Buying a Golf or Touring Cart? Contact QINGDAO XING YI TONG DA TRADING CO,LTD!
I recently purchased residential carts for everyday golf course community transportation, and the exceptional customer service, accuracy, and 24/7 responsiveness from China's QINGDAO XING YI TONG DA TRADING CO.,LTD headquarters-based Sales Manager Amy Ma was truly remarkable and so easy to communicate with since I am 11 hours behind their time zone.
Additionally, I was surprised to purchase the Carts inclusive of shipping to my home at a "fraction of the price" compared to similar products where I reside.
For my order, Ms. Ma, Sales Manager, her Vice President Sales, and Head of Engineering worked together in harmony to immediately, seamlessly, and so pleasantly reassure me they truly wanted to do business with me and provided me with "exactly what I needed" and, in the end, totally satisfying another international customer.
What I found so impressive was the fact that QINGDAO XING YI TONG DA TRADING CO.,LTD is a large diverse Chinese company; however, they deliver the same amazing "Personal Attention, Customer Excellence Support, and Appreciation" through their management & staff to "very small residential orders" such as myself as well as I would expect they do to their "very large Commercial/Institutional orders." Their management truly understands, knows, and applies Best-Customer-Practice's in building customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention with all of their target audiences!
My Carts are performing perfectly and QINGDAO XING YI TONG DA TRADING CO.,LTD. Has exceeded my expectations and gratitude for delivering superior products, service, and expertise in navigating me thru-out the buying process with needed cost-efficient cart recommendations based upon my lack of knowledge, driving lifestyle, and exterior and interior design qualifications.
Furthermore, QINGDAO XING YI TONG DA TRADING CO.,LTD. Is wonderful in product service follow-up with me to ensure the Carts are performing as expected, and if or when they need any parts or customer help, their service department I understand is 5-Star, and fast to ship them to you for warranted or non-warranted cart parts!
I hope my "very satisfied experience" from an international customer's perspective whereby I communicated solely via email is helpful in your cart interest exploration and decision-making process.
BTW: Ms. Ma offered Zoom, WhatsApp, or traditional Calling if I felt more comfortable ordering abroad, but I was quite content with email exchange, and it worked out perfectly.

Smart toilet for Kazakhstan
Thank you so much, I ordered a smart toilet with a p-trap connection, without limiting the water pressure. This is very important in Kazakhstan, because almost all of us have plumbing turbines connected to the back of the toilet. And in Kazakhstan, a water supply system with low water pressure, I have 5 liters in 40 seconds. Therefore, a hidden water tank is needed. In this toilet, it has a volume of 5 liters, it is typed quickly!
The flush is installed on the side and provides a circular rotation of the tornado, which cleans the walls very well. There is a flush inside the hole that pushes water into the inside of the pipe. All this ensures that the toilet bowl is almost 90% clean, and makes it easier to maintain during cleaning. Perhaps this is the main problem of all people not to clean the toilet, and this company creates all the conditions to facilitate the work by helping us!
Of course, additional functions are also pleasing, washing with water (female male), automatic flush, opening the lid, control panel (in English), drying, night illumination (in neon color), 220 volt euro socket (with anti-wiping protection), cleaning liquid for cleaning, ice display, rotating button on the side for control, stylish modern design. Yes, they have it all!
Their delivery is very fast, it even seemed to me that they delivered it by plane, to Kazakhstan, the city of Almaty. Their delivery price is lower than that of other Alibaba sellers.
I advise you to take the packaging from them in a wooden box, of course it costs extra money. But this justifies the safety and security of the goods! And a more popraste special sticker - Caution glass. All these conditions guarantee the integrity and safety. My goods arrived without damage to the city of Almaty.
The sales manager of Alibaba himself is very responsive, speaks English competently, solves problems quickly, answers questions on time, knows how to use Alibaba's chat, whatsapp and wechat. A pleasant girl to communicate, who is very well versed in her work. I was glad to work with her, indeed the company hired her for a reason, because I chose a smart toilet from them! I recommend buying only smart unitase from them, they are really worth it!

A Real World Marketplace Online
Review of Alibaba Group:
Alibaba to be straightforward forward is a platform to discover opportunities. It's no different than the real world. I've made more money from Alibaba than any other supplier I've worked with. You have to go into the marketplace and get to know your suppliers. If you don't feel comfortable with a supplier after a few days of contact, then maybe it's time to move on, there are plenty more suppliers. One way to tell if a supplier is good is to study what they talk to you about. If all they talk to you about is business, then maybe venture out and meet other sellers. You'll find genuine connections to supplies from almost every industry you can think of. Just like in any marketplace or in the real world, there are some bad actors. But overall, Alibaba has many strict rules so the likelihood of getting ripped off is solely based on user or self-navigation of the platform. This is business, do your homework and negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. There's a lot of money to be made even for an individual, or start-up small business. Use discernment always.
Considering that they are in China, I'm quite surprised that Alibaba has begun shipping some products within 3-7 days. This is much more likely for smaller items/orders/samples. You can always ask for a sample but they ask you to pay the shipping (which is fair). If you end up liking the product, you can ask them questions like:
What is your MOQ?
(Minimum Order Quantity)
Are you able to customize the product to put my brand name?
There's usually a minimum amount of units you must purchase but it's always negotiable.
What's the best price you can give me for X amount of units?
Always negotiate. Don't be afraid to negotiate because this is what matters most to your satisfaction when you receive the order. If the numbers don't add up to profit by your calculations, and the supplier doesn't support your target price, ask another supplier and get different quotes by submitting an RFQ.
What port do you ship from?
China is huge, you might be buying from a supplier inland, which will take longer to arrive since it has to first travel nationally before it goes international.
Do you have any certifications?
This question opens up information about the company. Some of them you can view in Virtual Reality.
Can I see your company's website?
Always check the company's website. Is it professionally done or is it missing or the supplier doesn't have a website? There's a lot you can learn from that.
Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
I use to believe trading companies were just regular sellers trying to buy cheap and sell high. But there's a reason to work with both trading companies and manufacturers. For instance, if you need a small order of ready-to-ship products, the trading company has more time to focus on those orders. Manufacturers produce bulk loads so sometimes they can't cater to a small order. But every manufacturer and trading company is different so be sure to shop around.
So far I've spent a little under $1,500 US dollars out of 21 orders. Which is not a lot of money but considering the amount of inventory I have plus I've already made that money back already. It's hard not to profit off of Alibaba.
My favorite thing about Alibaba is its payment system. It's completely safe since Alibaba holds on to the payment and releases it after you approve that the item is compliant and you are satisfied. Not only that, but they accept many forms of payment. Personally, I like to use Afterpay and Klarna, this way I'm able to break the payments into four separate, giving me more cash flow and time to sell.
Alibaba is also multiplatform so you can find inventory whether you're on your phone or computer, any time. They have livestreams that show you their work operations. Gives you the ability to speak to someone human and just adds more connection and trust. Highly recommend the Alibaba App, to stay on top of business and suppliers.
You can even visit their factory believe it or not. If you go to China, you can schedule a visit to their facility if you really want to know how your products are being made and stored.
Alibaba also has a credit system if you submit a few documents. Once approved you can order at least $2000 in products and don't have to worry about paying according to the 30 or 60-day agreement contract you make with your supplier. This way, it gives the supplier resources to begin creating your inventory (especially if it needs customization). And they're lead time depending but most industries are around 3-7 days. They'll ship the order out and if you have a high-demand product, then you can possibly make that $2000 credit back before the time you agreed. This way, your customers are happy. You as a customer and seller are happy. Everyone's happy. Be strategic and always buy ahead of the trend.
I hope this review was helpful. Best regards,
Joseph Mayuyo

Terrible Experience with Suzhou Yunbo Packaging on Alibaba: Buyer Beware
We recently purchased containers from Suzhou Yunbo packaging, a company that trades on the Alibaba platform. However, we had a terrible experience with this company. They operate under different names and emails, such as yunboglass.com and yunbopaper.com.
In June of 2020, we made a large purchase from this company on Alibaba with trade assurance, thinking that we would be protected if something went wrong. Unfortunately, we were wrong. The supplier did not give all the boxes to the shipping company that went to pick them up from the destination. Then, they blamed the shipping company for not picking up the boxes. This didn't make sense to us. If they were supposed to give the boxes and didn't, why would they blame the shipping company?
The supplier admitted that 7 boxes were missed as part of the consignment, but it gets worse. They claimed that the boxes that were shipped were worth $1960 and were willing to refund that amount. However, this was incorrect because they were admitting to the wrong product. We only had a small shortage on that product, and the bulk of the shortage was on a high-value product amounting to $2650. So once again, they were lying about what was shipped. They provided no evidence that the high-value items they claimed were shipped.
To make matters worse, we had more than a dozen boxes that were damaged and incorrectly labeled. Their packaging slip was the worst we've ever seen. It did not provide a breakdown of the color and neck size of the sprayers. They lumped everything in one line - 216,000.
When we filed for trade assurance with Alibaba, they sided with the seller, despite the seller's inability to provide any evidence that the high-value items were shipped. We provided a breakdown of every box that was shipped, 130 in all, including one that was lost in transit.
Sadly, Alibaba is a Chinese company, and they will side with their Chinese suppliers. We will never buy anything from Alibaba again after this experience. We were happy for 3+ years buying under fake assurance from Alibaba. Only when we had to file a claim did we come to know their true colors.
See the attached image. They will only take the supplier's side, leaving the buyer with an empty bag.
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
Recently i bought 50 hand held fans from a seller called TugoSmart using Alipay and its protection.
Alipay promises a Money back service for products that are deliverd in a different state then aggreed upon or products that are not functioning / poor quality.
After having received the product i already found out the package was poorly packed and the individual packaging inside was damaged.
I also noticed that not only was the package damaged but it was also the wrong product package.
Not only that after testing multiple fans i found that most fans wont last longer then 3 full charges before malfunctioning.
Also some fans had their Usb port missing or it stuck to the USB cable becaus of poor attachment.
The manufacturer also listed the product for 3-15 hours of working time, in reality the product lasts 1:30 hours on a full charge.
This simply being misadvertisement and to my knowledge the product is still listed as working 3-15 hours.
I've also had a fans that simply dident charge right from the package.
And one fan even started smoking nearly catching fire while charging.
I filed a refund request since i used Alipay and i simply got bounced around multiple times until they closed they case saying the seller never replied to them.
I've listed a lot of evidence including a video of the fan smoking, and got told that it was my '' Poor operation '' or '' ''It was damaged on delivery'', ''you schould've told the courier while he was there ''
In my opinion its not only highly rude by Alibaba to simply put the blame on me for the poor product.
But the fact that they get away with listing promises comparable to Paypal and not delivering upon it makes it a highly dangerous service to use.
In the future i'll use Paypal for all my Alibaba transactions and keep all my communications and sourcing on the website to a bare minimum, i'm highly dissapointed.
Please be wary if you use Alibaba and DONT USE ALIPAY! Please use Paypal or your creditcard company.
Alibaba does not punish rule breaking companies.
Update: After contacting the manufacturer asking why they dident respond to Alibaba i've been told by TugoSmart to: '' Go to hell you with your scamming pictures trying to scam us''
Beware of Alibaba Scam: My Experience with a Fake Shipping Company and Fraudulent Supplier
I recently made a purchase on Alibaba.com, an online retailer, for 20 units of the Elgato Game Capture HD60 S+ 1080p60 at a price of $30 per unit and $50 for shipping costs. The seller, Janet Lou, who works for Jiangxi Youteng Trading Co., Ltd., a gold supplier on Alibaba, seemed trustworthy as the company had been verified by Alibaba. I paid for the order using Western Union with my bank debit card, totaling $650.
The supplier provided me with tracking information from a company called Gavinjet Logistics, which I later found out was a fake shipping company. To my surprise, the tracking information showed that the shipment was for 50 units instead of the 20 that I had paid for. To avoid any issues with the supplier, I agreed to pay an additional $900 via Western Union for the remaining 30 units.
According to the tracking information, the shipment was supposed to be released to DHL for delivery on March 16th-17th, 2021. However, the supplier did not provide me with the national Spanish DHL tracking information, as Gavinjet Logistics was a fake shipping company and the tracking information was also fake. The supplier stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages on March 19th, 2021.
I have since realized that I have been the victim of a fraud/scam by the supplier, for a total amount of $1,550. I submitted two complaints to Alibaba.com, attaching plenty of Alibaba messenger and WhatsApp conversation screenshots as evidence, but they closed both complaints, claiming there was insufficient proof of evidence of the fraud. I believe that the supplier was favored because they had paid for a gold membership on Alibaba, while I had not.
As a result, I deactivated my Alibaba.com account on April 8th, 2021. I have also reported this case to the USA Federal Bureau of Investigation online crime complaint center (IC3), the USA Federal Trade Commission online crime complaint center, and most USA consumer attorneys. It is important to be cautious when making purchases online and to thoroughly research the seller and their company before making any payments.
Avoid Beiteng Technology and Alibaba.com for Poor Quality and Service
I recently bought a laser machine from Beiteng Technology, a company based in China, through Alibaba.com. It took me months of discussions and demos with an agent to agree on terms and finally have the laser machine shipped to me. I paid for the delivery, the cost of the product, and the import fees.
However, when the laser machine arrived, it was in a terrible state. The casing had marks and a huge crack across the base of the unit, and the housing around the screen was scuffed and dented. When I powered on the laser, which was supposed to be 810nm, it actually showed 808nm on the interface and indicated that it had been used.
I contacted the rep at Beiteng Technology to inform them of the poor state of the machine. However, communicating with the rep was difficult as he could not speak English well and preferred to communicate through Skype or the Alibaba chat function. The time difference between the UK and China also made it challenging to communicate. I tried contacting Alibaba, but the only way to reach them was through a chat app, and they only operate and respond during Chinese hours.
When I finally spoke with the rep from Beiteng, he told me to claim via the courier company, which was not possible as I had paid Beiteng Technology to arrange the shipping. I then put a dispute into Alibaba, which took months of deliberation, lots of evidence, and a lot of time to finally get Beiteng to accept the product back. Initially, they wanted me to buy paint and paint over the cracks on the laser machine. With regards to the model version of the machine, they wanted to send me a manual to re-code the version number.
The communication was poor, the service was bad, and the post-sales service from Beiteng Technology was ignorant. Finally, when I got Alibaba to persuade the supplier to send the machine back, I asked for a refund amount, but they kept asking me to reduce the refund amount. I only wanted a full refund, excluding the UK customs and VAT charges.
After weeks of deliberating with the supplier, they finally paid me most of my money back. However, I still made a loss, and Alibaba eventually paid some of the cost that was outstanding to resolve the dispute.
I wanted to leave a review on the Alibaba website about Beiteng Technology, but Alibaba said that no comments could be left post 30 days. I am writing this review to save others from the same pain. I would advise avoiding Alibaba.com unless you are willing to sacrifice on quality and require little or no interaction post-sale.
For further evidence of my experience, see the attached pictures and a snippet of the conversation I had with the agent.

Navigating Alibaba.com: A First-Time Importer's Review
Alibaba.com is a great site for first-time importers, despite a few minor grammatical errors (which is understandable since it is a Chinese company). The site is easy to navigate and I appreciated the built-in messenger feature which allowed me to communicate with the supplier directly through the website. I was even able to use it on my free government phone, which is perfect for my vow of simplicity.
However, my experience with Alibaba was not without its challenges. When I made a seemingly harmless comment about freedom of speech, the Alibaba Messenger flagged it as a possible security threat and prevented me from sending it. While I understand that this is a common practice in China, it was a reminder of the differences in our cultures.
To make matters worse, my product was held at U.S. customs by the Anti-Terrorism Contraband Enforcement Team, which ended up costing me almost double the original cost of the item. The shipping and handling fees alone were almost $900 for a $700 item. While my item was large and heavy, I had tried to eliminate the usual customs broker fees and find cheap or free ways to file documents online.
Despite these challenges, I am not anti-government, but I am anti-waste. It was frustrating to see so much time and money wasted on a silly rickshaw. This experience also made me realize how communist America's capitalism is and how capitalist China's communism is.
In the spirit of DIY, I could have found plans and built my own rickshaw, but it would not have been as fast or cheap as ordering from Alibaba. However, this experience has made me think more about the importance of buying local and supporting local businesses. As Jane Goodall once said, "think globally, but act locally." Perhaps we should focus more on trading recipes instead of importing goods from other countries.
Overall, while my experience with Alibaba had its challenges, I would still recommend it to others who are looking to import goods. Just be aware that shipping and handling fees can far exceed the cost of the item, especially for personal shipments.
Alibaba.com Review: Scam Artists and Negligent Packaging Result in $2000 Loss
I just want to share my experience with Alibaba (alibaba.com) and it's not a good one. I had to fight for five long weeks just to get a refund of 750 USD out of my 3250 USD outlay from this company. And even after admitting their mistake, Alibaba only gave me 500 USD on top. So, I lost a total of 2000 USD plus hundreds of dollars on things for the project outside of Alibaba.
My order was for 200kg Whey Protein Isolate, sorted into 1kg tubs bearing my own personalized logo. I placed and paid for the order on 14th October 2021 with a promise of delivery within 14 days. I had been in communication with the company representative (Nancy) since August 2021, so I expected the time period of 14 days to be easily met. However, I received my goods two months later on 9th December. The communication and help during this time was awful.
When the tubs arrived, they were packed and crammed into CARDBOARD boxes, which was bizarre and not fitting for international shipping with numerous couriers. Because they were squeezed in so tightly, every single tub with the exception of 4 or 5 had burst their inner seals and protein powder was puffing out of the sides of the cardboard boxes before they were even opened. This was a result of negligent and [censored]ic packaging by the original handlers. They should have been in wooden crates.
I immediately showed the delivery driver the broken boxes, but he just laughed and went back to his truck. This is evident on my CCTV footage. The seller has since informed me that everything is my fault because I let him go. They even suggested that I just keep the product and sell it at a discount, which was a total health and safety hazard.
Alibaba stepped in with their "Trade Assurance" (Aka Trade Inasurrance which they simply protect their Chinese clients). Ping pong messages and mediation sets in where seller uploads evidence, buyer uploads evidence, and it banged on like this for many painstaking weeks. I was offered 450 by the seller, then 750 and 500 from Alibaba as a "sorry" (aka a bribe to protect their scamming client). I am sure the two companies split the money they took from me, and do so regularly.
In the end, I am 2000 + dollars out of pocket, with a pile of boxes full of contaminated protein all over my living room in which we could barely breathe due to the dust. I strongly advise against using this company. Do your due diligence - buy cheap and you buy twice. These people are professional scam artists.
I have all the screenshots, photos, and evidence to back up every single word. If anyone wants to DM me, I can share them with you.
Mixed Experiences with Alibaba: Smooth Sailing with NEW ENERGY, Disaster with Rosen Solar Energy
I've had the pleasure of using Alibaba twice, and my experiences have been quite different. The first time, I purchased a heat pump from NEW ENERGY, and the process was smooth sailing. Their website was easy to navigate, and the prices were reasonable. The heat pump arrived on time and was delivered right to my yard. It's been four years since I made that purchase, and the heat pump is still going strong without any issues. In fact, six of my neighbors have also purchased heat pumps from NEW ENERGY, and they're all satisfied with their purchases.
However, my second experience with Alibaba was not as pleasant. I bought solar panels, a Rosen Lithium Battery, MC4 connector, and PV cable from Rosen Solar Energy, a Cherry dealer on Alibaba. From the beginning, I had problems with the purchase. Rosen's page on Alibaba was not functional, and the selling price increased from what was agreed upon. Shipping to Slovakia was also unmanaged.
When I installed the battery from Rosen, the technician discovered that it was not compatible with the GoodWe inverter. Despite Rosen's guarantee that it would be compatible, the technical documentation proved otherwise. After consulting with GoodWe, we managed to get it working, but the inverter still showed a communication error. The battery was functional, but setting the parameters was a no-go. GoodWe uses CAN communication, while the Rosen battery uses RS 485 communication. After less than two months of use, the battery stopped working. The technician concluded that the BMS was malfunctioning.
I contacted the Cherry dealer at Rosen and documented the problem with photo evidence. Despite two months of correspondence, I received no meaningful response. Even emailing ***@rosensolar.com did not help. Ignoring problem-solving seems to be the norm at Rosen. I also consulted the problem with the BMS manufacturer Seplos, who informed me that the BMS installed in the battery only had RS 485 communication. However, all the documentation I received from Rosen mentioned CAN communication, which was likely the cause of the communication error.
According to Seplos, the CAN communication BMS has a ***-1101-10C/EN/- designation. I informed the Cherry dealer at Rosen about this information, but they did not respond to my request for a new functional BMS that met the parameters guaranteed in the technical documentation. The technician who helped me select the PV assembly and installed it after delivery commented that he had never encountered such a negative, ignorant attitude.
If you're interested in Rosen PV, beware of the Cherry dealer. It's a complete disaster. On 11/09/22, the seller Rosen wrote to me to send my standard-made GoodWe converter to China for testing. That's really power and incompetence. The inverter works reliably and meets the offered technical parameters. Works with CAN communication. The battery from Rosen does not meet the technical parameters offered, it does not have declared CAN communication, but only RS 485. Its BMS designation is ***-1101-10D-, which means that it has RS 485 communication.
The BMS with CAN communication has the designation ***-1101-10C/EN/-. To make you believe this absurdity, I am also attaching a message from Rosen: "Hello Stefan, first of all, we never said we can match all inverters at the same time, we need to set our battery for you in advance. Did you send your Goodwe inverter to us to test first? Best regards."
Alibaba's Dispute Resolution: A Nightmare Experience with Fraudulent Seller Pu Liang of Quanzhou Pushi Jewellery
I have been dealing with Alibaba for quite some time now and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently purchased some jewelry from a seller named Pu Liang of Quanzhou Pushi Jewellery and to my dismay, I received fake gold, fake platinum, fake Moissanite, and counterfeit certificates. I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. I immediately contacted Alibaba and provided them with overwhelming evidence of the conman's fraudulent activities. However, to my surprise, they ended the dispute by telling me to negotiate with the seller.
Pu Liang of Quanzhou Pushi Jewellery is still on Alibaba ripping people off and referring to them as ugly kangaroos. He even went as far as saying that he would "$#*! my daughter because she probably needed a good root and he'd be doing her a favor". These messages were all written in Chinese on the dispute resolution site and I only realized what he was writing when I installed a language translator. The dispute team did nothing about these horrendous comments against an Aussie woman, a wife, mother, and Nanna. This was his idea of evidence. I had to purchase more gold testers, gem testers, and show evidence of what real GRA certificates looked like and his counterfeit replicated numerical ones. I spent just under $1000 having this jewelry tested independently to prove it was all fake. The onus was on me to show that what I received from him did not match the description of what I was promised I was buying.
The English spelling mistakes were almost funny if it wasn't for the fact that I was fighting to get my money returned. Needless to say, the thief that is being protected by Alibaba is still trading and still conning the free world of their money because China has a problem with honesty and returning money to people who live in Australia. BE WARNED!
To make matters even worse, the executives clearly don't like me telling the truth and sent me emails asking what the problem was and how could they help? After sending all the information, and them having access to the full dialogue in the dispute and photos, they would reply weeks later that they needed more time. Then they stopped responding at all. The executives who should be named and shamed are James Cunningham, Erica Matthews, and Alitalia Wlt. Thanks for nothing you useless overpaid fools.
I have reported this crime and yes, it is a crime to stamp crap metal as AU750 or PL950 when it's just a basic $#*! silver-colored metal. It is a crime to reproduce another company's intellectual property. More importantly, it's a crime to export this fake crap to another country. This information has been sent to the USA cybercrime unit, the Australian Cyber Crime Unit, the Australian Federal Police, Australian Customs, and GRA.
I haven't finished with you yet... all of you. Pu Liang wants to be an entrepreneur? Step foot in Australian or New Zealand soil and I'll have you handcuffed and marched to one of our beautiful prisons. Anywho, I'm in the final stages of getting my money back from ANZ and NAB because they are very sympathetic about what has occurred and VISA stands by their promise to take action when thieves take your money.
Alibaba, Pu Liang's crap jewelry is sitting at DHL waiting to go back to China - I suggest you make him sign the consignment because he needs his junk jewelry back, or burn it, I don't care but it's littering our good country where it sits. James Cunningham, you may want to email me again as this is going to get far worse even though I am getting my money back. You didn't do your job and neither did your colleagues - for that, you need to be named and shamed.
Corrupt Alibaba Employee and Seller Conspire to Deny Fair Dispute Process
I recently had a terrible experience with Alibaba and one of their sellers, Zhangjiagang Simbormachinery. Unfortunately, it seems that this seller conspired with an Alibaba employee to deny us a fair dispute process. It's quite apparent that there are corrupt employees on the dispute team and Sara, the mediator, is one of them.
We had three consecutive disputes with Zhangjiagang Simbormachinery and got the same agent, Sara, every time. This is highly suspicious, as the dispute team has the ability to divert cases to different agents. It seems that Sara was deliberately assigned to our cases to deny our claims, no matter what they were. I suspect that the dispute team is receiving bribes from sellers who don't want to lose a dispute.
We implore Alibaba to investigate Sara and the dispute department to root out the employees actively defrauding buyers from their legitimate claims. Sara's inappropriate actions include distorting facts to deny our claim, contradicting Help Center agents, patronizing and offensive responses, denying our fraud claim without reference to any facts in the case, and claiming that Alibaba is essentially in the business of hiding criminal fraud.
It's quite apparent that Sara was not an objective mediator and that the dispute team put her on our cases intentionally. Alibaba needs to take action to address this issue and review Zhangjiagang Simbormachinery's dispute history and negative reviews for possible collusion. I will take this post down once the matter is addressed appropriately.
Fraudulent Trade Assurance Service: My Terrible Experience with Alibaba
I had a really bad experience using Alibaba. The product I got was really bad quality. I tried to dispute the item through Alibaba's Trade Assurance service and I did everything I was supposed to do to dispute the item I got. The quality was so bad that I couldn't even use it because the power of the machine was really low. The seller didn't want to work with me. I then escalated the dispute and gave enough evidence that clearly showed that both the seller and I submitted. The item I got was not like what the business said it was going to be, and they didn't even follow their own warranty terms that they had on their website. The evidence I gave using pictures and videos clearly showed a big difference between the machine I got and the video the seller took of the machine before they shipped it out. I don't think they sent me the same machine as the one in their video, and if they did, the machine didn't work nearly as well as in the video the seller submitted to Alibaba Trade Assurance. I even got the seller to admit that the machine had low power. I submitted my claim within 24 hours of getting the item and paid by credit card through Alibaba. Alibaba's mediation representative said that there wasn't enough evidence to support my claim. They then said I needed to pay at least another $300 USD to have one of their third party inspectors test the machine and then decide whether the quality was bad. This would also mean I had to pay for the $215 shipping on top of that to have it shipped to China. After I filed a dispute with Alibaba, I started reading a lot of reviews of customers saying that Alibaba's Trade Assurance service is a scam. I was hoping that these reviews were just a few cases, but I was wrong. I can say that Alibaba's Trade Assurance is really fraudulent. Alibaba also made a decision to have me either work with the seller or pay the $300 or more plus shipping to send the item back to China to have it inspected by one of Alibaba's third party inspectors. They made this decision within one hour of the expiration of being able to upload more evidence. They couldn't have read through and watched all the videos of what was submitted in less than two hours. They didn't even take a fair and impartial view on all this or even look at the overwhelming evidence. As much as I would like to pay an additional $500 to have my case reviewed by one of Alibaba's inspectors, I don't think the decision will be made objectively because of their initial decision and the fact that there are many reviews saying the same thing. In reference to this additional charge, this option violates Alibaba's Trade Assurance policy. Their web page can be found at https://tradeassurance.alibaba.com/ At the bottom of the page in the FAQ section, their policy states: "Trade Assurance protects the buyer in the event that the supplier fails to ship on time or the product quality varies from what has been agreed upon. While Alibaba.com charges transaction fees on certain payment methods to offset our operational expense in payment processing, we do not charge any additional fees for Trade Assurance... If supplier fails to ship on time or the product quality varies from what has been agreed upon, you may apply for refund on Alibaba.com within 30 days of delivery. We will investigate, mediate, and resolve your claim with an aim to achieving a satisfactory outcome, including refunding the purchase if necessary." To say that they don't charge any additional fees beyond the credit card transaction fee is evidence of their bad business practices. I also reached out to the seller and said that I would take a $900 reduction in the refund that I originally requested as long as I ship back the item. They said no to my proposal. Alibaba's Trade Assurance service is only interested in supporting Chinese businesses. I don't understand these business practices that are led by Alibaba's CEO, Daniel Zhang. I will never buy from Alibaba again. I am now out $2800 USD and will only use Amazon and Ebay in the future. I have since filed a dispute with the credit card I used to make the purchase. They will make a decision as to whether I get my money back after both parties submit their evidence. For anyone planning on making a big purchase on Alibaba, I wouldn't recommend it.

Don't trust Alibaba and their trade assurance. All positive reviews does not reflect the -ve exp
We purchase containers Suzhou Yunbo packaging and this company trades on Alibaba platform.
This company operates under different names and emails as below:
yunboglass.com
yunbopaper.com
We made a large purchase from this company in June of 2020 on Alibaba with trade assurance assuming we'll be protected if something went wrong.
We were so wrong about the assumption. The supplier did not give all the boxes to the shipping company that went to pick up the boxes from the destination. It then said on Alibaba that the shipping company didn't pick the boxes.
Wait - what? If they are supposed to give the boxes and they didn't give the boxes to shipping company - Why are they blaming the shipping company that the boxes were not picked?
They admitted that 7 boxes were missed as part of the consignment but here's what it gets bad. They claim that the boxes that were shipped were of $1960 and are willing to refund that amount. However, this is incorrect because they are admitting to wrong product - we only had small shortage on that product and bulk of shortage was on high value product amounting to $2650. So once again - they are lying on what was shipped. Needless to say - they provided no evidence that the high value items they claimed were shipped.
We had more than a dozen boxes that are damaged and incorrectly label.
Their packaging slip is one for the history books - the worst packaging slip - it does not provide breakdown the color and neck size of the sprayers - they lumped everything in one line - 216,000
When we filed for trade assurance with Alibaba they sided with seller, despite seller's ability to provide any evidence that the high value items were shipped. We provided breakdown of every box that was shipped 130 in all, including one that was lost in transit.
Sadly, Alibaba is a Chinese company and they will side with their Chinese suppliers. We will never buying anything from Alibaba after this experience. We were happy for 3+ years buying under fake assurance from Alibaba - only when you have to file the claim - that's when you come to know their true colors.
See attached image.- they will only take supplier's side hanging the buyer with empty bag.
I was scammed for $1,550 and my complaints were disregarded at the Alibaba complaint center
Via Alibaba.com as an online retailer I ordered 20 units at a price of $30 per unit and $50 for the shipping costs of Elgato Game Capture HD60 S+ 1080p60 to the seller Janet Lou, Alibaba address: cuiyuanlou100 working for the company: Jiangxi Youteng Trading Co., Ltd. This company is a gold supplier according to the Alibaba website so that means that has paid for this golden membership and it seems that the company has been verified by Alibaba. So that was the reason I trusted this wholesaler in the first place.
So I paid using Western Union with my bank debit card the total amount of $650 for these 20 units.
The supplier gave me the tracking info of a company called Gavinjet Logistics which I found out later that is a fake shipping company.
For my surprise the tracking information said that the shipment was for 50 units instead of the 20 that I had paid and agreed with the supplier. So in order to avoid any discussions and troubles with the supplier I agreed to pay $900 extra via Western Union for the 30 remaining units.
So as the tracking information says, the shipment should have been released to DHL to deliver the item/shipment to me as of 16th-17th March 2021, but the supplier did not provide the national Spanish DHL tracking information to me because obviously Gavinjet Logistics is a fake shipping company, the tracking information was therefore also fake and the supplier had never shipped any goods to me at all.
Moreover the supplier stopped replying to my WhatApp messages since March the 19th 2021. I know for sure now that I have been the victim of a fraud/scam by the supplier for a total amount of $1,550.
Therefore I submitted two complaints to Alibaba.com and they closed both of them saying that there was insufficient proof of evidence of the fraud, which is a blatant lie as I attached plenty of Alibaba messenger and WhatsApp conversation screenshots, whilst the other party did not say anything at all and did not respond to my complaints.
The big difference is that Jiangxi Youteng Trading Co., Ltd. has paid for a gold membership and I haven't, so Alibaba would not take my complaint and favored the other party instead.
So I just deactivated my Alibaba.com account right away as of April the 8th 2021.
I have also reported this case on the USA Federal Bureau of Investigation online crime complaint center (IC3), on the USA Federal Trade Commission online crime complaint center and written to most USA consumer attorneys about it.

DOOYA Drapery Motor Support
May 31, 2023 I ordered A DOOYA DT82TV-1.2/14 Curtain motor with the 5 wire connections. It arrived with NO instructions for connecting it.
I found a manual for the unit that identified the wires, but there is no indication of voltage to be connected, nor any specifics. Eventually I was able to find that the distributor is Shenchou Chenggin Tech so I contacted them. I was able to begin a chat with Marcos Deng. He sent a few drawings, but nothing that helped, or answered my questions. Soon he ghosted me, and no longer replied!
This motor would serve my purposes, if I knew how to connect it! I measured resistance between the wires and found nothing helpful.
I connected the specified 120 volts to the indicated blue and brown wires, and applied five volts from the blue neutral wire to the “open” (white/gray) and then “close” (black). Nothing resulted from this, either.
Surely there is a manual for the five wire motor in English!
Desired outcome: Provide a manual for the five-wire motor in English!
Alibaba customer service
I have been trying to solve a problem through Alibaba about one of the suppliers. Alibaba has refunded a portion of the money without contacting me to find out the whole story. I feel that they are not listening to my problem properly. I have tried phoning a number of times but they dont answer the phone.
I bought a lift from Zhongcan Engineering. The lift was delivered but not installed straight away because of Covid 19 delays. When the lift was installed there were many many problems and Amy only resloved some of the problems, not all of them. The big problem is the hydraulic valve block is damaged and Amy does not want to help me fix the problem. She has blocked me on Whattsapp and I cannot complain to anyone else.
Desired outcome: I would like to speak to Alibaba directly about this problem. Get it solved and get some moneny back.
Kitchen cabinets bought from dechaab international building and housing
I ordered kitchen cabinets from above company. Cabinets came in with wrong sizes not american standard sizes and many many damaged pieces. I have contacted and been in touch with Theresa Lu which at the time was my sales person from day one of delivery. I have texts messages, emails , phone calls and pictures stating and showing everything wrong. A few months later I receive a call from Jim Mitchen project manager and owner saying how sorry he was for all the mistakes that Theresa has made but not to worry that he will take care and fix the problem. He requested all new measurements to be submitted which I did. He also stated that he wasn't going to charge me the full price but half. I submitted $1,000.00 as an initial deposit to get the project going. Jim has promised and stated that my cabinets would be ready for shipment by the end of June. It is now the end of July and I still have no confirmation or status on my order. He makes many promises but does not fulfill them. He ignores most of my text messages and phone calls. I have been living without a kitchen for almost 1 year now and my stress level is really bad. I need to know how can I handle this in order to get my cabinets or my refund. This company took over $8,000.00 from me and I have nothing. And why am I being charged again even if it's half on a huge error they did and not us.. Please advise how I should handle and pursue with this matter. Thank you
Peter and Ines Rodrigues
Desired outcome: I would appreciate all of my money back if not my cabinets at no charge. I paid enough already for mistakes that I didn't cause.
Sale of a 52” zero turn lawn mower
Using a company on Alibaba called Andrew McClellan consulting, I purchased the above zero turn lawnmower. I paid $400 for the item plus $200 transport. I have the receipt for payment and the invoice from Andrew McClellan consulting. I was told I would get a tracking number, which I did, and saw the item, move from China across many countries, finally into Canada, and then into the United States. At this time, and for the first time Andrew McClellan then demanded $1800 additional money to be paid before they would release the item to me and have it delivered. They told me that they guaranteed that following the payment of the $1800 I would then get it back. Now I’m not believing them I refuse to pay so I wish to Get involved with Alibaba‘s complaints to have the $600 that I’ve paid to Andrew McClellan returned to me here in the United States. Any other information that you need the tracking number a copy of the invoice a copy of the payment or anything else and of course I have all the conversations backwards and forwards from the beginning to now with Andrew McClellan consulting I would make available to you , I have previously imported into the United States $4500 worth of double glazed windows from China, obviously, I have to pay customs import duty, I understand that, but that I had no problem whatsoever getting that those items and I have them installed here in my house, so I’m not a virgin as far as importing from China is concerned. I feel these this Andrew McClellan consulting is trying to rip me off . Please help me, Alan Coomber, thank you.
Desired outcome: Return of my money $600 from Mclellan Consulting,1945 SE Waddell Way, Waukee, IA, 50263
I was thinking of buying this product, I was about to do it, I am in the country of Panama.
And with this I just read I think there is no penalty from Alibaba to sellers like these ...
I would like to hear more of your story, since alibaba always recommends to make the payments through their platform to avoid this kind of situations.
Did you pay them directly?
And now they demand you to pay 1800 more to give you the product?
GCF Auto services llc
In March of 2023 I got a quote from a seller on Alibaba, GCF AUTO SERVICE LLC for and ATV. I was quoted a total of $750.00 US for the ATV and delivery
On March 4th 2023 I sent money for the purchase of the ATV the contact for the seller was Kamel Elgiseer. He told me I needed to download the What's App app where he asked for the shipping address. The money cleared on the 6th of March and ask if it had shipped because it was not on my profile on the Alibaba website.
I was tolled "No need for that"
He would send me tracking info, which he did I followed the shipment around the world with every port named until it got to the USA. On March 11, 2023 Mr. Elgiseer told me on What's App the to shipment was held in customs for duty of $3500.00
I need to wire the $3500.00 to an address in Texas. But not to worry I would get the money back at delivery. A back and forth he's telling me the truck driver will give me the $3500 when he delivers the ATV. At the time of sale he said nothing about the duty I reminded him I paid for door to door delivery that didn't include $3500.00 that a truck driver would refund me.
I told him I wanted my money back. I filled out the refund form on March 13th on March 21s I asked about the refund and was told 60 days, well when that was up I sent message on Whatsapp with no reply. I did get a response on the Alibaba messager where I sent him a copy of the refund request form I filled out in March and have gotten no response since then.
Desired outcome: My $750.00 back

Buyer Beware: Alibaba's Misleading Ads and Poor Customer Service
If you're thinking about buying something from Alibaba, you better be careful. Don't just trust what they say about the product, because it might not be true. My family bought a laser cleaning machine for $4.5k, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The machine couldn't even do what it was supposed to do! We tried to work with the supplier to fix the problem, but they just blamed us for not using it correctly. Then they said that the product description was just for our information and that we shouldn't expect too much. They even admitted that their product wasn't as good as other cleaning methods, but Alibaba said they couldn't do anything about it.
It took a whole month for them to finally admit that there might be something wrong with the machine, but they still wouldn't refund or let us return it. They said they would send us a new laser head to fix the problem, but what if that doesn't work either? It's frustrating because Alibaba lets suppliers put misleading ads and then blames the customer for trusting them. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from them again.
If you've had a similar experience with a laser machine from Alibaba, please let me know. I want to get my money back and send this useless machine back to them. It's just not worth it. So, if you're going to buy something from Alibaba, make sure you see the product and test it out before you buy it. Don't trust what they say, because it might not be true.
Warning: My Alibaba.com Experience with Shenzhen Lux Lighting Co. Ltd
I wouldn't recommend using Alibaba.com. My first purchase was from a company that copied the name of a legitimate business. I was looking for the Gavita 1700 LED grow light, but it turned out to be the wrong one. There was no off button or dimmer switch, which I was told it had. I couldn't even hook it up to a timer. I plugged it into a power bar and turned it off, but the light went into dim mode. I contacted Jackie and sent videos and pictures, but he said there was someone else with the same issue and didn't want to fix it. I wrote a review that got his attention, and he said he would fix the issue if I took it down. I stupidly took it down, and he stopped responding to me. I'm still trying to fill out the warranty claim, but it's been difficult. Some people are nice, but others treat you like you're stupid. I just want what I paid for to work. I'm scared it will start a fire. I know I'm not the only one he did this to, so be careful if you're using the site. I don't want to be out the $1000 Canadian I spent. The picture below shows the lights supposed to be off, but they look like they're still on dim mode. I wouldn't buy from Shenzhen Lux Lighting Co. Ltd. Thank god I didn't buy the 30 I wanted to. I have the receipt on the Alibaba site, but I can't show it because it has too much personal information.
Alibaba's Trade Assurance Protection is a Complete Disaster: A Frustrating Experience with Poor Communication and Unhelpful Claims Manager
Their Trade Assurance Protection is not good at all. I ordered a sample of a customized iPhone selfie case from Alibaba and it was a complete disaster. The paint had a lot of holes and one of the LED lights was broken. I opened a claim and Sunny was the claim manager assigned to me. Unfortunately, Sunny was not very good at her job. Her communication skills were poor and I don't think she understood English very well. She kept sending me the same messages over and over again, even though I was asking her specific questions. It was frustrating because she wasn't answering my questions and it felt like she wasn't even reading my messages. Eventually, she closed the claim and said that I "never uploaded any evidence," even though I had uploaded a lot of evidence. I think she just didn't want to deal with me anymore because she didn't understand my messages.
I had to open a second claim and I asked if I could work with someone else, but it seems like Sunny is the only one who works on claims. This time, it took her over 5 days to reply to me. Finally, she answered my questions and offered me an $80 refund for an order that cost me $110. I accepted the refund, but then she responded saying that my order was no longer under the protection period because too much time had passed. I couldn't believe it! Even though it was all their fault, they were not willing to help me. If Sunny had just looked through the evidence the first time and answered my questions, I wouldn't be in this situation.
My order was still under the protection period when I opened the claim. Orders should be protected while a claim is still open. The protection period should only apply to opening claims in the first place. That's what all other companies do. It's ridiculous that a company worth billions of dollars has such a terrible policy. I guess now I know why they're worth so much money. They're taking advantage of small people like me.
I tried contacting their customer service to explain the situation, but I didn't get the help I needed. They told me I would get help from the manager of the claims department, but I just got a message from a regular customer service team member. It's frustrating because I feel like they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend using Alibaba if you're looking for good customer service.

Alibaba Protects Scammers: Our Experience with a Freight Forwarder
My company, European Connection Furniture, has been in business for over 35 years. We have shipped hundreds of containers and other goods over the years, and we recently turned to Alibaba to find a freight forwarder. After searching through the platform, we found a shipper with a competitive rate who had excellent reviews on Alibaba's website. We decided to ship our factory-ordered goods to the shipper's warehouse in Shenzhen to be shipped to our address in the USA.
However, things quickly went downhill from there. After the goods were delivered to the company warehouse on October 30, 2022, the shipper increased the shipping rates more than 4 times from the original quote. They demanded that we send money without any security to their private account without any invoice from their side. We were shocked and frustrated by this sudden change, and we immediately reached out to Alibaba's customer service for help.
We spent months trying to resolve the issue, but Alibaba refused to help us. They claimed that we needed to go directly to the party for any solution. We later found out that this forwarder had scammed many other customers in the past, and feedback from these customers was not allowed to be placed on Alibaba. We begged Alibaba to let us access the website of the shipper to place a review about our experience and warn other potential customers about their practices, but they refused to do so.
It seems that Alibaba is more interested in protecting scammers and fraudsters on their website than helping their customers. We suspect that they receive a commission from the advertisers and not from the customers, which is why they are so reluctant to help us. It has been four and a half months since we placed our order, and it still hasn't been shipped.
We want to warn all customers of Alibaba not to trust the feedback placed on their website. They are manipulated by Alibaba's policies and are not trustworthy at all. We hope that our experience will help other customers avoid the same fate as us.
