Starz Entertainment Costarz review: Cancelled subscription

I cancelled the starz entertainment costarz. I was charged 49.69. I sent an email and got a response on July 18,2022. Standard email stating here is your # and we received your email.Supposedly response time 2 days. Today 5 days later nothing. No response and no refund. No answer on the phone. Where am I suppose to go from here. On my end the next thing will be getting in touch with the credit card co.
