Sunbelt Home Solutions review: Warranty

I had high impact windows installed in my home. There was an issue with the window cranks, which fell in the warranty, Sunbelt came out and assessed the window cranks and reported to us that the window company who built our windows were no longer making windows, so they had to remake the windows through another vender. When they installed the new windows, one window was made and installed WRONG, and now they won't fix their error. I will not do business with a company who WON'T stand behind their product or admit when they made an error, nor will promote any company.
My wife submitted the evidence to the Sarasota manager, and she will not fix the problem.
