On November 14 I purchased tickets for a concert in Philadelphia and accidentally entered the wrong email address. In doing so, I didn't know that I would lose my tickets based off of the error. The day of the concert I noticed my tickets weren't in the app or email so I called and spoke to two separate individuals for over an hour providing 3 additional email addresses that they were unable to send the tickets to. One would think that it almost being 2025, there would be an easier way to rectify a misspelled email address. They are now telling me that I am out the money that I paid because of the error. I go to concerts all the time and will NEVER USE StubHub again. I would encourage anyone else to look elsewhere because the customer service was absolutely atrocious.
Recommendation: Look elsewhere for your ticket needs
Argue the payment with your provider, indicate the fact that StubHub did not manage to address the problems with your email even after a prompt reply from you. This may recover your lost cash. In the future, verify the account information again and do not make the purchase to avoid such incidents.
