This message is being copied in my proper senses even to my family friend/well-wisher from the Judiciary who is connected with the RBI legal team………reason for putting him in the loop is in case I’m taken ill seriously owing the mental harassment by the ENBD appointed Collection Agency, let this message serve as a documentation.
When whole of India is remembering Independence Day, I am investing my efforts and compromising my health in sending this mail to vehemently complain about the mental torture and harassment by some Indian Collection Agency who is operating on behalf of ENBD UAE team.

With such extreme cruelty from these Collection Agencies, I am forced to file a parallel complaint with the RBI Banking ombudsman.
These Collection Agencies should be booked under the Indian Penal Code 506, 507, 504 since they have the AUDACITY TO THREATEN 85-90 YEAR OLD PARENTS/SENIOR CITIZENS REGARDING LEGAL CONSEQUENCES & ALSO INCITE MY ACQUAINTANCES IF THEY DO NOT CO-OPERATE.
May I request you on humanitarian grounds to kindly INTERVENE AND IMMEDIATELY STOP THESE RUTHLESS COLLECTION AGENCIES FOR FOLLOWING UP LIABILITIES OF 15-20 YEARS BACK WHICH IS NOT HAVING ANY LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS. I am gradually entering into my Retirement age and if this type of mental trauma continues, I will be forced to retire from Planet Earth before God wills.
