The boots I bought did not fit. I argued for weeks with customer service about returning the boots and they kept saying no. They finally offered me a $60 credit and I would keep the boots. They did not send the credit even after I sent them weekly messages for several months. Don't trust this company!

Here is a chronology.
Superladystar Boots Dispute Case number [protected]
I purchased a pair of boots online from Superladystar for $92.98. They did not fit, and I said that I wanted to return them for a refund as promised in their advertising.
I argued with them via email them for a couple of months. They agreed to give me a partial refund, but did not send it. I disputed the charge made on my Capital One Visa. The charge was refunded and then reversed. The reason given was that the vendor said "the goods were as described and received in good condition."
All of the email correspondence is included, but here is a summary:
4/26/24 I requested to return order CA101534 because the sizing was not as described. I ordered a size 9.5, but the size 40 boots they sent were much smaller than a size 40.
4/26/24 They asked me to make sure that the size I ordered is what they sent and asked for photos of the size. They asked if I want to exchange for a bigger size
4/27/24 I explained that the size on the shoes is what I ordered, but they were not that size in reality.
4/28/24 They asked if I want to exchange for a size larger.
5/3/24 I said that the shape is not comfortable, regardless of the size and I want instructions for returning them.
5/5/24 They said that since the size they sent is what I ordered, I would have to pay the return shipping costs, and then they would issue a refund.
5/5/24 I said that this is not acceptable because I actually did not receive the size I ordered. I requested a return shipping label and a credit on my Visa
5/7/24 No response, so I emailed again explaining that I did not receive the size I ordered and asked how to return them.
5/12/24 No response, so I emailed again requesting a return label or other instructions.
5/14/24 They said that because they sent the size I ordered, I need to pay the return shipping cost. But they still did not give any information on how or where to return them.
5/14/24 The said that the shipping cost would be $30 so I could choose from 3 options:
1) They will refund me $60 and I don't need to return the shoes
2) They will send me two $40 shopping cards for future purchases and I don't need to return the shoes
3) They will send me a new pair of shoes for free and I do not need to return the shoes.
5/16/24 I said I would choose option #1, the $60 refund.
5/16/24 They said they registered my choice and I will see the partial refund in 10 business days
6/3/24 I said 11 days have passed, and there is no refund
6/3/24 They said I will be refunded within a week.
6/10/24 I said another week has passed with no refund.
6/14 I said I am still waiting for the promised refund. They did not respond. Then the charge was put back on my Visa, so I called Capital One who said I needed to work with the vendor.
Claimed loss: 92.98
Desired outcome: Refund the purchase price of the boots
