Suburban Propane review: Suburban false tank ownership

Suburban propane. A shady company that has decided to bill me a tank rental fee after owning a home I bought in 2022. In 2023 we decided to finally have our tank filled (which was owned by me according to when we bought the property on a seller disclosure form)
A year goes by and nothing. I only did a 1 time fill cause I owned it. Fast forward to 2024 I start getting a tank rental bill.
I call and ask why. I am told the original owner has not been paying on it and we see your the new owner. I said why didn’t you come get the tank. “It was inaccessible for pick up.” - suburban

I tell them we basically live in the middle of a corn field. (This supposedly happens around Covid) I then ask again why bill me, I am told the woman who had it there quit paying her bill so they are basically coming after me because years later they found the tank. I implore them, that’s not my responsibility you should have came and got your tank years ago, sent her to collections for the tank, but no you want to now come after me? After I have owned the home c amount years this now get brought up?
They then send me to their collections department and even threatened to now come take the tank.

Anyone know a good attorney or lawyer?

At this point they haven’t even tried to work with me over the “what should be a loss or stolen tank that was now sold to me”

The phone date and time I was told
“Do you want me to come take the tank now” - sarcastically and smartly
