I stay at the super 7 motel Oct.5th 2021 I have stayed there several times and most of the time use my bank card which they have on file This time I had almost enough cash so I left from there went to the bank and withdrew 20dollars that's all I needed to cover the rest. A couple weeks (approx) later I realized I had a charge on my SMB bank app on my phone for Oct. 5th 2021 from well it is formerly motel 6 for 56.43 I called the motel the man I spoke to pulled up the computer and confirmed my stay there on the 5 the was indeed paid in cash I explained the situation to him this was on a Sat so he told me to call back mon. Morning and talk to the manager Ken instead of calling I went up there I did speak to ken briefly I told him what happened and he just was not interested and didn't seem to care I asked him to look up the account the date whatever he replied that his computers werent avail for such information on mondays?! WHAT?!? He asked for me to come back the next day he took my name and number though incase he found something (although he JUST said it's not possible on Monday)
So anyway I feel takin advantage it's my money and I am fully entitled to have it returned back to me and that's what I asked him to do now Tuesday I call back up there and he's not there I just want this motel to give me back my money so I can be done with them I will never stay there again

I was double charged for a night at the Super 7 motel 3031 S. Rangeline Rd. Joplin Missouri I paid cash and also had a charge to my bank card for the same night I feel so helpless in this matter the manager was pretty rude just didn't care about my issue or taking time to refund me my money I have every right to be treated and charged tthe same as everyone else me CV mmm
