noticed an unauthorized charge for $10.00 for a reload onto the rewards card. I visited my bank to see if it was a duplicate charge and they informed me that it was not and that someone had charged my card for a reload. They suggested that I go to Starbucks. I visited Starbucks and told them the same thing that there was an unauthorized charge to my bank account and that I never even got credit for the $10.00! They told me to call corporate headquarters. I was polite during the whole thing and everyone else was polite too. I called headquarters and they told me to contact my bank. It was clear no one wanted to refund me a lousy $10.00. I was still polite and told them that I will just accept the loss and hung up. I deleted the app. Had this been $25.00 or more, this tale would have ended much different with police activity and possibly a frightened barista or two.

There was a line but I figured it would move quickly since it was at the airport. I was wrong. The woman in front of me actually had to ask if they were closed because she was standing there waiting to order but was ignored. The young man answered "No" but then proceeded to go over and continue talking to the young woman making the drinks, who then stopped what she was doing completely to talk to him, not about anything work-related. One young woman taking orders was apparently new and having all kinds of trouble taking orders. The young woman who took my order was certainly the only one who knew what she was doing AND was there to work. (The name on my receipt says Cindy.) I've truly never seen anything quite like what I saw there. The line just kept getting longer and longer. This happened on 9/30/18 at 7:59 p.m. at Sacramento International Airport, Terminal B, per my receipt.

I visit Starbucks twice per day every day. I was so disappointed when the fluffy morning bun was replaced with a hard perfect circle and different recipe. It is a baked good and not everyone is the same size. I had no choice but to migrate to the blueberry muffin. I always scrapped the crumble off but it was still good when it wasn't cold in the middle (1 out of 5 tines the blueberry muffin or morning bun would be cold in the middle even though it was put in the oven). Sadly, the blueberry muffin has now changed and it is awful and I just can force myself to eat it. They are hard, not fluffy, dark brown, almost overdone. I have now moved back to the morning bun which is nothing like the original morning bun. I know this is a first world complaint but I feel compelled now that two items have totally changed that it makes me wonder the direction Starbucks is going. Also, there are so many new employees and only one cashier in the few I go to. The lines are long, the Starbucks worked socialize and could care less about the long lines of people who are trying to get in and out. Put another person doing nothing on the second cash register and train your people to be more customer focused. Also- I have probably been to 50 different Starbucks at least, and the restrooms are always substandard, some worse than gas stations. Hire a service to clean them- do something. I've been to Starbucks all over the US and other parts of the world- mostly now it Chicagoland area. One more thing- there are times where the person heating the food will heat 5-10 items at once and then drop them all off at the other end of the counter- making everyone wait longer and create a large crowd. Both these sandwiches were practically inedible and we put them in the trash after a couple of bites. We did not have time to complain at the airport as we had a flight to catch. We queued for ages to get them and were told they were unable to heat them up for us. Due to us having to get a flight we paid up as we had to get something to eat but had no time to go elsewhere. I'd like a full refund please - I have photos of the sandwiches and my receipt which came to $33.11 - not cheap!

I asked for 4 shots of vanilla. It didn't taste like my usual 4 shots. Not Latoia but the other girl working, I asked her if there were 4 shots of vanilla in a nice way. She got defensive and said it's 4 shots. She didn't offer to add more. So as a good customer I went to the back of the line again. Waited my turn and decided to ask Latoia for more shots. She even went out of her way to put extra. I told her that the other girl did not seem to want to help me out and I felt like she was getting angry. Someone needs to train her again on customer service. Thanks!

Having been a regular of Starbucks (United Square), I understand that the branch has a low tolerance of customers leaving their belongings on their seats for more than 10 minutes. That is perfectly understandable.
But what irked me recently was when I witnessed a group of (presumably) students who left their belongings there for more than an hour and yet did not get their belongings taken away. I was appalled when the baristas walked around the area but glazed over their stuff as if it weren't there. It was confusing initially, but when they returned, some of them interacted with the baristas, which explained why their belongings were not taken.
Personally, I believe that it is acceptable to show a degree of favortism towards customers whom the baristas share rapport with. However, I quite disagree with the act of having a large group of people hog so many seats. I find it inconsiderate that the baristas would let this occur.
Once again, I must emphasize that I completely understand the need for the baristas to actively enforce the "10 mins" rule. However, I believe that the rule should be implemented fairly & imposed upon every Starbucks customer. It was unbelievably irking to witness such an occurence as I myself had my stuff taken when I merely visited the washroom for 10 minutes (or even less).
I hope that that level of professionalism can at least be attainable.

I've been buying coffee at this Starbucks for about 6 months now and it's been pretty good up until today .
I order 3 blond medium in a large cup so i can put creamer in .
1st there were no blond so i get a pike and the server instead putting the coffee in the large cup, she put it in a medium cup and it's not even a full cup, so actually I'm buying 3 small coffee but paying for 3 medium coffee instead .
Really not acceptable.

I have noticed that most stores in my area are consistently out of stock of the sprouted grain bagel. While I suppose this means it is a popular item, I find it rather frustrating that supply never seems to increase in light of this demand. I will often create a mobile order on my phone to make sure it's in stock before attempting to go to a Starbucks store. On a number of occasions, I've gotten to a store and they tell me only after I've processed my mobile order that they are out and I have to receive a refund or settle for another item I'm less enthusiastic about. This has been a consistent issue over the past several months.

So today I visited your store in Pacific Mall, Delhi. So I had a reward with me of free food so I wanted to redeem that but the till operator constantly kept on saying that it is not valid. Log out and then login your reward will not be there but it was. Then also he said no it isn't uninstall the app so then I showed another till operator he got that redeemed and I got my reward. So this complaint is regarding the till operator named Inder who constantly denied for redeeming the reward without even checking once. Such a thing is not expected out of a Starburcks employee.

Ordered a drink at Spokane airport. They were busy and it appeared they only had one person taking orders and one making drinks. I ordered a shaken ice tea and after waiting 30 minutes and the order was not done we had to leave to get on the plane. So I wasted $4.00 . I think it the employees no they are behind there should be a sign stating the wait time could be over 30 minutes. Then at least you would know what's going on.. Maybe some one did not show up for work that day ?
