For three months now several starbucks outlets in Bahrain have their drip coffee machines out of order and sometimes the drip coffee is prepared by staff manually by hand which makes quality lower. Court Yard Branch and Debenhans City Center Mall branch.
Today 6:15pm in City Center Mall Debnhams Branch I ordered drip coffee and they said the machine is still broken and suggested an Americano to which I accepted. I was watching how the americano was made (it seems the steam machine is broken also): 2 shots in the mug and water added in the top from a pot and water didnt seem to boiling. That looked strange to me. I asked why is it prepared this way. The staff answered that the steam is not working! I said ok and i tasted the coffee. It tasted like water not the usually quality. I told the staff my concern and they got defensive that this is the way coffee is prepared. I said fine but this is not the right taste and why I was not told the machine here is broken too. There was no point of discussing it further with them. I just left the coffee mug at this branch and didnt ask for a refund and moved to another branch and i enjoyed the usually excellent drip coffee.
I have been drinking starbucks since 1996 so I care about the brand and that is why i sent this complaint.
I would like to stay anonymous and I hope someone look into this complaint.
very berry scones/burnt caramel brownies
A few years ago Starbucks withdrew their Very Berry scones - a firm favourite of my friends and I.
We subsequently frequented Costa coffee as their coffee was preferable and their sweet treats to die for!
We then recently discovered your coffee has improved and to make it even more tempting— Starbucks were selling Burnt Caramel brownies which topped any other brownies bought before. Just DELICIOUS!
Imagine my disappointment when today we discover that Starbucks have withdrawn them from sale!
Costa here we come again!
Additionally it's a huge disgrace that a company the Size of Starbucks don't cater for Coeliacs.
Even their staff have been let down by this omission they tell me. Nothing to eat from the products they sell.

nasty and rude worker
I have contacted Starbucks 3 times over a very rude and nasty worker (Kayla) at their store at 3675 Satellite Blvd Duluth Ga. She's very mean and disrespectful to the the customers that come in. My order i placed she slammed it on the counter causing it to spill over, and it was made wrong. I reached out to the District Manager Hsuan Shen he wanted to buy me a coffee and talk about how he could coach her better, which to me is a slap in the face to a paying customer. There have been several complaints made about this person but nothing happens, as soon as someone talks to the news stations about it then their gonna act like it never happened . starbucks needs to fire this person that does not understand how to compose her emotions and feelings towards other people
vehicle got hit in drive-thru with a menu sign; case# 190516-013013
I went to Starbucks today, 5/16/19 at 3:20pm, through the drive-thru. While I was placing my order with the assistant, a menu sign fell forward towards my car and damaged my rim. It scratched the paint off. My son got off the vehicle to move the sign so I can continue to move forward. I got off to check my car before I reached the pay window and saw there was damage to my rim. I let the attendant know and he suggested I go in and speak to a manager. I was given a business card by an employee named Angie, who was told by the manager to give me the business card. Angie walked out with me and looked at the damages on my vehicle. I feel terrible because I just got this brand new car last week. There is no damage to the body of the car, only the front driver-side rim. If you can help me repair the damages caused by the sign I would greatly appreciate it.

This Starbucks is way too busy and you should think about extra staff the staff is working hard there bit way too stressed. Which in turn makes them mean
So when I got there I could see it was really busy and I asked the cashier who send to be the manager if it was going to be a long wait like 20 minutes
She said no
So I placed my order and waited but I also timed it
It was under thomas Hudzema and I used my phone with my husbands app
Now I ordered two drinks
Venti sweet cream iced Extra sweet cream and a iced venti decaf latte with almond Milk
The one drink the sweet cream came up in about 10 minutes which was great
But my second drink never came
So i waited another 5 minutes and asked where my drink was
They could not find my order
When I mentioned that it was a two drink order and that it seemed wrong to wait over 15 minutes for a drink the same lady who took my order was really short with me
She said that they have been really busy and acted like I was the one being rude She said they were doing the best they could. They also were having equipment issues
I have never been treated like that in a Starbucks
Something needs to be done with this store
I am going to make sure people now that it is not a good place to go

I attended Tampa airport yesterday with an intention to fly to Gatwick in the UK. I purchased 2 cups of coffee and 2 cookies from Starbucks at about 4.45pm. I drank a cup of coffee and ate one of the cookies. I went to board my flight at 6.30pm and started to get pains in my stomach. Once all passengers were boarded, the plane left the terminal and started to taxi to the runway. I was violently ill. The plane had to return to the terminal where I was attended by para medics. I was taken off of the plane and told I could not fly. I was subsequently told I would require a doctors note stating I was fit to fly before British Airways would provide me with an alternative flight. I believe the cookie made me ill. I still have the other cookie in the fridge. I am still in the USA awaiting a flight to the UK

We have a Starbucks in our local Vons in Lake Isabella Ca. I have gone in several times and it takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes to get your order. There is always just one worker there. When I asked why they didn't have help since they always seemed busy, I was told that they will not staff Starbuck with more than one person ever. Yesterday I went in and there were about 10 customers in line waiting to order and 7 customers waiting for their order to be made. One person was working. I was there for over 30 minutes and ended up being late back to work. I know several people in our community that will not go back to the Starbucks due to the wait times. I will also be one of them, they need to staff another employee during the busy times of the day. Thank You for your time.
used my points not my birthday rewards
May 1st was my birthday, so i had the birthday free drink rewards. At the same time, i had enough point for a free drink as well. So when i went to the barista to use my birthday reward, not my points, i told her my birthday rewards but i guess she used my points instead. So when i turned on my app today i noticed that all my points were gone. I would like my points back because it should have been my free drink as a result of my birthday, not my points.
waste of plastic cups
I try very hard to reduce plastic waste as a general rule. As such, I bring my personal cup into deli's and diners and Starbucks so that a plastic cup is not wasted in the making of my coffee (usually an iced espresso). But too often (in this case 20 minutes ago at the store at 1886 Eastchester Rd, Bronx, NY 10461) the barista makes the drink in a plastic cup, pours it into my personal cup, then throws the plastic cup out. Today I asked the barista what's going to happen to that cup? He said, I'll just throw it out. I said the whole reason I bring my personal cup is so a plastic one is not wasted. He shrugged and said, yeah, i didn't see that. There is a recycling bin for the public by the condiments counter, but he didn't even throw it in a recycling container. This is an important issue to me. I am no longer a patron of DunkinDonuts because too many stores won't take personal cups. If this continues to happen I will probably stop being a patron of Starbucks as well.

At apx 3:40 Wednesday the 17th of April I visited your market 32 price chopper location. They were busy which I understand. However the employee was miserable and rude. On top of that the latte was the worst! All milk no foam. It was rushed! I didn't dare ask for her to remake it because she was unhappy and the people waiting in line would have killed me. We have a new bakery down the street that I will try next time.

Just purchased two Grande Carmel Macchiatos at the drive through. Not sure what I got, but it tastes mostly like luke warm cream with a splash of coffee. This was after watching the server pick her skirt out of her butt crack before handing over the coffee. Had it not had a sleeve on it I would have served it back to her. Fortunately I was able to throw that away and just be disappointed with the not well spent $10.
unethical behaviors, unsanitary bathroom issues and physical safety issues
The homeless are driving us cash/card regulars out. They haul all their belongings in, have open wounds, sleep, steal papers and even food and handle shakers with filthy hands like cinnamon, cocoa, etc. They sleep, park with their dogs and beg out front and the employees cannot keep the restrooms clean or replace paper supplies fast enough. And some employees cut them more slack or move chairs

training your employees
I am an avid coffee drinker and a flight attendant, which is to say a drink a lot of coffee. I am in airports as much as I am home. I feel the airport Starbucks know they have a captive audience and service consequently suffers. Recently, in your Houston Bush airport the line was easily 12 minutes long. I noticed the manager coming in and out of the back, occasionally distracting the employees with questions and duties interrupting the flow of service with the 2 baristas and 1 cashier she had available. Another employee was stocking supplies that were already full. It was an interesting time managemnt play to watch as I pondered how it might be more efficient. I asked the employee who was stocking if that was the manager and why wasn't she assisting. She simply shrugged. When I witnessed the manager take off with her lunch in hand I shook my head. Having worked in restaurants and upscale hotels any manager who left the floor when the employees were in the weeds was considered irresponsible and lazy.
Another greivance I have with your product is the training involved in making a simple cappuccino. Anywhere in Europe a flat white IS a cappuccino, yet in the States you call it a flat white and charge me double. A proper cappuccino is 1/3 coffee, 1/3 hot milk, 1/3 frothed foam. I don't know how many cappuccinos and flat whites I have returned because they were lattes. When you first introduced the flat white it seemed the employees took the time to froth the whole milk to the right consistency so the milk billowed and the straw stood upright. When I have limited time between flights, waiting for them to do it right for a $5 price is unbearable when they seem short staffed as is. Lately, I am just ordering a cup of dark roast because I am frustrated watching them constantly get it wrong. Now I've noticed even dark roast is not available after the noon hour. Unfortunatley, your Pike roast is just too weak for me. My job requires me to be alert for all safety concerns on a flight with my restless and often short layovers. Further, with most people cutting back on fat or even being lactose intolerant, just having one container of cream out next to the sugar seems odd if not out of touch with your customer base. Now I've added another minute or two wait to get the attention of a barista to ask for 2% as she pours it into my coffee since the other non-dairy options would be over the top to find. At the very least, placing a container of milk next to the cream would save time, allow options and just seem less lazy. Even your stand alone stores only have cream out. Is it time to purchase more containers?
Sadly, I have some to the conclusion to just go the Dunkin Donuts to get a robust dark roast as the product is more consistent, but if PEETS or CARIBOU is available, I will go there and bypass your stands.

As I was looking around at the cups for sale on the wall waiting to be asked I needed help the 2 lady employees behind the were talking rudely & loud about some other people. Some one else came from the back and said something to them and they looked around the store.
By then I was right in front of them looking in the food case. The continued their drama filled conversation, not waiting on me or even cared if I was standing there.
When my husband stood in front of her she finally asked what we would like. By now there we other people behind us forming a line.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I was rudely told they were out. I said what about the other kind of sandwich?
The other lady working behind the cashier said "well the shift before us didn't do their job and get them out of the freezer so legally we can't sell them for 24 hours."
So we ordered a muffin, chocolate croissant, & coffee.
As we got in the car we noticed neither bakery item was warm.
I understand if you are having a bad day but you don't treat the customers that way...
