I booked a 10 day trip to Grand Muthu through Sunwing Website for one adult and 2 children.

On the Hotel description it says that there is entertainment and activities for children, a kids club, as well as a la carte restaurants.

Arriving at the hotel I was not properly checked in. In my room the following was missing: soap for washing my hands and body. There was no water in my room.

In the morning AFTER we woke up, I was asked for our passports, there was no explanation of the hotel or the amenities available. I asked for a la carte and I was told I could book my a la carte , and that the person who was in charge of booking a la carte would come in 10 minutes. I waited 1 hr, only to find out all the a la carte was closed. There was breakfast and lunch offered outside at a buffet by the beach. There was birds eating off the buffet at lunch.

There is no air conditoned area except your room.

There was no entertainment for the children at the pool or on the beach, finally no kids club.

I had to pay to change my hotel, but in the process lost a day of vacation.

I travel to Toronto from Ottawa, because there is no flights to Cuba from Ottawa. So - after 2 days of travel , I lost one day of vacation.

I would like to receive compensation for my one day lost

Desired outcome: Compensation for one day of lost vacation due to transfer of hotel. Grand Muthu was unsafe and did not follow food safety protocol. Did not give water and deceived clients of the services available
