Was unable to get ahold of the company to change my reservation. No one would answer their phone and no one was on their chat line. Called the hotel direct and was informed it would cost me a lot more to change the reservation. I then asked them to cancel my reservation and was switched to an automated line asking for a reservation number I did not receive. I ended up calling my credit card company and disputing the charge. Called the Caesars number on the web site for the hotel and was given this site. I am very disappointed. Thank you for your time.
Desired outcome: Better service from Horseshoe Hotel Blackhawk and Caesars. Get rid of Super.com
