We ordered electronic equipment from Streamtel and never received the product. It has been almost a year since ordering and we are out of pocket almost 13K USD. I just want everyone to understand that we are victims of this company and after reading this board, not the only ones. BEWARE OF STREAMTEL!

Hi, we placed an order to the value of 21, 000 euros and all we keep being told is the item is being tested, what information did they provide to you as to why your goods were delayed, have you taken any legal action?

Hi I'm from Philippines. I have also the same experience with this company STREAMTEL. I ordered an equipment from this company amounting to a more than 22, 000 EUROS 3 years ago. It was January 10 and 23, 2007 when i sent the money to this company via telegraphic transfer for the equipment that i ordered but STREAMTEL failed to deliver. As this equipment was ordered for use in the introduction of digital TV transmissions here in the Philippines it has become a very large issue to the TV station that has ordered this equipment and a major concern of course if they wish to purchase any other Italian made products and receive the same treatment. Confidence in Italian Companies has been put in some doubt by the Streamtel attitude and failure to deliver this FULLY PAID equipment despite many promised delivery dates. The failure of this Italian company STREAMTEL to provide the equipment has became common knowledge to the other potential clients of Italian digital equipment and was resulted in a huge losses in sales in this country and potential loss of Italian companies earned international goodwill.
I was desperately seeked kind assitance from Italian Embassy here in the Philippines and with the Philippines Embassy in Italy BUT... nothing happened. All our attempts to have this equipment delivered or a refund has ended in total failure and this has been a continuing saga since January 29, 2007... I am just hoping that somebody from the authority can read this blog! By the way... the names of the person that we been contacting in STREAMTEL COMPANY are LUCIO MANGIAROTTI and ALESSANDRO ZUCHIATTI... My business partner from Australia even met LUCIO together with his lady boss at the NAB and made him a promise.
