StubHub Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I bought concert tickets a month in advance and never received the tickets or QR codes. I called customer service multiple times leading up to the event and was told I’d receive them the day of. On the day of the concert, I called seven times. Each person I spoke with gave me the runaround, stalled for time, and promised to call back — no one ever did.

I was in the car with friends, all excited for the event, and ended up feeling embarrassed and frustrated as it became clear that this company had completely dropped the ball. I had to buy tickets last-minute through another app just to salvage the evening.

This is not just poor service — it’s careless and disrespectful to paying customers. I will never use this service again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Recommendation: Never ever but tickets from StubHub

StubHub Stubhub cheated us out of our bucket list concert

We bought 6 AC/DC tickets from Stubhub in December 2024 and received a confirmation letter with assigned seats from them.
On April 24, 2025 we traveled by air to Las Vegas and we had not received our tickets by the afternoon of the show, which was April 26, 2025. Stubhub customer service told us it could be 6:59pm or a minute before the show at 7:00pm before the seller could release the tickets. After multiple calls with their customer service, it was obvious they were protecting the seller. We got a refund notice by Stubhub 30 MINS BEFORE THE SHOW that they were cancelling our tickets! We did not even have a chance to secure other tickets as the concert was sold out.
Their "FanProtect Guarantee" states that "We will go out of our way to find replacement tickets if there is an issue with your order." There were no replacement tickets nor attempts to replace them even though they had our money for 4 months.
We have since been reimbursed for our tickets, however we lost out on our bucket list concert, not to mention thousands of dollars in travel costs. This is inexcusable, avoidable and we requested fair resolution from them, but we are not holding our breath.
Why is Stubhub still in business? Go to Trustpilot.com or Reddit and you can see for yourselves that they regularly defraud ticket buyers and sellers. In hindsight, I wish I would've known their miserable track record. This is fraud and deceit and they need to be held accountable.
We wish we would have not used them, and we will tell everyone we know not to use them.

Recommendation: DO NOT buy or sell any tickets on Stubhub!

I am writing to convey our ongoing frustration regarding StubHub’s mishandling of our ticket purchase and resale for the AC/DC concert on April 26, 2025, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. What should have been a simple and exciting bucket list trip turned into a logistical failure and financial burden caused solely by StubHub’s own internal breakdown and unethical practices.
On December 6, 2024, my sister purchased six tickets (Order #[protected]) for $1,813.54 (including
a service fee of $499.06). These were mobile tickets for Section 408, Row 16, Seats 901- 906. After two attendees canceled, she resold two of those tickets via StubHub on April 23, 2025, to Anonymous Buyer for $442.80 (Order #[protected]). Although StubHub instructed her to
transfer the tickets to Anonymous Buyer, the original tickets were never delivered for that transfer to occur.
Detailed Combined Timeline of Events:
• April 23, 2025: StubHub’s system instructed us to transfer the two tickets, yet the tickets were not released to my sister.
• April 24, 2025: My brother in law and sister flew to Las Vegas. My husband and I arrived later that evening.
• April 25, 2025: All four of us spent the day sightseeing, unaware that we would not be attending the concert. We remained optimistic that the mobile tickets would arrive before showtime at 7:00pm.
• April 26, 2025 (day of the show):
o 4:01 PM: StubHub emailed us with a one-hour deadline to transfer the
tickets.
o 4:04 PM: Sister called StubHub and spoke with a representative named Ali. During the 38-minute call, Ali reassured her that the tickets could still be released up until 6:59 PM. Ali also cited StubHub’s FanProtect Guarantee and confirmed our compliance up to that point.
o During this call, StubHub refused to disclose who sold my sister the original tickets, citing their privacy policy. However, Stubhub had already shared the full name and email of her buyer, Anonymous Buyer—so this rationale seems inconsistent.
o 4:40 PM: Husband and I were informed about the issue with the non-delivery of the mobile tickets. We went to the stadium hoping tickets would still arrive. We met others experiencing similar issues with StubHub.
o 6:25 PM: We received an email stating that our order had been canceled and a refund of $1,813.54 would be issued. *** Stubhub did not offer to replace tickets, nor did we have a chance to replace on our own and this was a sold out concert! *** They had our money for 4 months.
- April 27-28, 2025 we all returned home very disappointed and frustrated with this outcome.
• April 29, 2025: Despite StubHub’s own failure to release the tickets, my sister was charged $499.06 for allegedly not delivering the tickets to Anonymous Buyer. My sister has confirmed that the $1,813.54 refund has been issued. However, the $499.06 charge is being disputed through CitiBank. The charge has been suspended during their investigation, but there is no guarantee she will not ultimately be held responsible for it.
Our expenses for this trip, unrelated to the refunded concert ticket cost, remain significant:
• Sister and brother in law: approx. $3,400.00 in travel expenses + $499.06 pending charge
• Husband and I: approx. $1,750.00 in travel expenses
• Total out-of-pocket expense: $5,649.06 (excluding the refunded tickets).
StubHub failed to deliver on its obligations and then penalized us for that failure. This is not just a technical error—it is a systemic problem that has real financial consequences. We expect the following:
1. Immediate and permanent reversal of the $499.06 charge.
2. Written acknowledgment from StubHub accepting responsibility for the ticket transfer failure.
3. Fair compensation for the trip-related expenses incurred by all four of us as a direct result of StubHub’s mishandling and fraudulent business practices.

StubHub Worst customer service I have ever received.

On November 14 I purchased tickets for a concert in Philadelphia and accidentally entered the wrong email address. In doing so, I didn't know that I would lose my tickets based off of the error. The day of the concert I noticed my tickets weren't in the app or email so I called and spoke to two separate individuals for over an hour providing 3 additional email addresses that they were unable to send the tickets to. One would think that it almost being 2025, there would be an easier way to rectify a misspelled email address. They are now telling me that I am out the money that I paid because of the error. I go to concerts all the time and will NEVER USE StubHub again. I would encourage anyone else to look elsewhere because the customer service was absolutely atrocious.

Recommendation: Look elsewhere for your ticket needs

Argue the payment with your provider, indicate the fact that StubHub did not manage to address the problems with your email even after a prompt reply from you. This may recover your lost cash. In the future, verify the account information again and do not make the purchase to avoid such incidents.

StubHub Sold invisible tickets

We purchased the invisible tickets May 21, 2024 Purchased Air fair same day and The Landing Hotel. Entire trip totaling $4,456.79. Not including parking at the airport in Charlotte and boarding our dog. Flight was amazing, Hotel amazing. Up until kickoff we were lied to saying the tickets were coming. Guess who missed the game between Pittsburg Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. Game sold out. They obviously resold our very good seats to the highest bidder. My husband was crushed and had to go to the doctor immediately. I want my money for the air fair and hotel back.

Recommendation: NEVER DEAL with STUB HUB, they are scammers. We are seniors and may not even be around next year sadly, this is the world in which we live.

On Tuesday, May 21, 2024 I purchased tickets to the Steelers vs. Ravens game, November 17, 2024. We never received the tickets. After flying from Charlotte, NC, and staying in the Landing Hotel and paying for the tickets to the game.
You refunded the tickets after saying the tickets would be sent by Saturday November 16, 2024 @ 2:00. The refund came too late to purchase tickets to see the game. So we basically spend a total of $4,456.79 for nothing. There is still the matter of our hotel $1320.12 and our fight $1948.90 totaling $3,269.02. Which is what you owe us. When we returned home my husband had to go to the doctor because his pressure was way too high, caused by his hard earned money that was trashed because you did not send us the tickets to the game in which we paid for. I am putting this on social media, The better Business Bureau and sending over to the Federal Trade Commission. Your reviews are horrible which is why I don't understand how you are allowed by law to do this to people. I am forwarding this complaint to my attorney as well. Send your documentation, which includes your booking confirmation, the refund notice, and receipts for your travel expenses, directly to StubHub’s customer service team. Stress the emotional and financial burden that went on because the tickets were not delivered. Ask reimbursement for your expenses that are non-refundable due to the constraints of being a goodwill act since there was a massive effect on your arrangements.

StubHub Proceed with Caution: A Personal Warning About StubHub

As someone who loves attending live events, I wanted to share my recent experience with StubHub. I purchased tickets for a highly anticipated concert, only to find out last minute that the tickets were invalid. This led to a disappointing and costly situation, as my friends and I were turned away at the gate. The customer service was unhelpful and the whole ordeal left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's heartbreaking to see hard-earned money go to waste due to such negligence. I urge you to proceed with caution when using StubHub, as my experience was far from satisfactory.

StubHub Terrible Service and Unresolved PRoblems Costing Hours and Hundreds

Bought Several Cubs and White Sox tickest for the opening week of the season and needed to resell some. I used to do this all the time years ago very easily. This time my "relisted tickets" were not viewable and I spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved with several cusomer service agents. Generally, the agents were understanding and tried to help but after speaking to more than ten agents(really!) the matter still hasn't been fully resolved. I will NEVER use them again!

Recommendation: Check Vivid Seats. I never had a problem with them!

StubHub Tickets to Florida Panthers game

I bought a ticket to the Florida Panthers game for 5/11/25. I never received the ticket and explained the circumstances of an out of town needing the ticket at least 2 days prior to the game. All I received was excuses and nasty un-professional customer service taking no accountability. This ticket issue cost me $100's of dollars in logistical nightmares. Also, I was charged almost $300 per service fees on 3 tickets. 2 arrived the third most needed ticket for the same event still never arrived. It's 4 hours prior to game time and I purchased it last week. Dealing with their customer service and customer service managers was a nightmare. I will never use them again!

Desired outcome: I would like my money back $345 plus $100 for travel car mess-up.

StubHub Stubhub

Ordered tickets through stubhub on line 11 Feb 2025 for an event 01 April 2025. Never received electronic tickets that were supposed to be available/downloaded the day of the event.
Contact stubhub customer service through their virtual chat and was told I cannot receive a refund because I contacted them too late. Note that my wife and I spent the entire afternoon and early evening, up to the time of the event attempting to retrieve the tickets to no avail.

Claimed loss: $419.00

StubHub Fraudulent transaction

good day and thank you for your time. this is a complaint against StubHub for false classification of one transaction among many others not being classified as Fraudulent although the other transactions at the same day and time have been. August 21, 2024 my, John Jeremy Scott, PayPal account password was hacked and an outside individual made 5 purchases for StubHub tickets. $1,736.71 transaction ID 4C256259HE043354D, $1,615.69 transaction ID 2BJ33210TT5421430, $2,533.31 transaction ID 8LJ54978F4264831R, $1,627.68 transaction ID 808836045Y556981M, and $3,010.08 transaction ID 8KR12844U1637251J, all placed on the same day, all at the same time. now the facts are simple, I suffered a closed head injury in 1994, I live on a disability check now, my monthly income sets me annually below Michigan's poverty line. my truck has 400,000 miles on it and would probably break down still inside the state lines, and all but 1 purchase has already been deemed as being Fraudulent and refunded back to the paying source of PayPal. I have asked continuously to have the amount of $1,736.71 be classified as Fraudulent and submitted to PayPal even though each time I get off the phone with someone they believe my Fraud claim and say they will list it as such, yet crooked company continues to inform PayPal that I made the transaction. well of course it looks like me, what do you think happens when someone hacks a PayPal account holder's password and gains access inside the account? I was not home at the time and found out much later, and stopped all but one transaction, however the amount of $1,736.71 I could not stop and since it went through, PayPal is trying to take the blame away from them by making me pay for their mistake, however if StubHub would actually for once in their career and do the right thing by telling PayPal that this was an UNAUTHORIZED Transaction and relay this to PayPal as being Fraudulent, my problems with PayPal would go away. Unfortunately StubHub from what I have been reading is not a respectable company. 5 purchases were made from my account, all on the same day and time, and 4 already refunded and deemed Fraudulent yet this one somehow I must have placed while living month to month, no savings, and no chances of ever getting to wherever this event was taking place. I would be happy to happy to classify this complaint as being resolved, along with removing all bad reviews I left on Facebook on every single message line, over and over and... please StubHub do the right thing and inform PayPal that the amount of $1,736.71 is fraudulent and unauthorized. I have made out a Police Report along with all documentation I have kept in a folder to prove my innocence in this complaint.

StubHub Stubhub isn't even a valid provider of this event and over charged for this event

I found a concert we wanted to artend and stub hub came up as the place to buy tickets. Purchased tickets and then noticed huge fees were tacked on! Then also come to find out they're not even actual sellers of these tickets and not only extremely over charged but also charged an extravagant fee. I bought a total of 6 tickets for almost $1500. I am requesting a full refund.

StubHub Ticket sales

I am filing a complaint against StubHub regarding transaction #[protected]. I sold tickets via StubHub for around $538. The buyer alleged they could not use the tickets because they were already scanned. StubHub indicated they would charge me $3500 because the buyer alleged they could not use the tickets. StubHub does not require any proof from the buyer regarding the purchase. StubHub told me they take the buyer's word. StubHub has requested several documents from me and indicated if I could produce the documents I would not incur any charges. I have produced all the documents that StubHub has requested, and they still insist on charging me $3500.

I provided proof of the following via email to StubHub: I bought the tickets directly from the Orange Bowl and I provided an invoice. I provided emails documenting the email of tickets I sent to the buyer. I sent screenshots of the tickets indicating the buyer had claimed the tickets. I provided an email from my ticket executive saying the tickets were scanned. The tickets can only be sold once. Once the tickets are emailed and claimed they can’t be sold again. No screenshots can be taken either because the software won't allow it. I am not sure why the buyer did not get into the venue if that is even true. However, I did everything I was supposed to before and after the sale. I provided StubHub with my ticket executive’s email and telephone number so StubHub could contact them if they needed any additional information. However, StubHub has failed to reach out.

I asked StubHub for any documentation regarding the complaint from the buyer and they have not provided any information. I have reached out to the buyer directly via email to try and resolve the issue or get additional information but have not heard back.

I have been a customer of StubHub for over 15 years and have never had an issue like this. It is ridiculous that StubHub would just take a buyer’s word with no documentation and then charge the seller an astronomical fee even though I have provided all documentation. StubHub needs to change its policy or they are going to lose a lot of customers selling tickets on the platform because the sellers have no status.

All supporting documents have also been attached.

StubHub buying and selling on Stub Hub

On Feb.3 I bought 2 tickets which were listed for $500 each for Dead and Company at the Sphere. I clicked on pay with Paypal and immediately I was charged $1454! I would not have bought them at that price. I tried to get a refund from Stubhub, paypal and my credit card company to no avail. so I relisted them for sale for exactly what I paid for them. So after 3 weeks I went to look at the listing on stubhub and compare it to others. My listing wasn't there! I called customer service and they offered me no help.They suggested lowering the price.What a nightmare. Apparently my tickets are not reccommended by them so not being shown. There are many cpmparable tix for 3 times my price. I am so upset.

StubHub Penalty charges for failing to delivered not-yet-received mobile tickets to buyer

I ordered three Lion King tickets on January 24, 2024 for the Feb. 20, 2024 show at Segestrom Center in Costa Mesa, California. StubHub charge $22 fee for each ticket. I tried to sell the tickets on their website but had to cancel the sale because I have not yet received my ticket and could not deliver them to the buyer. On February 17, 2024, StubHub notified me that they charged me $240 as penalty for the cancelled ticket sale.

Now I have been charged $480 for three tickets I have not yet received!

StubHub Suspected fraud

I listed 6 tickets on Stub Hub at 8:02pm 1/7/2024. At 8:12pm on 1/7/2024 I pulled my tickets off/cancelled my listing. At 8:18pm 1/7/2024 I received an email 3 of my tickets had been sold. Not only do I find it ironic that my tickets some how magically sold within 8 minutes when I had them listed elsewhere the full week prior for same price and 0/6 sold, but there were also 272 other tickets listed on StubHub for same event, for same price (some cheaper) in same level/area. But they wanted my 3. 🤔 Interesting. Is it just a coincidence that 3 of my 6 tickets sold as fast as 8 minutes and I was notified 5 minutes after cancelling my listing? I called StubHub at 8:20pm (because finding an actual phone number for StubHub entails research, it’s not easily listed on the website) on 1/7/2024, immediately after receiving the notice that they had sold and was told it was taken care of and it was fine, only to receive an email on 1/8/2024 at 11:54am that “my sale had incurred a charge” of $500. This screams fraud to me and StubHub should not be allowed to get away with scams like this. And this the ticket buyers information:

StubHub NFL tickets

We bought 6 seats for the Dallas Cowboys I. November. The notice said our tickets were confirmed [protected] $3,375.60

On game day we found out that our transaction was declined and we had to be paid double to get seats. Confirmation [protected] $6,850.50

We called our credit card twice, and the rejection was from stub hub.

We we so stressed that we would even be able to get our family to the game. We came from out of town and had no notice that we had no seats. I will never use stub hub again. A +$3k mistake that was a horrible stressor for using Stub Hub.

StubHub Bait and switch for premium aisle seats

I bought 5 tickets through StubHub and once I paid they were sent via Ticketmaster. I made the decision on these seats and paid a premium because it said "Aisle Seat and seats 1-5" but once I got the tickets immediately after the sale it was seats 3-7. (Not aisle, the seller held 1-2 to sell to someone else at thw "aisle seat" premium. We are talking $30 per seat more for an aisle seat. I have screenshots to prove what I was shown every step of the way. Very misleading. I paid more for these seats because of that feature so this feels like a bait and switch. StubHub offers a sort by aisle, and even when it says that all over the reservation process, that is a lie. Bait and switch, super deceitful. Do not trust what you are seeing on their site is what you get. I can prove it is not.

StubHub Miami dolphins tickets

On 8/30/23 I bought on Stubhub tickets to the Dolphins/Raiders game on 11/19/23 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Florida. The tickets weren't automatically delivered to me on the day of the game. I called Stubhub and they called the guy selling the tickets and he finally sent me the tickets about 3 hours before the game. This was to late, by the time I got to the game it was close to halftime. Additionally, I purchased parking passes from another person on 10/13/23 and was lead to believe the parking lot was adjacent to the stadium. It was lot 42, which is over one mile away. The person who I went to the game with is a handicap veteran and could not make the walk. As a result we had to take a rickshaw type of vehicle with was an additional $40 to the venue and $50 after the venue.

I was delayed to the game because of the seller. I tried calling a few times to get the tickets earlier but was told by Stubhub there is nothing that could be done until the day of the game. Because the seller delayed sending me the tickets to the last minute, We were unable to get there before the game started (in which I paid a full price with full fees to get) I was misled by the parking seller and was made to think the parking area was MUCH closer to the venue. I never would of purchased this parking pass for my sister/disabled veteran because I know she cannot walk far.

I cannot believe Stubhub would allow this to happen. I hope this is not a representation of many of the sellers on your website.

StubHub The tickets I bought were canceled

I bought tickets to Bruce Springsteen in Phili on 8/21/24 (850.00)on StubHub 9/4/23. On 9/8/23 I rec an email from the seller of the tickets saying he did not want to sell his tickets. I called StubHub and they guaranteed me in writing that they would honor the purchase with those tickets or tickets of equal value. On 10/21/23 I received an email from StubHub saying they canceled my transaction and gave me a refund. I don't want a refund...I want my tickets! If they had at least told me on 9/4/23 I would have had an opportunity to buy tickets elsewhere. The tickets have now gone up significantly in price. No one at StubHub will help me...I have even tried emailing the CEO of the company...nothing.

Claimed loss: Tickets now worth over $1000.00

Desired outcome: I would like my tickets or tickets of equal value

StubHub tickets to Ed Sheeran Sept 9th 2023

I purchase 2 tickets to Ed Sheeran in Las Vegas for Sept. 9th 2023 show, paid $798.05 for both tickets. The show was cancelled because of the stage being broke and was reschedule for Oct. 28th 2023. The problem I have is that it was our 49th wedding anniversary, this was my gift to my wife, we had to fly from Nashville, Tn., rent a room, buy food, We are not wealthy people, we do not have the money to rebuy air line ticket, get a hotel room. Stub Hub informed me that I COULD NOT get my money back, but that I could resale them on their web site, and if they sold I would have to pay a commission, all thought I had already pay a Commission on the tickets when I purchased them for the show that was cancelled. I would check every day to see if the tickets had sold, and they had not, then on Oct. 12th I noticed that they had dropped the price of the tickets, from $400.00 each to $360.00 each. I called and was told that they were just trying to get the tickets sold. I called back on Oct 26th because the tickets had not sold to see if I could exchange them for some football tickets, I was told no again, the lady checked my thickets and told me that they where listed for $800.00 each and that I has 3 to 4 tickets for sale. Told her that my seat Number where 3 and 4 Row 9 Sec.131. Guess who's not getting their tickets sold, and Stub Hub doesn't care. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM STUB HUB ! Again I was told if they didn't sale my LOSS, Thanks Stub Hub You SUCK

Desired outcome: would like my money back, I didn't cancel the concert!!

StubHub High priority message: ticket listings

#1. 2 dates for the same event on 2 of the 3 days. Specifically, NHRA Nevada Nationals Saturday October 28 2023. Sunday October 29 2023.

One option says:

It looks like 2 different places. As a customer I would hesitate to pick

#2. When you pick one of the choices...The seat availability in the sections are completely different. Purple Available verses White Unavailable. One option only offers the last half of the track with the entire first sections 1A through 1I unavailable. The other option shows 1B, 1E, 1F, 1G no seats available which is more probable but who knows.

I understand that people may not want to gather in large groups with what is going on in the world, however, the date listing options still shows an error that requires a fix for me to believe it. You don't make money if you don't sell the customer tickets. so, I would think you would have an interest in the fix. I have reached out to your customer service by phone and email. Nothing happens. For reference here are my listings:

I think you have the ultimate responsibility and obligation to check how the dates and tickets appear to the buyer. I'm glad I checked. I was told that it appears different on a different device, Nope. That a ticket has been submitted, Okay.. the event is this weekend. Thank you for reading this rant. Jan

StubHub Payment from sold tickets

I sold VIP Box seats that include a pass for VIP Parking. The concert and parking tickets are issued separately. They are mobile tickets. On 9/5 the buyer said that I didn't send the parking pass as promised. I immediately submitted a service ticket with the proof that I sent the tickets including the emails that all tickets were transferred immediately upon sale and that the buyer accepted the tickets. I also sent corroborating proof from the ticketmaster app that shows the tickets were transferred and accepted by the buyer. Then I received an email requesting the documents, so I replied to the email with them attached again. The next day I received another email requesting the proof. I replied with it again. My proof was 9 pages of documents. On Sept 8, they deducted a fee from my payment for the tickets. However according to their contract they are supposed to charge my card entered as guarantee and only deduct from funds if card fails.

I waited until Sept 13th to follow up by replying to the email and received a useless response. I have called several times and every time I have to explain the situation. On 9/13 I was told I'd have the funds within 5 to 8 days. I waited a week and called again. Once again I was told I'd have the funds in 5 to 8 days. I have sent numerous follow up emails. I called again on 10/2 and was told my case was at the escalation team, since 9/20, and that the days for them to reply have been reached. I would absolutely receive an email from the THAT day. Didn't happen. I emailed again. Here we are 10/5. I called again, had to explain everything...again. 45 minutes, won't let me talk to manager or escalation team and still no resolution. Every agent can see the proof is there several times. I shouldn't have to spend so much time fighting to get what they never should have charged me for.

Desired outcome: I want the money they should never have deducted from my payment because proof was provided.

StubHub NFL Tickets

I listed 3 tickets for sale on stub and seat geek. One ticket was purchased through seat geek on the same day before the buyer on stub hub. I have called stub hub numerous times within the three week period and informed the customer service rep I did not have three tickets I only had two tickets left. I was told by several customer service reps from stub hub, "if I did not have the three tickets stub hub is going to charge me the value plus penalties. I had no control over the ticket selling before stub hub made the purchase. I offered to send the other two tickets to the buyer but the customer service rep said all three tickets or no tickets. My order number for that transaction is [protected]

StubHub Canceled tickets order 4 times

Me and 2 of my friends purchased tickets for the beyonce concert in New Orleans on September the 27 for my birthday. Paid over 400$ in fees. We flew to New Orleans from St. Petersburg Florida. 15 minutes before the show starts I received a email advising our transactions was cancelled. We call stub hub over 20 times everyone we talked to was extremely rude, unprofessional, uneducated on how it works and they all provided different information even the supervisor Pamela employee Id number 2591114. Who no told me she the highest person I can speak with in regards to this. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and she did nothing to try and help us. She would not allow us to buy tickets over the phone or even try to help us locate a ticket. We reprocessed the order 4 more times on 4 different cards online and they were all cancelled. We couldn't even buy tickets from another vendor at this point because they were holding the money. No one was able to tell us why this was happening or try to help us find new tickets. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company I’ve ever done business with. I am even more hurt that the company is getting away with type of behavior. I’ve taken time off work, paid for a flight, booked a hotel, rented a car all in vein because StubHub was selling tickets they never had, this ruined my 30th birthday and what put the icing on the cake was the costumer service I received, the I don’t care attitude and lack of empathy I got from this company is beyond disgusting and ridiculous. I was being hung up on, placed on hold and the representative would never come back to the call, the list goes on and on. Worst experience of my life. birthday I’ll never forget, ruined.

StubHub Bruce Springsteen tickets

Purchased 2 tickets for the show for Albany, NY in March of 2023. Show ended up being postponed until September 19th 2023. Now the show is postponed until sometime in 2024.

I cannot get my money back as the show has not been canceled!

Semantics. These tickets were purchased and nothing has been delivered to the consumer!

Not a good way to do business. I did not just decide I did not want to go and the concert took place! Ridiculous and I would like a full refund.
