I had frozen my account due to illness and I could not tan. I agreed to the $5.00 monthly charge, but then sun tan city took out $15.00 again unauthorized! I called in about it and the young lady was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering her with my call. She stated that she fixed the issue and WITHOUT my authorization she made my account active and I was not aware of her doing that. So to my surprise on 2/1/24 I was charged almost $70! I called the 1st time trying to get this resolved and was told that they don't have my money and that I would have to call back on the 11th. So I did and was told that a refund ticket had been submitted. I had to call back and was told my refund was approved and it will take up to 5-10 business days to get my money! I'm unable to pay my electricity bill and if my money is not available tomorrow my lights will be cut off! You are unable to talk with any upper management. I will never do business with a company that treats a very long-term customer like this! Who is going to pay my electricity bill and the reconnect fee due to not being able to pay my bill if the money is not in my account? I'm still dealing with my illness and all this unnecessary stress is not helping me. Please contact me.
