I give credit to giving military discounts. However, the experience I had was the absolute worst. I must have called Customer (Nightmares) Service 7 times. It took over a week and 4 phone calls to get the customer support to allow for my password to be changed. Finally, It appeared I could place an order. You would think a simple task. Unfortunately, not for after only 3 hours I was able to place an order for prescription sunglasses. This included 3 additional calls to customer service. The first call was because my FSA was declined. It was declined because the charge was showing up as just sunglasses not "Prescription Sunglasses". After being placed on hold 2 to 3 times the agent came back and said she could not do anything. This was my problem. The next time I called because the system would not accept my payment of Sunglass Hut Gift Card. All the person could think of was to clear my cookies/history. After hanging up I decided to change from private mode to the open web this actually worked. Afterward when I reviewed the bill I saw the shipping charge that was supposed to be Free Shipping charging me a $15 fee. If I was allowed to give Zero Star Rating I would do it. Words cannot describe how frustrated I am with this entire situation.
