First I'd like to start off saying I've been going to this location in Waukesha for almost two years. I subscribe to their highest membership tier and visit this location frequently in the course of a week. Unfortunately it's changed recently for the worse. First off they have cut back the hours where it will soon make it impossible for me to tan unless I go to my business later in the morning or leave earlier in the evening. Secondly everyone there went from being pleasant and talkative to being cold and standoffish. Today was the final straw, as I was searching for an Uber after my Red Light Therapy (I'm in-between vehicles at the moment) I was told by the ''manager in training'' that my session ended 5 minutes ago and I needed to wait outside. There wasn't anyone else in the waiting area so I didn't see what the issue could be. I then asked (in so many words) what the issue was with everyone here lately. At that point she threatened to call the police unless I left (never spoke loudly or showed any form of threatening matter). Now this is from someone that I spoke with regularly about such things as her former business, her daughter the races motocross (I'm in the motorsports business) along with other topics. I am not sure if she is having a bad day or some other issue but this behavior is unacceptable. I'm hoping that bringing forward these issues will force corporate to make some employee changes and review their business practices because this is only my first stop in reporting this issue.
