BACK IN JUNE 30 2011 MY HOME WAS BROKE INTO THE STOLED SOME THING AND THEN BURNT MY HOME DOWN. I WAS ON VACATION WHEN THIS HAPPENED AND HAD THE RECIEPT TO SHOW THEM THAT I WAS DOWN IN PA.. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF REMODIFY MY HOME. AND THE PERSON THAT DID THIS IS IN JAIL . BUT THEY STILL ARE DENING THE CLAIM. BUT THE DAUGHTER OF THIS PERSON IS THE ONE WHO TOLD THE DETECTIVE THAT HER AND HIM WHERE INVOLED WITH THIS .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i had similar problem. I purchased a vacant policy with them and after someone broke in and i filed a claim, they told me that the claim will be denied because they don't do VACANT policies ! Even after they did an inspection on my house they never send me a notice saying there is a problem with me having a vacant property!
My brother has a accident it was the other persons fault and they dropped him off there insurance and they are making him pay 4000 dollars
