Summit Park Village review: Water, and heating water

My name is Sherri Nunez, I have lived that this Apt#94, since Nov. 12th. I was told I have shared a meter with 3 other units. The is are 1 bedroom Apt.'s there people upstairs from me, and 2 other side me. I have asked me neighbor's what there has been. I'm paying up 81.33 and now 78.00. Come on people, we don't have a yard, nor a washer. I live alone. I'm on Section 8. My rent is 253.00 a month, and almost 100.00 for water and heating it, with trash. People with house's pay a little more than I do. I am contact people, this is not fair for 1 person. I would like to see a lay-out for all unit's how you come up with this. This is outrageous.
