I've been a business seller for 19 years, and Allegro has betrayed me for four long months.

When my client requested a cancellation and I agreed to refund the money, Allegro held onto it. Now, I'm left without the funds I need, and they have charged my account, which I've had for 19 years. This means I can't even buy Christmas gifts like I used to because Allegro has blocked my account.

But that's not all. Allegro also illegally charged me EU customs fees, and after three months, they only refunded 750 PLN. However, the money didn't make its way back to my bank account in Poland. It's incredibly frustrating. The tech support, or as they call it "pomoc klienta," from Allegro is simply not working. It's a complete mess.

I already sent you all the legal documents a month ago, straight from the Tax Department's website. These are the same documents that other European marketplaces like Amazon, Priceminister, cDiscount, and Fnac accepted without any issues. I've been selling on those platforms for years, so trust me, the document is legit. It's got all the necessary info like tax ID, name, address, and a list of beneficiaries and representatives. Come on, open your eyes and take a look before you go ordering things that are clearly stated in the document.

You've got 48 hours to fix this mess, or else we'll have no choice but to take legal action against your company in a European Court. You're not playing by the rules, and that's discrimination and non-compliance with European legislation, which Poland is a part of, in case you forgot.

I'm also sending a copy of this email to the Allegro Directors Management and blasting it all over social media. Everyone needs to know what kind of arrogant, incompetent, and discriminatory "service" you're providing.
