There is a Chinese company called

Shanghai Flower Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.

Shanghai VON Industry Development Co., Ltd.

after I reached an agreement with their salesperson, "Cathy," and sent her the down payment.She made changes to our agreement and stated back us  our payment. It's been from August 24 until today that we haven't had our money. I also spoke with their CEO, who didn't support anything, and someone named Rachel said something bad to me because I was just asking them about our rights.

They are all handled with me in the same way: first answer, then no one responds. If they respond, just complain about why you are asking for so much money! Do you believe it?

Alibaba Custom Printed T-shirts

I ordered custom screenprinted tshirts with my logo on them. I provided artwork and asked for specific colors for the logo..

Beware the seller is:

Yiwu Custom Brand Commodity Co., Ltd.

the shirts arrived and they are prinited with heat press logo NOT screenprinted as advertised and low and behold the printing of my logo is NOT the colors i requested.

Seller on Alibaba refusing to fix and also refusing to refund. i prefer the product being fixed and resent to me, seller refusing to budge.

will not buy from this company again.

Alibaba order [protected]

Ordered 100 pces of microprocessors in June 2022. for 1500 USD. Return 30 days.

We did the QC in October 2022, none seems to work with the program.

We wish a technical support from he manufacturer to evaluate the pieces and if needed, the refund.

Impossible to discuss with the lady from the chat , she is ill and she does not transfer our questions.

je travaille avec beaucoup de fournisseur sur Alibaba.com.

j'ai passé commande et régler à l'avance comme je fais d'habitude car je fais confiance au fournisseur d'Alibaba.com.

j'ai payé un montant de 18168,96 USD le 10 avril 2022 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande .

le fournisseur me promène avec des prétexte infondé .

j'ai demandé remboursement et le fournisseur ne me donne plus de nouvelle .

je trouve honteux que des patriotes Chinois agissent comme cela a mon égard .

quelle poursuite dois-je effectué afin de récupérer mon montant .

Alibaba Arcade Game Machines and Bumper Cars

I recently purchased some Arcade Game Machines from China to be shipped to New york Tampa Shipping Port that I am not able to clear because Customs says I need prior authorization from the manufacturer for Copyright or Trademark to clear the game machines or they will confiscate them for Piracy use. I am trying but with no response from the seller in China regarding this matter.

Regarding the Bumper Cars, the seller in China refuses to give me the proper documents for the Battery to the Cars because they want me to use their shipper which does not require the legal documents other shippers need, and refuse to give me a full refund, it has been 5 months and I am still waiting for the Cars to be shipped.

These goods were purchased and paid for through Alibaba, so how do I get help solving my problem?

Alibaba Ladies t - shirt

Hello Dear sir or mam, I ordered 520 pieces of goods from a company through alibaba 3 months ago and bought the goods, I bought 11 designs and different colors from that company, but that company did not send me the same as I ordered! They only sent me all white clothes, that too for 3/4 years, and I did not get any response when I contacted that person, I contacted that company from your application! Please help me, this way your organization will be distrusted, please help me to solve this problem! I hope that you will give me full support in this, thank you

Alibaba model F2 electric surfboard

I placed an order via PayPal for an electric surfboard on 8/11/22 to Camoro Tech Co. Ltd. The person I wired the money to is [protected]@gmail.com. They insisted on being paid via Family and Friends and after several exchanges of e-mails we agreed that I would send half the payment ($295) via FF and the second half via goods and services. After the received the FF payment they changed the agreement and said I needed to send the second half via FF as well. I refused and have not heard back from them since. I now believe that this is not the company Camoro Tech Co ltd since the receipt they sent has a different address than the one I see at their website.

Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the $295 since I now believe this is a scam.

Please read my complaint to the seller.

Hello Alice -

It has been very difficult to deal with your company. I finally got frustrated when I learned from you that I won't receive the shipment by the time that you indicated. You said the shipment will take 28 to 30 days. Based on your representation and because I need the delivery as soon as possible, I agreed to purchase the engine. In your last communication, you suddenly changed your statement and doubted that I receive the shipment in the time that you indicated.

I paid for the engine on July 2, 2022. So, I should get the engine by the first week of August. If the engine gets to my address door by the first week of August as you stated, that would be accepted. However, if the shipment arrives late, I am sorry I can't wait any longer. The regular shipment from China to Los Angles (600 miles) for the engine to the port f Los Angeles cost $250. I live only 100 miles north of Los Angles. You charged me $300 extra (a total of $550) to deliver to my door address.

I am very disappointed that the way you treated me. First, you advertised the engine for $900. Then when I tried to buy it, you change the price to $1100. When I asked you why you said it was to lure me in. This is not honest.

I paid for the engine with my visa credit card. but in the end, you charge me another $48. This was another way to extract money from me.

Do you think Albania accepts the way you do bussing on their site?

Desired outcome: 1 - Get the product that I order in time, not later than August 6th, 2022., as was promised.2 - The return of excess money that I was charged. $200 for the engine and $48 for nothing to do with my purchassing. A total of $248.

Alibaba Horse Blankets and fly sheets

I have used Alibaba multiple times and never a problem until I placed a larger order.

I have gotten absolutely no help from Clarice in the complaint department and tried to go to the next higher level with no luck. All I get is "there is nothing we can do". Yes they are wrong but we can't do anything.

The company is still listed and selling and can screw the next person over just like they've done me.

I advise to not use this platform.

Alibaba paid for goods and package not received

i paid fully for the product and didn't receive the goods, payment was made on the 11th of november

he asked me to pay a further 550$ for importation license which i refused i said i was reporting to alibaba he told me theres no way i am getting even 1$

now his profile is down, no information on him, and alibaba is saying they cant do anything about this? how are your customers protected?

Alibaba Payment not return

On 7/12/2021 I submitted a payment to Tim Liu (seller of Albaba) Two and a half weeks later I received the goods. However, the items were not as described. I informed Tim that I would like to return the items. Tim provided the address where goods were to be returned. Tim promised to return my $364.00 after the goods were received by him. Tim never returned my money and cancelled his account to prevent me from contacting him. I've been unsuccessful with contacting the seller or the company since late July. I think this seller blocked me from contacting him. I will upload my receipts. I never had a problem with this company and this seller has given this company a bad name. I am furious! I am owed $364.00. In addition, I paid $139.60 to send the items back. Tim Liu received the goods back and kept my money. Documents I will provide.

Desired outcome: I would like to contact someone at customer service to report this matter, Report the seller and I want my full refund.

I have submitted many complains about my order via Alibaba and the representative name Nairima Lawrence from Ayycom Apparel trading and I bought ATV and he has account in Alibab and through Alibaba he introduce him self and then the deal done from him after we are chatting by whatsup [protected] and [protected] and I transferred a money 900 dollar by western union in order to ship the order, unfortunately he did not send anything and he got a money without shipment,
I have all evidences about this issue and I hope to help me according because I upset about this dealing and applied many complains and comments about it

Alibaba Order of 285 Office Accessories - Label Printed Not Shipped

I paid for 285 office accessory sets on alibaba back on May 17th. I paid with DDP express shipping. I have filed a dispute with Alibaba.com which guarantee me buyer protection but nothing has been done on this dispute.

My label shows that label has only been printed after all this time. Fed ex has confirmed that the label is old and has not moved. Is most likely no longer valid

Seller refuses to communicate with me and refund my money

Alibaba continues to push the dispute out after its already been way over a month that this label hasn't moved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Alibaba Order #8118188516343559 unrectified dispute/damaged items received including items glued together to appear whole

To Whom it may Concern,

I ordered 4 chairs dated September 17, 2020 from seller Shop5596262. I specifically stated on the order email as you can
see noted in the attached dispute document, to be certain the chairs were treated with care and packed appropriately, I waited
3 months for these chairs. I sent emails to seller Shop5596262 and never got a response. Finally when the chairs arrived they were smashed and damaged and a health hazard to sit on, one was even glued together something that could not have been done during transportation but was done during production. I emailed the seller again and again and didn't receive any response. The customer care treatment from AliExpress was deplorable, after contacting Aliexpress via dispute, the responses were completely unsatisfactory, the company decided without my consent or any explanation to refund me only 491.83 euros, and keep the smashed chairs, but leave me totally out of pocket to the sum of 163.94 euros and out of workable chairs. There was no resolution, no evidence from seller, while plenty evidence from us (the buyer), only a dictatorship response from Aliexpress. When I appealed their decision without any explanation they again refused any explanation, and to refund me my hard earned cash which I paid for the "fantastic experience" of receiving smashed chairs that can only be used for fire wood. I expect a full refund of 163.94 euros and a rapid end to this fiasco. Aliexpress has wasted my time and I am extremely disappointed with the customer care and the way this dispute was mishandled. Additionally I wasted my time to do a survey expressing my concerns but NOT ONE representative contacted me to discuss. I am sure that AliExpress would prefer to keep this bad customer experience as a private matter and I expect that you will honor my request.
