I have bought stardollars yesterday on March 15th and I am not able to use them. Whenever I try to buy something or save a design I cannot. My purchase date and problem date was on 3/15. I am not able to spend my stardollars. I bought 1090 stardollars in total. I used a debit card to purchase my stardollars

My account was deleted I created my account, VanessaCoolness on stardoll many years ago. When I stopped playing as much, I would only log in every once in a while. Yesterday I tried to log in, but it wasn't working! I tried sending an email to my email address, but it said it didn't exist. I would really like to gain access back to my account, as I had many memories on that account. A very close friend of mine died and I wanted to see all of our conversations on there, since I don't have much to remember her by.

My account was deactivated a few years ago due to inactivity, if possible is there a chance it could be reactivated. A few years ago my account was deactivated for presumably inactivity, at this time I had a lot of personal stuff going on which meant I didn't log on to my account for some time. If possible it would be really nice if there was a way to reactive my account as it holds quite a lot of good and happy memories from my childhood so it would be nice to reminisce. I'm not quite sure if this is possible but for me it's worth a try. My user was *** and if it's any help the account was created in 2012

Spent years playing Stardoll and I love revisiting my account out of nostalgia. Please reactivate it. I created my Stardoll account in 2007 and spent so much of my childhood on there. I spent my own pocket money to gain access to Superstar benefits. I've loved and supported this website and even though I grew up I always loved revisiting this emblem of my childhood. However a couple of years ago I was heartbroken to find out that my account was deactivated with no prior warning. I have so many gems of my childhood on that site that are now gone forever. Poems I wrote, creations I've made. I would just love to have my account reactivated because it is so nostalgic to me.

lost a lot of items due to account password being lost with no email attached to the account this happened 2017/04/30. my account, I.dontcare., was an account I wanted to stop using so I proceeded to make a new one and purchase a membership, which the name was Bhodisattva. when i was done transferring everything, i forgot the password to the account and i unfortunately wasn't able to get any of my stuff back because the account doesn't have any email attached to it. the account has been since then deleted and i just wanna see if it can be reactivated and get a password reset. i had a lot of items there, no joke. please! i've put in a lot of money and the complaint is very late but i have just recently started playing again and putting in money again, the which i dont want to lose. thank you!

My account at Stardoll.com was deleted without a previous warning. Hello. In October , my account *** on Stardoll was deleted without prior notice and any warning. After several attempts to speak with the company, they gave me false reasons on why I had been deleted me, such as that I had used programs to visit users who had blocked me, or that I had manipulated their security systems several times. Taking into consideration that I never did whats mentioned above, I tried to contact them and tried to get back my account, however, many times I did not get an answer, and the times that they did, they refused to give it back to me. The company has reactivated several accounts of other players who broke the rules but refuse to reactivate mine. I think I am not being treated equally, seeing that I have invested a lot of time and money in the game. I don't think it's fair that other players can be given a second chance and I can't. After several months of sending emails and not getting a clear and concise answer as to why I was deleted, I am writing here since the situation is unsustainable and the company refuses to answer. Thank you very much.

My first account on Stardoll, which I created back in 2010, has gotten deleted a few years ago. I could never find any trace of it, until recently. I had made a Stardoll account (under the username *** for the first time back in 2010, but the account got deactivated sometime in 2014. I presume this is because I was inactive for an extensive period of time. Recently, when I tried to create a new account, I thought maybe I could reuse my first account's username, but to no avail. I had another that got deleted, and I tried using that account's username, which worked. This got me thinking, and when I logged in through a new account on to Stardoll and searched for *** I found that the account was still there. I have attached a few images where it shows that the last time that account was active was 70 months ago. I assumed it would have already been deleted, but it seems like the account is still up and running. I tried a few passwords for the account, but to no avail. When pressing "Forgot password?" I was told that there was no account with the username *** I would just like to know if the account is still active or not because I'm not sure if the issue is that I'm not getting the right password or if it's something else. If the account is actually still deactivated, is there anyone activate again even if so many years have passed. Thanks so much!

I want to appeal for my account. Stardoll has been a horrible customer service for me. They deleted my account due to false reports. When I asked them about the reason they told me that it has been closed due to sending offensive messages. Let me clear my side. A guy got into a fight with me (his username is *** that dude was continousely writing offensive messages in my guestbook and abusing me in Urdu language becuase he was clever enough not to write in English language because he knew that he would be reported. Fine! I blocked him even though I reported too but none action was taken against him. Later on that guy came up with his other fake accounts to insult me, to threat me, to offend me. Those accounts are *** and ***. Fine! I did blocked those accounts too. But that guy didn't stopped and continued to do this thing. I felt insecure at stardoll and even though this thing also disturbed me in my real life. Because stardoll was like a hobby for me and I use it to feel relax. And when the things crossed my limits so I comfronted that guy and I reacted. So he started reporting me with his fake accounts. And my account got terminated. Now where is my fault. I was just defensive and protecting myself. Because these things upset me that much that I started to feel insecure in my real life and about my family. And also I am an old user of stardoll and well aware of their One-Stop Rules. I would had never ever intentionally used offensive or sexual words for any other user. I was just a freindly user with everyone. And if I've hurt anyone unintentionally then I'm sorry. I apologize. But that user *** is dangerous and harass other users. Stardoll isn't taking any action against him. I deserve to have my account back. Honestly I was just being defensive. My account name is Succesful.

Stardoll closed my account without me, actually breaking the rules
Stardoll closed my account without me, actually breaking the rules. So I had this account in Stardoll which took years to build (I spent my parent's money, as a minor, and all my weekly allowances). I have a friend which happened to have an account too (I know her personally). She reported my account for personal reasons and does not involve Stardoll in any way. There were no rules (I am among the 1% population who reads the rules thoroughly and abide by it - I aspire to be a lawyer) broken as we talked it through in person. I tried contacting Stardoll, but then they closed my account and said that there's no way to retrieve it. I just sent them a ticket wherein I stated my constructive criticism. I spent a fortune, my doll's a royalty and all my efforts of logging in every single day was put into waste. I hope that issues like this deserves more investigation. Just like how the law goes, there needs to be a certain piece of evidence before you indict a person - and not just delete accounts in an instant. I was really sad, because Stardoll was my childhood. I put my dedication into dressing up my dolls and even had my friends to play it. Sadly, as teenagers, our conflicts reached to the game. My friend apologised and didn't know it would take Stardoll to delete my account in that instant. My suggestions are for the betterment of this game. People will embrace it more if its policies and methods are just. Please take all of these into consideration as this will definitely help you in the future. I am writing this because I still long for playing this game and maybe just maybe if there's a slightest chance that you can review this case and retrieve my account back, I'd be so happy. But if not, I would like to say thanks to all the years I've spent because Stardoll really served me well. I played since I was 11 and now that I am 19, I really wanted to come back. Thanks for hearing my situation out.

Stardoll seems to have been hacked in the past week, resulting in possibly dangerous situations and the outcome of deleted accounts. Hi, I am the owner of Hickeys_ on stardoll, my account was closed this past week without fair warning exactly on the day that according to Stardoll's official instagram account is filled with complaints from others that have gone through the same experience as me. I have been a consistent member since 2013 and am highly aware of when things seem out of the norm for a website. I even heard that people have been trying to make purchases for membership or stardollars officially from the site and have not received them. I am concerned for the safety of the members. It seems that sensitive information such as addresses or credit card information of minors with accounts could've/could been leaked. Stardoll is not addressing the situation at all and that is putting members at a possible higher risk because they aren't aware of the state of the website. I have tried to get help but so far I have gotten responses that don't seem correct. My first account with you guys got deleted because of the amount of reports from trolls and fake accounts but I just decided to give up and make another because I understand that it seems Stardoll doesn't keep track of the possible weird number of traffic that one account could be attracting, but now my newer account is also gone. My account was hacked awhile back by someone who had personal vendetta against me, I think they purposefully did things against Stardoll's "rules" so that eventually I'd be deleted because after I did get a threat from the member but didn't understand what they meant. Awhile back Stardoll got hacked a different time and there were banners everywhere with pornographic images and inappropriate audio playing on the site, and yet I don't think they ever addressed that. Please rethink the decision that apparently someone made on my account to close it, because I've always been loyal to the game, I've never purposefully done something to lose it, and even if I had you guys never gave me a chance to fix the issue. No ones given me actual proof as to why it was taken from me so it just feels like it was someone's word against my account and I lost it unfairly. It just seems like a easy way for the company to avoid confrontation or more work for themselves by using the One Stop Rules to delete paying members who obviously care or their accounts.

Wrongful Account Termination and Incompetence from Stardoll My account, ***, has been wrongfully terminated for having "severely broken the one-stop rules". I have done no such thing and have communicated this to Stardoll on multiple occasions through email. Whenever I got a response, it was always the same WITHOUT proper explanation and WITHOUT any evidence to support their finding. Stardoll claims that I have purchased Stardollars illegally off the game, but once again this is false. Simply because I sold items in my bazaar does not mean that I broke any rules at all. I offered to show Stardoll bank statements and any information they requested to help corroborate the truth, but Stardoll failed to look carefully at the facts, dismissed what I had to say, and responded with emails that they copied and pasted repeatedly. In a court of law, they would most definitely lose their case because they did not want to provide ANY evidence at all. Stardoll's incompetence has not only resulted in wrongful account terminations and flawed investigations (or lack thereof), but serves as a form of theft in my eyes and in many others who faced similar issues as myself. Users spend YEARS building up their accounts, collecting items, and spending LOTS of real dollars on this game. However, Stardoll disregards this completely, pockets the money users put into this game, and deletes accounts for invalid purposes and without supporting evidence to provide to its users. I have saved copies of the email threads I have communicated with Stardoll that CLEARLY show Stardoll copied and pasted messages. I provided just one of the many screenshots I have of Stardoll's partial emails (clearly all look the same because Stardoll doesn't care to investigate, provide evidence, and offer any degree of customer service). These emails don't offer ANY support of how Stardoll goes about collecting so-called evidence. If Stardoll cared about it's paying customers and had competent staff working for them, these issues would never arise. Stardoll must reassess their policies and look to better their service for it's paying customers. My account was STOLEN from me by Stardoll and after communicating with many other members, it seems like I'm not the only one who has faced this. Loyal Stardoll users who have been playing the game for over a decade are terminated after receipt of any form of complaints that other players report. Stardoll fails to recognize that many users falsify complaints for various reasons. Stardoll has failed me and many other users. I won't stop raising awareness of this issue until something is done about it.
