Fast and professional. I signed my contract with them on February, 28 of 2020 and yesterday (X-X-XX) I received an email from PG&E advising I was now able to turn on my system. Shortly after I received the email, Luis, who has been answering all my questions in a timely manner, calls me to guide me on how to turn on my panels.
I really believed all related with my system was going to be halted due to current pandemic, but that was not the case with this company. Great work guys and right on time, summer just arrived!
I have been wanting solar panels since I purchase my home in 2017 and finally had them installed February this year
I have been wanting solar panels since I purchase my home in 2017 and finally had them installed February this year. By April I was turning on my 12.000 KW system. Long story short, I received my bill for the month on May an was excited to see I had produced 1602 kwh and only consumed 967 kwh. It takes basic arithmetic to find out I gave back 635 to the grid! Going solar has been the smartest purchase I've made and I am grateful to Sunuso Energy for making this whole process easy to understand. Luis spent approximately one hour on the phone answering all my questions. I know more about about my solar panels than I do about my car! I want to thank the installation crew as well. Over all very happy.
I want to give many thanks to this company for everything!
I want to give many thanks to this company for everything! I have been wanting to install panels for a very long time but I felt it was unnecessary because I did not think I payed too much for electricity. Christina however, was very patient and professional when answering all my questions and concerns and honestly helped me make up my mind. I've had other bids but nothing felt right or was convincing. Christina is passionate *** clean energy and is equally passionate *** helping homeowners save money while investing. Now I pay only my bill from the finance company which is half of what I was paying before solar, and, *** I add, I owe more on my car than I do on my panels (and I am paying for something that is mine and does not loose value over time!) I mean really! That is not all. From the moment I signed with Christina to the final application that was submitted for my system to be granted permission to be turned on, took less then 2 months. The young man who was In close contact with Christina and my self was also very professional and savy. He was in charge of the actual work and took care of all issues that arose. There was an issue with pluming per the inspector (unrelated to my panels I think), and Luis took care of it right away. Also, thanks to Brandy who submitted all the documents required for the final step. She helped me understand what It all meant and would update me with calls and emails. Thank you all!

After completion of contract, Sunuso has not finished the installation of solar services
After completion of contract, Sunuso has not finished the installation of solar services. Months have passed *** and they continue to ignore the job. Our contract to use Sunuso solar services was completed on October 3rd with Consultant Leomar Campos. The contract included signing onto a loan service to pay for the initial installation of the solar panels. The installation was supposed to be done by November, however, it is still incomplete (as of May 21st). We have reached out every week, multiple times a week and have gotten nowhere. Their rep *** routinely sets up dates to complete installation but the company's employees never show up. Consequently, we have been forced to pay without actually receiving any services.

Inverter on solar panels is not working
Inverter on solar panels is not working. Sunuso wants to charge me $250 to come and see the panels, it should be under warranty. In 2017 i got the panels installed with Sunuso and they came did an inspection and installed the panels. on 7/30 my roof needed to be replaced and i called them to take down panels for the roofers. they never took out a permit for this work and they charged me $*** to remove panels. on 8/22 inspection failed for not having a permit. i then have a sting of e-mails from 8/22 until 2/21 when they finally got the permit out and had the inspection competed with the city. that was 6 months before they provided the proper permits to have the dept of building and safety sign off on my roof. After they completed the work my panels and inverter stopped working and i noticed they were not working because my electric bill was unusually high. and now they want to charge me $250 for a product they touched last that should have warranty. I can send the thread of e-mails upon request.

Hello, my name is [redacted], and I previously lodged a complaint about poor service from my project's lead.
Hello, my name is [redacted]. A few months back, I lodged a complaint about poor service from an employee overseeing my project. After my initial complaint, the company contacted me, promising to cover monthly costs until utility company approval. They persuaded me to withdraw my complaint, assuring payment until the panels were operational. However, attempts to reach the responsible employee have failed; she's unresponsive. I won't withdraw my complaint now until the panels are working. The company has yet to pass the utility inspection, and we're burdened with double bills for nearly a year. My patience with this company's irresponsibility has run out. Original Complaint: I'm reporting SUNUSO ENERGY for unprofessionalism and customer mistreatment. I'm [redacted] from San Antonio, TX, warning others about this company's unprofessional operations and rude customer service. On July 17, we signed a contract with SUNUSO ENERGY, who promised a quick installation to lower our electric bill. It took them three months to install solar panels, which as of March 24, still don't work. When contacting the project manager for explanations, we were misled about utility company delays. Upon inquiry, CPS (utility company) informed us SUNUSO ENERGY was not an authorized contractor and had not submitted necessary permits or documentation. Attempts to discuss this with the project manager were met with long waits and evasion. We've rarely spoken since the project began. This company's failure is costing me, as I'm paying for both electricity and non-functional solar panels. My advice: don't sign with them, as they'll disregard you and delay any resolution.
