Travel N Fun Vacations review: Racial profiling and poor customer service

On July 10th, 2024, I was racially Profiled at the Hobby Lobby located at 3479 St Rose Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052 after losing my Phone in the store. Once I realized my Phone was lost the store was closed so I waited outside for assistance, instead of trying to help me the Store manager who was working that night threatened to call the Police to have me removed from the outside the store. All I wanted was for someone to call my number to see if my phone was in the store or for someone to answer and she refused to do so or let any of the Employees there assist me. I am a 67 Yr. old African American Lady, a Senior, and Posed no threat to her but she had no Humanity and treated me like a criminal. To Summarize this story, My Phone was found Inside of hobby lobby by a customer who lived nearby who found my phone while shopping in Hobby Lobby, and was waiting to receive a call so that he could return it, something that the manager at Hobby Lobby refused to do. I was able to locate my phone when the Police came and assisted me. This Manager at Hobby Lobby needs to be Trained in Customer Service skills and on how to treat People, I would hate for anyone to have the terrible experience I had no matter what age, race or creed, Racial Profiling is a Terrible Thing, and I can see no Justification for this young lady not trying to assist me to recover my phone, but called the Police to have me "removed" instead (her exact words) I have worked in Customer service for many years and knows how All Customers should be treated, Thank you, my address is 2688 Blairgowrie Dr, Henderson, NV, 89044, email [protected]@yahoo.com, name is Sheila Mitchell
