What is going on at Amazon France
Constant delivery problems with no help at all from so-called "Customer Service."
1. Hardly any 'guaranteed' delivery dates being met.
2. Items lost in transit with no updates on site.
3. Appalling responses from customer service.
4. No access to anyone that can do something to help.
5. Overall Amazon France is damaging Amazon's Brand - badly.
6. Evident that staff simply do not care.
7. No responses to email.
8. Huge delays before any refund is forthcoming.
9. In a word useless.
10. Currently have about $300 dollars of paid for goods. In the wind.
Recommendation: Order any high ticket item with fingers crossed.

Je suis profondément déçu par le service d’Amazon France concernant une commande passée le 25 novembre 2024. Le produit, un écran BenQ Zowie XL2546X, était annoncé "en stock" avec livraison rapide Prime, mais depuis, c'est une suite de manquements et de fausses promesses.
Voici un résumé des faits :
Commande initiale : Le produit était indiqué comme disponible et en stock. Aucune date de livraison fournie après l'achat.
Multiples contacts inutiles avec le service client :
On m’a promis un traitement rapide (sous 3 jours), puis un ticket créé, mais il s’avère que ce ticket n’a jamais existé.
Des excuses ridicules comme "pas de transporteur disponible" ont été avancées.
Des informations contradictoires ont été fournies : un jour, on me dit que la livraison est imminente ; le lendemain, qu'elle n'est pas possible à cause d’un "changement de prix".
Promesse de geste commercial non tenue : Une compensation a été proposée mais jamais honorée. Quand j'ai demandé des explications, Amazon a fait marche arrière.
Dernière mise à jour absurde : Après des heures passées à appeler le service client, on m’a finalement annoncé que la livraison est repoussée au 7 janvier 2025, soit près de deux mois après la commande.
Ce que cela m'a coûté :
Temps perdu : Des heures passées à contacter le service client inefficace.
Stress : Une commande cruciale pour un anniversaire gâchée.
Doute sérieux sur la fiabilité d’Amazon Prime : Je paye pour un service censé garantir rapidité et qualité, mais je n’ai reçu ni l’un ni l’autre.
Ce que je demande :
Une expédition immédiate du produit avec priorité absolue.
Un geste commercial significatif pour les désagréments subis.
Une explication claire et honnête sur cette situation inacceptable.
Mon action :
En raison de l'absence de résolution, j'ai décidé de porter plainte auprès des associations de consommateurs et de signaler cette affaire à la DGCCRF. Ce message est aussi destiné à alerter les autres clients d'Amazon sur ce genre de pratiques.

Si vous envisagez de commander sur Amazon, réfléchissez bien. Prime n’est pas synonyme de fiabilité, et leur service client est loin de répondre aux standards promis.

I have been buying from American and German Amazon for years with excellent customer service. I recently ordered from French Amazon and encountered appalling service. I ordered 3 bras with incorrect information and wanted to return them. I sent the packages according to the rules to the address provided on their website and the three packages came back to me (there are pictures of the packages that show the address they were sent to, a sticker refusing to accept by this address and an invoice for another 25 euros for the delivery to this address). In their service they disclaim responsibility and are ready to return the money. It's not my fault that the address they send to doesn't receive the packages. When she asks for an answer in English, they write in French. Just complete disrespect. What to do?

Failed delivery, still waiting for refund
I bought an item from Amazon.fr on 5th Sept 2023 for €451.62. The item was not delivered, which Amazon know. After 4 days (13th Sept) I contacted them through their webchat and was offered a refund. They said I could have my payment card refunded or put the refund in my Amazon gift account. Due to the large sum I chose my payment card to be refunded. They did not do that and just put it in my gift account. I raised this again on the chat and after 5 hours I was told it was their error and my money would be refunded to my payment card. Amazon removed the refund from my gift account but have not paid the money back to me. I have asked and asked, I have contacted them through Facebook 12 days ago, but all they do is apologise, tell me it is being investigated and I hear nothing back from them and still no refund. I have enclosed the full transcript, I am sorry it is so long but I was on the Amazon chat for 5 hours. I have spoken to (Latest count) 13 different Amazon agents, and none have arranged the refund.
Desired outcome: Receive my refund as agreed by Amazon, back to my payment card.

I'm a Business Prime customer, despite this there is now no way to contact anyone through their website or app, they have also removed the 'english speaking' help option (which was excellent)

Amazon France Review: Huge Selection & Fast Shipping, But Confusing Layout
So, I went to Amazon France and it's super cool. The selection is huge and I had no problem finding what I needed. The prices are also pretty good. I mean, there are definitely some items that are a little pricey, but that's to be expected. Shipping was also really fast and I got my stuff in no time.
The only thing I didn't love was the layout of the site. It was a bit confusing at first and I had trouble finding some of the categories I was looking for. But once I figured it out, it was fine.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Amazon France to anyone looking for a wide selection of products at reasonable prices. It's easy to use, the shipping is fast, and there are a ton of items to choose from. So if you're in the market for something, definitely check it out!
Frustrating Experience with Amazon France's Customer Service
I have to say that I had a really difficult time trying to get in touch with Amazon France. It was like trying to talk to a brick wall! I must have tried at least a few times to fix an issue with my order, but for some reason they just didn't respond for weeks on end. It was so frustrating because I just wanted to get my hands on my stuff!
Eventually, after what seemed like forever, I managed to get in touch with someone who could finally help me out. But honestly, the experience was just so aggravating that I wouldn't want to go through it again.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of Amazon and their products, but I really wish that their customer service was a little more responsive and reliable. If you're looking to buy something from Amazon France, just be prepared to wait a while if you need any help or support.

I am now stuck without access to my account and can't even access my orders or track my packages.
To make matters worse, the website is also very confusing and difficult to navigate. It's not user-friendly at all, and it's hard to find what you're looking for. There are also issues with the search function, which doesn't always provide accurate results.
Overall, I would not recommend Amazon France to anyone. It's extremely disappointing to see such a big company providing such terrible service. Don't waste your time and money on this site - there are much better options out there.
