Bait and Switch tickets in order to sell tickets you purchased at a higher price just before event.
I purchased tickets over two months ago for a show in miami. Three days before the show, I was called and told that my tickets are unavailable per an enaik from the seller. After looking online, I see the ticket prices are now three times what they were when I purchased. Ticket center.com allowed the seller to not give me tickets that were sold to me and resell them at the higher price... thereby breaching the contracted sale facilitated through their website. They then they tried to give me tickets that cost one quarter of what I spent in the nose bleed section at a 40 dollar discount from my origional price (still over 300 more than face value for tge crap tickets!) .. WtH!
This company refused to hold the seller accountable and only after I complained, they than refunded my money. Total scam...
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THEM. Go to the venue site... or use ticket master or stub hub...
Buyer Beware
I bought Bob Dylan tickets in Aug. for Oct concert. Five to ten minutes after getting the purchase confirmation email, I saw that the date was wrong and I called the company immediately to change the date to the one I needed because my flight had already been purchased. They refused. I had to buy another flight to get home a day later. Then the three tickets showed up and the face value was 101.00 each but I had paid $1,000.00. To make matters worse, I did not get the tickets in my hand until 7:15 pm the night before I left. People who don't go to many concerts like me, don't know the face value disclaimers they have on their website. And my family told me that TicketMaster gets a lot of complaints about their business practice. Buyer Beware! I was not and paid a huge price for learning that the Federal Government needs to intervene and make changes to this industry.
Concert did not exist
Event Tickets Center sold me tickets for an event that did not exist. When I attempted to request a refund, they stated that they needed "proof" they the concert did not take place. I provided a link to the Kentucky Opera website showing all performance dates and times. They then stated "Unfortunately, we have been unable to find any indication of the event being canceled or postponed through the link you shared with us". Unbelievable, since the link clearly showed exactly when each performance took place - none of which matched the tickets I bought. A competent ticket seller would know when the events they are selling are held.
Recommendation: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Scammers and Liars
TERRIBLE company to deal with they pretend they are part of the venue and charge outrageous prices. If you want a refund don't bother they will not give it to you even if you bought the tickets by accident. I called as soon as it happened and was told they could not do anything. I disputed the payment with PayPal and Tickets-Center lied and told PayPal I already received my purchase and I did not I'm not getting the tickets until 2 days before by email. Stay away far from this company.
Recommendation: Stay away
Scam Ticket Seller!!!!
Yes, I should have been more diligent in being sure it was the actual site. I thought i was on the web page for getting baseball tickets. I have been to the site before and it looked identical. By the time I realized, on seeing the jacked up fees at the end, I had already paid with PayPal. Total rip off of over a hundred dollars. No actual tickets either, so far. Do not use them!
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM TOTAL SCAM SITE.
Total rip-off. Deceptive ad practices
They pose as the venue that the event is held and put graphics on that say tickets are selling fast and supply is limited. Total lie to get you to overpay for the tickets and the enormous fees that they charge. I took the bait hook line and sinker so that’s on me but I’m going to let everyone else know about these scam artists and put them out of business.
Recommendation: Stay Away from these foreign scammers
My feelings exactly!
Beware of this Tricky Ticket Website: No Refunds, No Verified Process, and Overpriced Tickets
This website is a tricky one, let me tell you. You think you're buying a ticket from the actual venue, but it's just a redirect from a Google search. They have a seating plan and everything, so you're convinced it's legit. But then they start pressuring you with a countdown timer to buy the ticket, and you're so focused on beating the clock that you don't realize you're not on the real venue site. And to make matters worse, there's some tiny legal disclaimer somewhere that says there are no refunds.
So you put in your credit card info and details, and eventually they email you something with no actual ticket. You click on a link and it directs you to a PDF with someone else's name on it. And get this, you paid around $200 for it when Joe Shmo only paid $40! Good luck trying to get into the concert with that mess.
There's no verified process like Ticketmaster has, where they verify your e-tickets and make sure no one else buys the same one. And these guys are aggressive, they won't give you a refund even if you realize you've been ripped off within 30 minutes of buying the ticket. You're stuck with it.
There's no way to verify your ticket, so you're taking a huge risk by buying from them. The original person who bought the ticket could have resold it on various scalping sites, and you could be one of many people who paid double or triple the price for a PDF of a ticket. And to top it all off, they don't even send a hard ticket like other legitimate ticket sellers.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. Read the many bad reviews they have and buy from a legitimate ticket seller like Ticketmaster. Don't be a chump and get ripped off like I did.
TicketsCenter Review: Overpriced, Confusing Website, Late Delivery - Buyer Beware!
I am so mad right now, I can hardly contain myself. I was trying to buy tickets for my family to go see Disney on Ice next month, and I ended up on this website called TicketsCenter. I thought it was Ticket Master, but apparently not. I didn't realize it until after I paid, and then I went back to Ticket Master and saw that the tickets were half the price! I feel like I got ripped off big time. I paid $300 for three tickets, and that's not even including the "service fees" and the electronic transfer fee. What a bunch of crap!
I've never bought tickets online before, so I didn't know what to expect. But this was just ridiculous. I feel like the company's sellers are taking advantage of people who are just trying to have a good time with their families. It's not fair. That money could have gone towards other things, like gas or dinner or souvenirs. But no, I had to waste it on these stupid tickets.
To make matters worse, I won't even get the tickets until two days before the event. That's not right. And when I called their automated line to check on my purchase, it said there was no record of it. But my credit card statement says otherwise. I don't know what's going on, but it's making me really nervous.
If TicketsCenter wants to improve their reputation, they need to hire a new web designer. Their website is a mess. The important information is in small print and hard to understand. They need to make it more user-friendly. Otherwise, they're just going to keep ripping people off and making them angry. And that's not good for business.
Tickets Center: A Total Scam with No Customer Protection
I am so mad right now, I can't even begin to explain. I made a mistake and ordered tickets for the wrong day on Tickets Center, and they charged me way more than any other website. I even got ticket insurance, but it turned out to be useless. When I got the confirmation email with the link to my ticket, it didn't work. I tried Ticketmaster's link too, but that didn't work either. The insurance is from a different company, so don't bother with that either. I called Tickets Center, and the customer service agent spoke broken English, which made it even more frustrating. The company's terms and conditions are sketchy, and I'm sure the higher-ups are making a fortune off of their no-refund policy. I feel bad for the customer service agents who have to deal with angry customers like me. I apologized to my agent, and she tried to help me as much as she could. She suggested that I copy and paste the link instead of clicking it, but that didn't work either. I don't have a ticket number or any other information, so I can't even resell my ticket. I wasted $100, and Tickets Center doesn't care. I also bought other tickets from them, but now I'm worried about those too. I should have read more carefully and realized that Tickets Center is not Ticketmaster. They have the same ridiculous fees as StubHub and TicketMaster, but at least those companies offer some customer protection. I would never buy tickets from Tickets Center again. It's a total scam, and I don't know how it's legal. I even found the CEO on LinkedIn, but I doubt he cares about customers like me.
Tickets-Center Review: Deceptive Scalpers Selling Secondhand Tickets
Tickets-Center is not a good place to buy tickets. They are scalpers who are trying to deceive people. I had a bad experience with them and I am fighting to get my money back. I went to the official Cirque du Soleil website to buy tickets, but somehow I ended up on the Tickets-Center website. I didn't know that they were scalpers and that I was buying secondhand tickets. The website looked like it was selling tickets directly from Cirque du Soleil. I didn't see anything that said I was buying from someone else.
The name of the website is Tickets-Center, which is misleading. They should call themselves something like Scalpers Market for Tickets. When I called them to complain, they suggested that I become a scalper myself. This is not a good way to do business. They are trying to trick people into buying tickets from them. They should be honest about what they are doing.
I want my money back and I hope that the Better Business Bureau can help me. I don't want anyone else to have the same bad experience that I had. We need an ethical marketplace for buying and selling tickets.
Disappointing Experience with TicketsCenter: Lack of Transparency on Refund Policy
I recently had an experience with TicketsCenter (tickets-center.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased tickets for the Martin Lawrence Lit AF Tour back in March 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was cancelled. I was initially told that I would receive a refund once the promoters cancelled the event, but now in July, I have been informed that I will not be receiving my money back. This has left me feeling like the company is only looking out for themselves and not their customers.
I understand that the pandemic has caused many live events to be cancelled, and that this is beyond anyone's control. However, I feel that the company should have been more transparent about their refund policy from the beginning. It is frustrating to be told one thing and then have the rules changed later on.
Upon further investigation, I found that TicketsCenter's terms and privacy policy state that they reserve the right to replace tickets with comparable or upgraded tickets, and that they may cancel orders at any time for any reason. While I understand that this is standard practice for many ticket resellers, it is important for customers to be aware of these policies before making a purchase.
In addition, I found that the locations, descriptions, and pricing of similar or equal tickets may vary due to the large volume of ticket resellers listing tickets on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to verify any possible inconsistencies or discrepancies before placing an order.
Overall, my experience with TicketsCenter has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. While I understand that the pandemic has caused many challenges for the live events industry, I feel that the company could have been more transparent about their refund policy and their terms and privacy policy. As a customer, it is important to be aware of these policies before making a purchase.
TicketsCenter Review: Shady Business Model and False Guarantees
I gotta say, I'm really confused by all the positive reviews for TicketsCenter. My daughter bought three concert tickets from them, and they were three and a half times the face value - a whopping $430 for three tickets that should have cost $45 each. I would have been okay with that if she had actually received the tickets, but she didn't. She got an email saying they were ready, but when she went to Ticketmaster to create an account and get the tickets, they weren't there. Apparently, the person who "resold" them didn't actually have any tickets to sell. We tried contacting TicketsCenter multiple times, and they just kept sending us in circles. They even told us that we couldn't get the tickets because we were on our home wireless and needed to switch to 5G. What does that even mean?
When we filed a complaint with the BBB, TicketsCenter gave us a canned response that basically said they don't own or generate any tickets, so they can't control the delivery date or price. They also said that they can't offer refunds because all sales are final. But then they turn around and say that all purchases are covered by their buyer guarantee, which supposedly ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. So which is it? Do you have any control over the tickets or not? And if you don't, how can you guarantee that they're authentic and will arrive on time?
Honestly, I'm really skeptical of this whole setup. How is it legal for TicketsCenter to be a reseller of tickets that they aren't even verifying exist? Anyone could create an account with them and claim to have tickets, get paid for them, and then not have anything to offer in exchange. It just seems like a really shady business model to me. And yet, despite all the negative reviews and complaints, people still seem to be buying from them. I just don't get it.
Tickets-Center.com Review: Scamming Customers During COVID-19 & Refusing Refunds
I, like all of you, was fooled by this company. I wanted to see Tenacious D at the State Theatre, and the tickets went on sale on March 6th, 2020. Tickets-Center.com had a hand in buying all of these tickets and then reselling them at a higher price. They claim that a third party was responsible for this, but I doubt that very much. Unfortunately, a law was passed this year that basically legalized the scalping of tickets, as long as you purchase eight or more at a time. I was afraid of missing out on a show I've waited 15 plus years to see, so I reluctantly purchased two tickets for $650. Then COVID-19 hit, and I've been expecting the cancellation notice for months. I received it last week, and I immediately received a notification email from Tickets-Center.com stating that due to COVID-19, they could not issue refunds (original policy states refund upon cancellation) and instead offer 110% vouchers for future tickets and merchandise that expire in 18 months. This was unacceptable. My wife is immunocompromised, and we couldn't attend another show now if we wanted to because her life may depend on it. This makes my voucher useless like many others.
After calling Tickets-Center.com only to get stuck in an automated loop, I contacted the company via online chat. I texted with a customer service representative named Gloria who assured me that nothing can be done. When I asked to speak with management, I was informed that managers do not interact with the customers and are only there as a supervisor. Laughable, I know. After reading more about others that are in the same situation thanks to Tickets-Center.com, I was determined to, at least, notify someone of this injustice.
I first contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a full report, including my order number, date of purchase, and amount paid. I then took it a step further and wrote the Attorney General of Delaware, the state where Tickets-Center.com is located. I simply emailed her a full description of my experience, including screenshots of my correspondence with Tickets-Center.com, the withdrawal amount from my bank account, and the original refund policy. This was done last week Thursday, and as of 9:56 pm, the following Tuesday, I received an email notification from Tickets-Center.com of a full refund issued to me. The money was deposited the very next morning.
I don't know exactly which action prompted my refund. I never expected a refund; I only wanted to stop this from happening to more people. I honestly was so ashamed of spending that much in the first place, knowing I was clearly being hustled. I was convinced that pursuing the refund was a lost cause. I hope this review helps you all because what this company has done is inexcusable. The point is DON'T GIVE UP, GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I did... somehow.
Unsatisfactory Experience with Tickets-Center: Misleading Site, No Refunds, Double the Price
I recently purchased tickets from Tickets-Center and I have a few complaints that I would like to share. Firstly, I was using my cell phone with a small screen to look up the theater where the performance I wanted to attend was being held. I thought I was on the theater's website, but it turned out to be Tickets-Center's site. The way it popped up made me believe it was the theater's website. Unfortunately, I missed the small disclosure at the top stating that they were a ticket resale site. The disclosure was very small and disappeared the moment I scrolled through the shows and performance times.
Secondly, while using my cell phone and thinking I was on the theater's site, I proceeded to purchase tickets. After my purchase, I discovered that I had selected the incorrect time. I thought it would be no problem to order the correct times and call to get a refund. I called immediately after placing the order and was connected to customer service. They informed me that they were a ticket resale site and that all sales were final. Again, I was on a phone with a small screen and skimmed over the small disclosures that said no refund. It was my mistake, but I thought that since the order was less than an hour old, they would cancel it and grant a refund. However, they showed me absolutely zero grace and understanding and refused to cancel the mistaken order. This is also when I learned that I paid more than 2 times the face amount for the tickets. So not only did I pay 2 times the face amount, I also ended up buying 2 sets of tickets to the same performance. Again, they refused to refund me for my mistake.
Thirdly, they claimed that they could not cancel the orders because the seller of the tickets had already purchased them. Yet their own order confirmation had a note stating that the seller does not own the tickets, but is offering to procure them for the buyer. Therefore, their claim that the tickets were already purchased by the seller was false. All this was brought to their attention within 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon of the initial order, yet all they did was repeat their statement that they had to honor their sales and terms agreement. It appears to me that the fact is they could have easily canceled the mistaken order without any harm done to the seller.
Fourthly, I asked that they notify the seller and cancel the orders before they were purchased. They refused stating their terms and agreement policy with their sellers. They advised me to resell the tickets on their site or a competitor's site. Personally, I cannot bring myself to try to sell tickets twice the face value. Plus, I will not give them another dime.
Fifthly, I suggested that they sell the tickets for me, but I received no response. All I was asking for was a refund for the mistaken order, and I would accept the tickets at twice the face value. They refused.
In conclusion, Tickets-Center is nothing more than a ticket broker for ticket speculators. They do not represent the consumer. They doubled the price of tickets for a play that was not even close to sold out. They masked their site to make it look like the venue's site. Their disclosures are small and disappear the second you scroll your screen. I would not recommend using Tickets-Center for any ticket purchases.
Beware of Tickets-Center: Dishonest Scammers with False Guarantees
I reckon you're thinking about buying tickets from Tickets-Center, but let me tell you, they're out to get your money. I learned this the hard way, and I want to make sure you don't fall into the same trap.
I wanted to surprise my wife with tickets to see the Rocket City Trash Pandas play the Montgomery Biscuits. I checked out some reviews before buying the tickets, and I saw that Tickets-Center had a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if the event got canceled. This was important because COVID-19 was starting to spread in the US, and I wanted to make sure we wouldn't lose our money if the game got canceled.
Fast forward to April, and it looked like the game wasn't going to happen. I reached out to Tickets-Center to ask about getting a refund if the game got canceled, and they assured me that I would get a full refund if the event was officially canceled. But as the date for the game came and went, Tickets-Center kept stringing us along. No refund in April. No refund in May. No refund in June.
Finally, on June 30th, Minor League Baseball officially canceled their season, and the game was as canceled as it could be. But when we asked for our refund, Tickets-Center changed their tune. Instead of giving us our money back, they offered us store credit with a quick expiration date. This was not what they had promised us, and it was not legal.
I want to make sure you don't fall into the same trap. Tickets-Center is a dishonest scam that you should avoid at all costs. They promise a 100% Money-Back Guarantee, but they don't actually honor it. They'll keep your money if the event is postponed, even if it's postponed for years. And when the event is finally canceled, they'll offer you store credit instead of a refund.
Don't do business with Tickets-Center. Spread the word and protect your fellow consumers from these scammers.
I purchased tickets for the Eric Clapton concert in Tampa, FL which was to be held on [protected] on their online site on [protected]
I purchased tickets for the Eric Clapton concert in Tampa, FL which was to be held on [protected] on their online site on [protected]. I received an order confirmation email from the "business". On [protected], I received another email stating that the tickets had been transferred to me, and that I would receive an email from the "team or box office" giving the necessary steps to obtain the electronic tickets. I never received that email. They had some "weasel word" statements saying that many venues don't make the e tickets available until closer to the actual event date which gives you a false sense of security that the email will arrive as promised. Around four days prior to the event, I started to get nervous as I had heard nothing from this "business". I called over the next three days AND chatted with representatives and was advised to set up a gmail address due to their assertion that my usual email server probably would not accept the email. I did as they suggested and was told that I would receive the promised email prior to the event. They lied. I sent them an email saying that they owed me a refund - they responded by sending me an email thanking me for my email and asking me to fill out a survey. Reading the reviews of the experiences of others on the Complaintsboard.com website, it's obvious that they assume no responsibility for their actions and have sold tickets to quite a few others without delivering said tickets. Oh, and they charged my credit card shortly after I ordered the tickets in June. I don't expect to hear from them in the future. They should not be allowed to steal from the public as they have done - as recounted in the reviews of others on this Complaintsboard.com site.
i purchased tickets for an October date in Vancouver, thought I was on Ticketmaster but instead somehow was redirected to Tickets-Center.com. As many others have stated, the tickets were overpriced, seat numbers weren't stated and there was a vague promise that all three seats would be together. Site insisted that tix were going fast. Payed by Payal, then a friend called wanting to join me for the concert, so I went back to Ticketmaster to find that I had NOT purchased from them. Started reading reviews of Ticket-Center.com and worried that my purchase isnt legit. So I bought tix on Ticketmaster and will try to get refund or sell the Ticket-Center ones if they are ever delivered to me. Starting to think they wont be...
This is my first time buying tickets will see how it goes when I go, it was easy to get the tickets tho I liked that
Loved the site it was nice and easy . I will most definitely come back to get all my tickets
I thought I was ordering from Cool Today Park, but realized after the $20.00 charge per ticket that this portal was NOT DIRECTLY related to Cool Today Park. I did not realize this until check out. Paid 80$ more than I expected.
Feel that I made a major mistake. Should have purchased directly thru the theater. I paid way more than I would have if gone directly to the theater. I did not realize that I was buying thru a 3rd party. I'm sure they are good seats but not worth what I paid.
In my humble opinion, tickets-center.com is a criminal ticket scalper organization
In my humble opinion, tickets-center.com is a criminal ticket scalper organization. I attempted to purchase tickets directly from a New Jersey venue. I googled the venue and hastily clicked the top of the list that came up not realizing it was this scalper organization. The site is vague and you are quite a ways through the process before you are even given the price of the tickets. They also put a clock on the screen showing you the time you have left to close the deal. This I understand is all on me. However, at the very end I realized that I was also paying a $20.00 service fee for each ticket. When I received my confirmation email I realized that I had been dealing with a third party ticket vendor so I immediately went back into google to see where I went wrong. I finally found the actual venue that I had thought I was dealing with only to discover that they had similar tickets still available and that I had been charged more than double the actual cost of the seats plus the previously mentioned $20.00 service fee. I then looked up their contact info and called on the phone. This too is an adventure and exercise in frustration. Finally I got to speak to a rep and was told that despite the fact that the event is six weeks out and the tickets can easily be resold, that their policy is absolutely no refunds. Please, do your homework and avoid using this scalper organization. Why in America today, even if by your own error can these criminals get away with not refunding you? Especially considering that I realized and did not delay calling. What happened to consumer protection? I called the Complaintsboard.com and was politely told I should have paid closer attention. Seems to me they protect the criminals.
Not comfortable not receiving tickets until a couple of days before the event. Any other time I have gotten tickets online they were given immediately. Hoping this is a good experience I thought I was getting them from ticket master not through a private seller
Easy to use. I like the flashing light that shows you your seats.
Very quick and efficient loved how easy it was to order and receive tickets
Difficult MLB app to set to get tickets will keep trying. Was not expecting to referred to this web site to acknowledge my receipt of tickets
I cannot believe I fell for it!
I cannot believe I fell for it! It's the type of mistake I typically am warning other's about, yet I fell for it. Distracted and going through the motions, I didn't practice common sense and allowed an unscrupulous company to swindle me with a 75% markup. In my case, I searched for the Virginia concert and venue in Google and clicked the wrong link in my results. Once there, I remained oblivious to the fact that I was not where I needed to be. I searched, found adequate seating, and even when I saw the exorbitant price, I subconsciously chalked that up to a combination of inflation and a popular act factors. And even when they tried to offer me insurance, telling me that if I didn't, all sales would be final. I still didn't wake up to the reality that I was using a third party, and not the official box office for the venue. It hit me shortly after I accepted the sale, and received a confirmation telling me that the tickets would not be in my name. I immediately went to the correct box office and found the price of the tickets and for those seats was a fraction of what I paid. I should have known better, and I realize they are likely not doing anything illegal. But this wasn't just a mark up, it was a shake down! There really should be a lemon law for event purchases, that would cover these situations. I can only make certain that neither I, nor anyone willing to listen to me, ever makes the same mistake in using this company and accepting anything short of fair market values. I can give no stars for their performance, but they require at least one for the submission. They clearly know what they were doing, and continue to do it, regardless. I might be an idiot for accepting the charge, but they are borderline criminal in their actions. This company has no moral compass. Buyers best beware!
Quick and easy service. Will continue to use when ordering tickets.
I have received my order and can't wait to see Pantera
Not sure why we are reviewing transaction process before receiving tickets.
If I could leave a negative Star rating I'd leave a -100 star
If I could leave a negative Star rating I'd leave a -100 star . They scam people for their hard earned money that they work for. When an event gets canceled due to any reason (especially COVID) They should return the money as they stated they would in a live chat that I have a screen shot of. It's not our fault we can't go to an event. I purchased two tickets for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on February 26 and the show was scheduled for March 20th. All shows got canceled. They didn't ever email to inform me that it was canceled. At that time everything got canceled and the US shutdown due to COVID. You can't ever call and get a answer. I tried for hours at a time being on hold from the time they open till the time they close. If you go to the website they address you to do live chat, you do live chat, they tell you to email them about the situation. They send an email back not pertaining to the situation at hand. It's a complete run around from this company. I work very hard for the little bit of money that I make for some big company to just take my money. It was out of sight out of mind situation due to COVID being more important. My bank can't fight the transaction since it was just over a year ago(which due to COVID seems there could be a loop hole) but isn't. I'll not ever do business with this Mickey Mouse company ever again. They straight out lied saying they'll refund the money, yet I'm still waiting. I have all my documents on screen shot to prove I haven't received anything, not even my tickets. Called my bank and they said they never reimbursed my money. I'm sure filing this complaint won't due a bit of good on getting my money back, but hopefully it will help others out there to not use this company. Thank you Complaintsboard.com for having a place to file a complaint. Michael A. Harriman
Criminals and scumbags run this company. Do not ever buy from these degenerates as they mark their ticket prices up 300 percent. If they had any human decency, they would allow refunds within a certain time of purchasing the tickets. These guys are predators and have no intentions of facilitating good trade. They are a blight on free-trade and deserve to go out of business.
The process was quick easy and seamless I would recommend this service to a friend and family member.
I am so absolutely beyond angry
I am so absolutely beyond angry. I ordered tickets for the wrong day, which are much more expensive at Tickets Center than on any other website. I also purchased ticket insurance, thinking that if I had to get a refund or cancel, I could. I received the confirmation email from Tickets Center with a link to receive my ticket. Of course, the link did not work. Ticketmaster also sent me a link that did not work. The ticket insurance is through a separate company, too, so do not waste your time thinking they will protect you at all, either. I called Tickets Center, and I think it is intentionally evil to have customer service agents who speak broken English, especially when the company has transparently scammy terms and conditions. I cannot imagine how many of those customer service agents get verbal abuse that is actually meant for the higher-ups at Tickets Center who are making bank off of their no refunds ever policy. I apologized to my customer service agent for being so angry, and she was as helpful as possible. She said I should have copied and pasted the link instead of clicking it, but it still did not work when I tried that. I have no ticket number or any other information, so I cannot resell my ticket. I am out $100, and all Tickets Center has to say is sucks for you, basically. I also purchased other tickets from Tickets Center (again, for about $50 more than everywhere else is selling them), but I am nervous about those too. Just buy tickets elsewhere. Tickets Center has the same outrageous fees as StubHub and TicketMaster, but they at least offer some customer protections. I only purchased tickets because I did not read clearly enough, and I mistook them for TicketMaster. This company is a total scam, and I would say to NEVER purchase tickets. I am unsure how this is legal, and I found the company's CEO on LinkedIn.

Terrible Experience with TicketsCenter: Overcharged and No Tickets Received
I recently bought tickets from TicketsCenter for a show that I was really excited to attend. The face value of the tickets was $30 each, but when I received my credit card statement, I was shocked to see that they had charged me $274 for three tickets! I was never shown the total price before they charged me, which was really frustrating. When I called their customer service line, I was put on hold for a long time and transferred around to different representatives. It took almost 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone who could help me.
The show was supposed to be this past weekend, but a few days before the event, I received an email from TicketsCenter saying that my tickets had been sent to me. However, when I checked my mailbox, there was nothing there. I spent the hour before the show on the phone with TicketsCenter, trying to figure out what had happened to my tickets. At first, they told me that the tickets had been sent, but they refused to provide any proof. Then, they claimed that my firewall must have prevented me from receiving the tickets. They said they would resend the tickets to a new email address, but they refused to stay on the line until I received them. They hung up on me, and when I called back, they claimed that they were escalating the issue and would get back to me. But they never did.
After several more frustrating phone calls, I finally gave up and bought new tickets in the lobby of the venue. When I called TicketsCenter to ask for a refund, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They claimed that they were not responsible for anything and that I should have called them sooner. They were really disrespectful and made me feel like I was the one at fault.
Overall, I would not recommend TicketsCenter to anyone. They are not a legitimate company and they do not deliver on their promises. They took my money and sold me nothing but air. Their customer service is terrible and they are really disrespectful to their customers. I have been going to live music shows for my entire life, and I have been using resellers for my clients for 30 years. I have never had such a terrible experience with a ticket reseller before. I have taken action against TicketsCenter and I hope that others will do the same.
Questionable Practices and Unauthorized Charges by TicketsCenter
I recently had an experience with TicketsCenter (tickets-center.com) that left me feeling frustrated and unsure about the legitimacy of their site. I attempted to purchase tickets for Section 1 Row 1 at a cost of $208.00 each. However, when I entered my phone number without dashes, I received an error message. After correcting my information, I was shocked to see that the same two tickets were now listed at a cost of $924.00! This was almost double the original price of $524.50 (including fees).
To make matters worse, I accidentally closed the window while trying to figure out what was going on. A few seconds later, I received a text from my bank notifying me that an attempted charge of $924.00 had been made on my account! I did not authorize this charge, and was charged fees for a transaction I did not approve.
I have a couple of questions for TicketsCenter. Firstly, why did the price of the tickets almost double in the middle of my transaction? And secondly, why was there an attempted charge of $924.00 on my account when I did not hit the place order button? Thankfully, the charge was declined as I had only transferred enough funds to cover the initial cost of $530.00.
I am hoping that this is just a system error that can be fixed. However, I am also concerned about the legitimacy of this site for other ticket buyers. I was unable to purchase the original tickets I wanted and had to settle for seats in Row 2. I urge TicketsCenter to follow up on this problem and ensure that their site is functioning properly.
Beware of Greedy Ticket Resellers: My Experience with TicketsCenter
I recently purchased two tickets from TicketsCenter for a concert that I was really excited to attend. However, I was shocked to see that I had to pay a total of $288.95 for the tickets, which included a $24 fee for each ticket and a $7 fee for sending e-tickets. I later found out that my wife had bought better tickets on Global Arts Live for only $58 each, which totaled to $116 with no extra fees. I was disappointed in myself for not doing enough research and jumping on the first tickets I came across.
When I realized my mistake, I tried to refund the tickets, but TicketsCenter has a strict non-refundable policy. They advised me to try to resell the tickets on my own. With over two weeks to go before the concert, I thought it wouldn't be a problem, but I didn't want to sell them at the same rip-off prices that TicketsCenter was selling them for. Instead, I decided to take a loss and sell them for the same fair price that Global Arts Live gave me.
I want to make a statement and warn others about the greedy middlemen and ticket resellers, including individuals, who profit off the arts and make them less accessible to people who love an artist but can't afford to see them live. I can afford this loss, but not everyone can. I plan to donate what I can to sellers like Global Arts Live and encourage others to do the same.
I hope that more people will become aware of sellers like TicketsCenter and stop encouraging them by using their services. It's time for a little revolution against these greedy middlemen and ticket resellers. Let's make the arts more accessible to everyone.

Fraudulent TicketsCenter ruined my concert experience and stole my money
I recently had a terrible experience with TicketsCenter (tickets-center.com). I was so excited when I heard that a big music act was coming to my town, and I immediately bought four (4) 2nd row tickets from TicketsCenter to celebrate my 45 years of friendship with my closest friends. One of my friends even flew in from out of town, and another drove 13 hours just to make it to the concert. We wanted to make sure we were fully free from cars on concert night, so we booked hotel rooms next door to the show in the towns expensive tourism district.
However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when TicketsCenter continuously put off my phone calls and inquiries about my tickets. They missed repeated promised deadlines to deliver the front row tickets that I had paid for. Finally, at 1AM on the day of the show, they sent me nose bleed tickets seats up by the facility HVAC ducts, the farthest away from the stage seats possible. I was devastated. I had meticulously preserved the email trail showing their entire, desperate story of fraud, but when I contacted their off shore foreign customer service reps, they patronized me for worrying about the 1st first world problem of paying $800 for front row tickets and not receiving them.
To make matters worse, my lawyer told me that I couldn't use the inferior, valueless tickets I received for the nose bleed section either because in the eyes of the law, using those tickets absolves the ticket seller from the liability of not having fulfilled the transaction. We didn't get to see the show after planning it out for six months and traveling from multiple far away places! It was a criminal act!
I have turned the matter over to my lawyers to try to recover the $800 from these bacteria. If you see them anywhere out and about, seize them, cuff them, arrest them, and tell your local DA you have done so. I would not recommend TicketsCenter to anyone. They are a fraudulent company that does not care about their customers.
Beware of TicketsCenter: A Scam Website for Event Tickets
This website is not trustworthy at all! I was searching for tickets to a specific event and the first link that popped up was for the venue itself, with the name in big, bold letters. I didn't think twice about clicking on it and proceeded to purchase the tickets. However, I found it strange that I was redirected to another site and didn't have to create an account. The prices were also quite high, but I assumed that was just the norm these days.
After a few days, I still hadn't received my tickets via email. I decided to check the venue's website and to my surprise, the tickets weren't there. I searched through my emails and found one from TicketsCenter, the website I had purchased from. The tickets were $135 more expensive than what the venue was offering! I immediately tried to cancel my order, but to my dismay, there was no option to do so. I couldn't even find a phone number to call, only a live chat option.
I was so frustrated and angry that I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but they wouldn't allow it. I felt like I had been scammed and there was nothing I could do about it. I would never recommend this website to anyone and I urge others to be cautious when purchasing tickets online. Always double-check the website and make sure it's a reputable source before making any purchases.
Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with TicketsCenter
I recently purchased two tickets from TicketsCenter (tickets-center.com) for a total of $157. However, to my dismay, the next time I checked the price, it had doubled to $313 or something. I must admit that I clicked too fast because I was seeing their ads saying tickets are selling out fast and didn't notice the price had doubled until it was too late. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the price was in a foreign currency, and if I had purchased better tickets from the event holder, I would have gotten twice as good of seats at a quarter of the price.
I read on their website that they would not offer returns, but I hoped that since I had not only made a mistake myself but also did not see anywhere that the mistake included it being a foreign currency, they would be reasonable and refund at least some of my money. However, to my disappointment, they were not helpful at all. They said all I could do was try to sell my tickets. What kind of person would try to sell someone tickets for nearly four times their worth? Not me, only ticket-center.com!
I am now left with no choice but to call the police to see how to protect myself in the future and if possible, if I can charge them. I am pretty sure that because I made mistakes in the process, they will get to take my money. The only way I can hope to get it back is to wait until it is sold out, and then the tickets might be worth four times what they are now. However, this means that I will not be able to go to the event to see for the first time a group of amazing artists. This was also a birthday gift for my husband, and now it is ruined. What a nice gift! Honey, I threw away $250 for your birthday. I know money is really tight right now, so you know I donated it to some rich thieves.
I am disgusted with this company and ashamed for falling for their tricks. I would advise anyone thinking of buying tickets from TicketsCenter to think twice and do their research before making any purchases. It is not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money.
Beware of Tickets Center: Deceptive Practices and Marked-Up Prices for Metropolitan Opera Tickets
I was looking for tickets to the Metropolitan Opera in New York and stumbled upon Tickets Center (tickets-center.com). The site had a seat map and multiple options for operas, which made it seem like an official site for the Met. I chose my seats and purchased two tickets. However, when I received the email confirmation, I realized that this was a third-party reseller. I checked with the opera and found out that the tickets were marked up for three times the price! I had paid over $400 for nosebleed tickets that cost about $100 at the Met.
I immediately called Tickets Center within ten minutes of my purchase, hoping to cancel the transaction. However, they refused to cancel the order. I admit that it was my fault for not reading more carefully and realizing that this was a scam. But Tickets Center makes their site look like an official opera site and tricks people into thinking that they are buying directly from the Met.
Even though I was fooled by their deceptive practices and no-refund policy, it doesn't make their scam any better. Scams take advantage of people who trust, and that's exactly what Tickets Center did. I filed a dispute on these tickets and bought them directly from the Met, even though it cost me twice as much. I would rather pay more than support a scammy business like Tickets Center.
If you have fallen for their scam, don't give up. Complain, write reviews, dispute the charge, report them to your attorney general, and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Make sure to keep their customer representative on the phone for as long as possible. Let's make the cost of this scam prohibitive for them. If all consumers do it, they will be out of business soon.
Terrible Experience with Ticket-Center: Missed Austin FC vs. LA Galaxy Game Due to Delayed Tickets
I recently bought tickets for the Austin FC vs. LA Galaxy game on 9/17/21 from TicketsCenter for $193.50. I was supposed to receive an email invitation to accept the electronic tickets on 9/21/21, but it never arrived. I called the company and waited for an hour on hold, but finally got through to a representative who said they would resend the email. They asked me to be patient, but when I called again on 9/24/21, I still hadn't received the email. I waited on hold for another two hours before they told me to register for TicketMaster, which I did, but still didn't see the tickets. I even gave my partner's yahoo email, but still no luck. They asked me to be patient again.
I called again on 9/25/21 and explained that the event was the next day and I needed the tickets urgently. They said they would contact the seller to send the tickets and asked me to create a new gmail account. I did as they asked, but still didn't receive the tickets. Finally, they sent me the link to accept the tickets on this newly created email account just 3 hours before the event! This was not enough time for me to accept the tickets, create a SeatGeek account, and make the long commute to the stadium.
In summary, I paid for my tickets on the day of purchase, but had to wait on the phone with Ticket-Center for a total of 5 hours, create 2 different ticket accounts and one new email address, completely stress out, and they sent me the "accept tickets" link just 3 hours before the event, causing me to miss it! This company assumes that you have the luxury of simply sitting by your computer and waiting until they give you an electronic product that you purchased over a week before. The positive reviews on their website must be fake. Please BEWARE, there are many commonalities in the negative complaints. Ticket-Center.com needs to be put out of business.
Ordered tickets to an event in advance (transaction on November 13 for an event on December 4)
Ordered tickets to an event in advance (transaction on November 13 for an event on December 4). Was notified that my order would be sent via email, and I would be notified when to expect my tickets, with directions to follow. The next email I received stated I should expect the tickets to arrive on December 2. When the time approached, I received an email asking if I had received my order, and upon checking the website, found that order claimed to be delivered. I contacted support via a phone number listed on the website, and was transferred multiple times, and eventually the line disconnected (I did not speak to anyone). After reaching out via the company's "love chat" tool, I discussed my issue with a representative. After multiple attempts to check for my tickets in various phone apps/websites (ticketmaster and SeatGeek), I was told my order would need to be retransfered to a different email address. After providing this address, I was informed that the process may "take some time", and to monitor my email. I asked about next steps, and they said to contact them if I did not hear back. Today (December 3), I reached out again, as I had still not received any emails or contact about my order status. The support agent said to expect updates, and did not offer any further information. When pressed for next course of action, they provided nothing. After searching the business online, I have found customers waiting up to 30 minutes prior to events before receiving tickets, tickets having been already claimed, or not receiving anything. The company does not offer refunds (even though I bought their ticket insurance, I did not receive confirmation that my insurance was valid), and this appears very much like I am being scammed.
Transaction Date: 10/18/2022 Order#: [protected] Amount: $335.94 Ticket Base Price: (3) x $78.00= $234 Price gouged 43.56%. No verbal interaction customer service. could not resolve via chat line.
I purchased tickets from this site by accident. I thought I was purchasing directly with the venue until I noticed the name of the ticket-center when I received my confirmation. The two tickets for these seats was $117 each plus service charges which made the total cost for the 2 tickets $306.95. When I realized what happened I re-checked the venue (Van Wezel Performing Arts center by calling and found out that the same tickets were $49 each plus $3.00 handling for a total of $101.00 . I tried to call the company but no one is answering. I spent almost 1 hour in two chats with the company to have them tell me there was nothing they could do, even though the charges have not yet been charged to my American Express account. (I found this out by calling American Express and trying to file a dispute, which I can't do until the charge has been posted to my account.) I want to get this order cancelled and my money refunded so that I can purchase tickets directly from the venue as I had intended.
I purchased a Blackpink concert ticket through Tickets-center.com. They are a scam and price tickets at 3 times the regular price. Even I to cancel immediately after buying but no one in the business respond and won't budge on their policy which is very misleading. Also, finally I received the ticket 1 day before the event, the seat is not the one I purchased. It even worse. I need the company return the price difference.
On 10/29/22, I went on-line seeking to buy tickets for the Irish Tenors Concert at the Hanover Theater, Worcester, MA on 12/7/22. I thought I navigated to the venue's web site where I had bought tickets on several prior occasions. I found out later, that I was somehow redirected to this companies unauthorized web site. Believing I was on the venue's web site, I proceeded with purchasing 3 tickets for the show. The website had the tickets listed for $114 each. I selected the tickets, entered my credit card information, and executed the transaction. It was only when I received the email "confirmation" that I realized that I had not been doing business with the venue. The "confirmation" looked suspicious in that it only included the total charge of $444.95 and was not itemized with ticket price, tax, and service fees. Moreover, not only was the total charge much more than one would normally expect with taxes and fees, there were no etickets attached to teh email as expected and there were no instructions on how to download them or obtain them. As it turns out, the company never actually had tickets to sell nor did they have the rights to any tickets. As of this date, tickets have not been delivered. I contacted the company and was denied a refund. I have further reported this matter to the Massachusetts Attorney General's consumer fraud unit as well as the Federal Trade Commission's consumer complaints division. In addition, I have reported this to my credit card company's (Citibank) fraud unit and have disputed the charge.
I have attempted to work with the merchant to request a refund but they have denied my request and stated that they will only provide a store
I have attempted to work with the merchant to request a refund but they have denied my request and stated that they will only provide a store credit that must be used by the expiration date. This purchase was for a ticket to a game that was cancelled due to COVID. The policy of the merchant does not state that they do not refund in the event of a cancellation, it only states that they will accommodate the ticket if there is a cancellation. The merchant sent an email on July 3 advising the event had been cancelled and that a store credit would be issued and must be used by the expiration. A response was sent from me inquiring about the expiration and no response was received. I contacted the merchant by email on July 22 to request a refund in lieu of a store credit because there are no events that I would like to attend and do not plan to attend any within the next 12 months. The merchant responded on July 23rd that they will not process a refund, they will only offer the store credit. They still did not provide the expiration date on the store credit and it was mentioned in my email to them. I made a final attempt to contact the merchant today August 19 at 8:07am and spent 23 minutes on the phone with a Senior representative and Escalation specialist. I made another formal attempt to request a refund. She read to me the same script from the email I received in July. I expressed that there is no event that I wish to attend and since the event was cancelled I would kindly like a refund exception to be made. She denied my request multiple times. I asked to speak to someone else in an attempt to resolve and she stated there was no one else I could be transferred to nor was there anyone else that would be willing to call me back to resolve.

On August 1, 2022 I purchased two tickets to the South Alabama Jaguars game against Central Michigan University for September 10, 2022. An email was sent to me stating that I would not receive the tickets until the day before the game on September 9, 2022. The email instructed me to create an account once I received that email. I was unable to create an account because I never received an email the day before stating that the tickets were ready. I called their 800 number and the representative tried several times to send a new email with the link to create the account to access the tickets. That was unsuccessful. Every time you clicked the link it sent you to their main website where you could purchase tickets to future events. She then said that regardless of whether tickets are received the charge stands. We checked again in the morning hoping that we could somehow create an account through the email that she had sent the night before. We were unsuccessful. We had to purchase tickets at the game.

I ordered 2 tickets (totaling just under $500) from the tickets-center.com website for a show back in December (the show was on May 8th of 2020). Due to Covid-19, the show was postponed, to which I got an email saying that it had been postponed and until the new date was confirmed nothing could be done. That was fine. But yesterday I get an email stating that the show had been cancelled, and that there would be no refunds, but a "store credit". I am not the only person that has put in a complaint about this, there is verified evidence that when I purchased these tickets back in December , you could absolutely get a full refund as long as you message them within 10 days of the announcement of the show's cancellation. I have a screenshot. They changed these terms and services AFTER my show was to be held (their website says "terms and conditions are effective May 19th). In addition, we were offered "store credit" with the stipulation that there was an expiration date to use it, but never included the expiration date in the message. Not only do I think that putting an expiration date on money (and on a cancellation which was out of my control) is unheard of, but I have attempted to message them through two different types of communication (email and chat), to which they ignored and glossed over my inquires with pre-scripted responses. I have scrolled through about 5 pages of complaints from this business from the last few days of others getting ripped off and ignored as well. This business is a scam and, especially during this economic crisis, I will not and SHOULD not have to accept "store credit" that may expire before shows/concerts even begin to be able to run again. I am out of work due to Covid, and this hold on my own money feels like a slap in the face.

I ordered 2 tickets to go see Grupo Firme for September 3rd 2022. They claim I received the tickets but their seller cancelled my tickets TWICE! I have asked for a refund but will not give me one because they claimed I received the tickets when I showed Tickets-Center Proof
Purchased very high price tickets through the company in April for event in October. Received email with a link for my ticket and the link said that my tickets had already been downloaded by another email address. Called customer service three separate times and all they could help me with was to tell me to monitor my email that it was under investigation. I never received my tickets. They will not offer me a refund supposedly I will get one the day of the event, however; they are selling the very same tickets online and are not offering to give me new tickets. I have no guarantee that I will get a refund or an email from them, and no assurances that my case is being handled. Very frustrating but I cannot speak to somebody that has more authority to help me.
I purchased tickets from ticket-center.com before COVID-19
I purchased tickets from ticket-center.com before COVID-19. When purchasing these tickets, I selected a check box upon proceeding with the checkout process stating the terms and conditions of the company. At the time, their policy clearly stated that a full refund would be distributed upon the cancellation of an event (I have Documentation to prove this). My event was cancelled on March 11, I spoke With a representative on the phone to discuss my refund and she informed me I would be receiving an email later that day to announce the event is cancelled and to notify me I will be receiving my refund in 2 weeks. I received an email later that day (I can provide proof of this) stating a full refund would appear back to my method of payment in 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks, I did Not see a refund and reached out to the company. They said I would be receiving my full refund at the end of that week. Again, I never received a refund, and two weeks later I reached out to the company again. They said I would be receiving a refund, but they could not tell me when that would be. After two months and no refund I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I then received an email stating I would receive store credit. The problem with this is, those were not legally binding terms I agreed to when I selected The check box stating I agreed To the terms and conditions. They changed the terms suddenly and without warning in their favor to completely disregard legally binding terms they created themselves. I have reached out to the company several times to no avail as they refuse to give me the refund o was promised from the start. It is unethical to conduct business this way and not uphold to the terms you created as a business. All I ask is to receive the refund I was Promised and legally agreed to.

When searching for concert tickets, these fraudsters are the first to appear in the search. They go to great lengths to masquerade as legitimate but they will gauge you for as much money as they can with a smile on their face as they backstab you. I bought tickets to my favorite band- Porcupine Tree- they have not toured together for 12 years. I received an email verification of my purchase, but no tickets. They said the tickets would arrive the day before the concert- no ticket! They have a call center with the kindest people who answer the phone. They are reassuring and saying- just check your email. No ticket. Now the day of the concert, and I am out $700 to these scammers. No ticket. They are CRIMINALS and I wish they could be immediately shut down. How are they still allowed to do this? I hope the folks running this rot in jail.
Total SCAM. They charged me 250$ more for two ticket compare to Ticketmaster which I was aiming to buy from but their website had popped up by mistake. I was trying to get a price adjustment by chatting their customer representative but she hung up on me. No one should buy anything from them. I would like full refund and they should pay penalty. Shocked to see more than 5000 complaints about them in last 3 years. How cons they can still do business. What is the function of Complaintsboard.com?
Tickets purchased are for the wrong date. I tried to contact Ticket-Center.com immediately to inform them of the error, but they refused to respond. My order number is [protected]. I need tickets for Dec 16 but got tickets for Dec 18, 2022.
On sunday 10/02/2023 I bought 2 tickets to Tickets-center.com for the total amount of $300,00. At the end of the purchase, once I've already paid for it, they said that I would not get the tickets right now, and that I may get them 2 days before the event. They never let me know that I was going to make a purchase without any receipt or tickets. So I've spent $300.00 and got nothing in return but just an "order number" (which is #[protected]). After some research for reviews, I've seen that many users report that Ticket-Center.com it's actually a SCAM. I've called them MANY times and they responded just once and told me that they will not refund me as is on their terms and conditions and the only thing I can do is to resell the tickets (don't know how if I don't get any of them). As this purchase was made with my debit Mastercard from Spring Bank I've immediately reported it! They close my debit card, but they cannot unknown the expense as I actually did it. [I cannot attach files, the button is not working]
I tried to order tickets for a baseball game here in huntsville, AL
I tried to order tickets for a baseball game here in huntsville, AL. I had never used the website but it was first to pop up on the list. Long story short I was in a hurry and did not realize I wasnt on the actual trash pandas website I had used previously. I thought the tickets were high but it's a new season so I thought maybe they just really had raised the cost. When I hit place order I realized the date listed was for Saturday not Sunday I tried to go back when I saw it for first time on the place order screen but it was too late. Within seconds I called and couldn't get a hold of anyone so I got on the live chat. No more than 5 minutes had passed and they told me it was their policy they could not refund my money as my item had 'already been confirmed' by the 'seller'... later received an email stating my tickets would not be available for viewing until 5/4...I ended up giving them away since they were the wrong day and buying correct day tickets from the actual web page. My core issue is I'm not sure what justifies scalping. I paid for 3 'berm' tickets at $97...these tickets cost $8 at the gate. I have provided a screen shot below..same day and seats..HUGE discrepancy. I understand how ticketing websites work and that often they cost more but I HAVE NEVER seen a mark up that steep for some grass seat tickets. Next time I'll do my research beforehand but it does seem not quite legitimate the way they're operating. $97 instead of $24...thats more than three times the same day walk in ticket pricing?...They may be operating in line with the law but the policy seemed very stringent and pricing was well out of bounds of what I consider 'competitive'. And it seemed my seller had not confirmed them the way they said which was the reason they gave for not being able to provide me a refund.

12/1/2022 Order number: [protected] Spring Training - Philadelphia Phillies at Baltimore Orioles, March 3, 2022 2 tickets for $193.50 Ordered in error. Attempted to contact Tickets-Center.com by chat (not available) and then by email. I sent several but received no response from the vendor. I subsequently protested the charge on my credit card (actually, my mother's since the tickets were a surprise Christmas gift for my husband). The dispute was settled in favor of the vendor referencing no cancellation policy. Thus, I paid the charge of $193.50. I also ordered tickets for games on 3/4/2022 and 3/5/2022. MLB began cancelling spring training games on 2/19. All of the games for which I had tickets were eventually cancelled. I received refunds for the 3/4 and 3/5 games almost immediately. I heard nothing about the game on 3/3, order reference above. I contacted Tickets-Center.com via chat on Monday 2/29 and was told their internal team would be investigating and that I would hear in 3 - 5 business days. I didn't hear anything so I again contacted them on 3/8 and was told the same thing. I received an email on 3/13 informing me that I was issued a credit for the 3/3 cancelled event. I again contacted Tickets-Center.com via chat through their Help Center. After a long, circular chat, I was first told this event was only eligible for a credit. When I asked why I received a refund for the other events, they could not explain why. They just kept stating this event was not eligible for a refund. On pressing them, I was told that due to COVID, most of their sellers were not receiving refunds for cancelled events so they "decided to move to store credit to provide consistency to all customers. When I asked when that policy went into effect, since I was issued refunds for two events subsequent to this, I was told it was because of the dispute. Images of the purchase, the letter about the dispute, and excerpts from today's chat are attached. Thank you.
My husband purchased tickets through Tickets-center.com for me and two friends to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert scheduled to perform
My husband purchased tickets through Tickets-center.com for me and two friends to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert scheduled to perform at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California on Thursday December 2. We received notification via email on the day of the concert that the event had been cancelled due to members of the band testing positive for Covid. I am unable to reach anyone and instructed by the recorded message to visit their website to leave an email. All we want is our refund of $529.50. Since the event was cancelled/postponed, the options were to see it in Sacramento on Friday, December 3 or to wait for a show next year. First of all, Sacramento is a three hour drive from Fresno. Second, my friends and I didn't have enough time to make arrangements to see the concert in Sacramento nor could we afford the drive there and back and spend additional money on lodging and food. Third, we can't predict where we will be in one year and if our schedules will allow us to see the concert. We chose to purchase tickets just a couple weeks before the event with faith that we would be able to attend and chose to see it here in our hometown to avoid additional costs. At time of purchase, everything went through very well and tickets were issued, but a NO REFUND policy popped up on the screen after the transaction went through on our credit card. I am disappointed and frustrated with their customer service as there is no support. The calls are a dead end. All we want is a refund. After reading many reviews left by others it is clear to see that this company is a scam and should no longer be in business. I am outraged by the way this company treats people. Many people have been taken advantage of and have had their money stolen from them. This is not how any company should treat their customers. My husband and I are asking Complaintsboard.com to consider this matter and assist us and others in rightfully getting our money back from this company.

I purchased tickets with tickets center in June this year (2021); spent 433.21 on a 3 day pass to Griz for the dates of 10/29, 10/30, and 10/31. I was sent a confirmation email that these were officially purchased. Unfortunately for me as the date drew closer I accidentally deleted my confirmation email, so naturally I grew nervous of my tickets. I called their customer service line and it was automated but they said "The tickets associated with this phone number is Griz three day pass for dates 10/29, 10/30, and 10/31 if this is correct press 1." Then I pressed 1. "The delivery method will be by downloaded the AXS app and you should receive the tickets on 10/27. We are traveling from New York all the way over to Denver, CO for this show. We arrive in Denver our friends, whom we were meeting there were already having ticket issues, as in their tickets disappearing. We checked ours, I still had not received mine, so I continued to call the costumer service once more finally figured out how to get a human on the phone after hearing the exact same thing on with the automated service. They sent me a confirmation email in order to pull up a QR code on the AXS app with my tickets on there. When I received the email I was so excited to get it solved after being on the phone for quite a while, I didn't notice that written on the email was just for the Friday 10/29, but on the AXS app the QR code said 3-Day Pass. I figured all three days were just there. So we show up to the venue and everything is fine on Friday. Saturday comes, and we are going through the motions at the venue getting checked all the fun stuff. We get through the metal detectors and try to pull up our tickets on the AXS app and they literally disappear right in front of our faces! This was exactly what our friends were going through the day before. So we had to leave the line and head over to the box office. The lady explained we bought from a 3rd party who didn't deliver all 3 days just the one.

Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19 my wife and I purchased four (4) tickets for a concert in our area in Washington state
Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19 my wife and I purchased four (4) tickets for a concert in our area in Washington state. The tickets were for us and another couple. Tickets-center.com order #[protected]. On July 31 They sent two (2) emails to us. The first email tells us that our event had been canceled and also states that due to their policy change that they would no longer offer any form of a refund. They would only offer a coupon for future use. The second email came in at almost the same time and shows that they were offering a 110% of purchase price as credit for future events. The credit amount of $800.25. The digital coupon clearly states that it only applies to orders form my specific email address and has to be used by the expiration date or all funds are forfeit. The digital coupon does not provide any expiration date so another policy change can wipe out all of these digital coupons. Allowing the company to keep all funds collected form all the customers who have received these coupons. The bottom of this email has an additional contact number of [protected] and a credit code of [protected] which seems to be a credit card number. I have contacted them via their online chat service. I was given the same canned statement from the customer service representative about not giving refunds. At that time I had the representative add comments to my account that not having a choice on choosing a cash refund is not acceptable. I informed them that they needed to forward my account to management. That management had 5 business days to contact me with a expected date of my cash refund. At the time of this statement I have had no further contact from Tickets-center.com In doing further research on the company I found that they changed the policy on refunds on May 19. They claim that it is the new industry standard to withhold funds from customers after an event has canceled. I do not believe so as all other service industry companies I had reservations with have all refunded our money. At the time of my purchase this was not the policy.

Purchased tickets for a couple of Oriole games in Sarasota, FL during Spring Training
Purchased tickets for a couple of Oriole games in Sarasota, FL during Spring Training. Purchased the tickets first week of March . The night we got to Tampa (March 12), we received notification that all games were cancelled for Spring Training. When we returned home, I contacted Tickets-Center about obtaining a refund for these tickets because the games were cancelled through no fault of ours. I received an email stating the following: "the event is set to be rescheduled where the tickets will be valid for the new date, per our Terms and Conditions. Once we have official confirmation on the rescheduled date, we will update our orders accordingly and you will receive updates via e-mail. If we receive notice that the event is cancelled, we will issue a full refund for your order. Once the event date is confirmed, you can certainly sell your tickets if you are unable to attend. We appreciate your patience as we wait for more information." The games were never going to be rescheduled. I sent an email stating this, fully expecting to receive our refund. I then received the following: "Hello Thomas, I fully understand your frustration with having to wait, particularly as during this time, access to funds is a pressing issue for all people around the world as we adjust to current events. You will be receiving a refund for your order, guaranteed. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the unusually large volume of cancelled orders that we have. This is an unprecedented situation for us and our customers and we want you to receive the refund to which you are entitled as soon as possible. Our longer estimated timeframe is both due to the limitations of our system and staff, as well as any potential delays in processing and releasing the funds on the part of your bank due to reduced working hours or any other factors that may affect the availability of the money you will be receiving. Please feel free to reply to this e-mail if you have any additional questions or immediate concerns. Thank you! *** C. Customer Support Tickets-Center I did not hear anything else and I sent another email and got this response: Thank you for contacting us about your order #[protected]. We're glad to assist you! The coronavirus (COVID-19) has resulted in the cancellation of thousands of live events. Government shutdown orders, which are beyond our control, have made it impossible for events to occur as scheduled. We are a marketplace, we connect buyers and sellers. Most of our sellers have not received, and may not ever receive, refunds that we can pass along to you. We have decided to move to store credit to provide certainty and consistency to all customers. Please feel free to reply to this e-mail if you have any additional questions or immediate concerns. Thank you! *** P. Customer Support So we were supposed to have a "store credit" that we will never use. We do not go to a lot of concerts (actually never) and very few baseball games. All we want is our money back from an event that was cancelled.

This website pays to be shown before reputable venue websites on search results in order to direct customers towards their third party, scalped tickets.
No customer service, don't send the tickets purchased when said they will. Claimed they sent the tickets 2 hours before the concert. (They are not in my app) Filing fraud charges...
Rip off. They double the price. I accidentally used them and paid double. DO NOT USE.
Ticketscenter is not an official distributor of tickets for any show at The Clyde Theatre in Fort Wayne Indiana l. If you buy from this site you may show up to the venue 9nly to find that you spent your hard earned money on nothing. Now I wonder if this happens everywhere
