Kaso medical Technology co., ltd is scam beware! I placed an order for mobile dental chair with this company Kaso medical Technology co., ltd. we agreed i would pay a total of 550usd for the chair and shipping by dhl to my country from China. We also agreed that it will be shipped the next day. After payment seller said it will take a week to send and i was angry after much talking it was sent in a week time but to my surprise seller said it went through air freight and it will take 5 days that i shouldn't worry. After two weeks instead of 5 days seller said it is still in the process of clearing that i will need to send extra money to pay the agent so it will be sent to my city which is different from the airport it will land. I had suspected fraud and opened a dispute on paypal which was the initial payment medium a week after the payment. Now 3wks wasted. After another two weeks paypal refunds my money but the seller now claims it has been cleared that i can come and collect it from the warehouse of the agent in the city where the airport is if i want to and that they are going to lose money if the decide to send it back. After much pleading i agreed to pay again but this time through aliexpress since i met them through alibaba and they wouldn’t get the money until i collect the package. I am to pay 500usd this time and the 50usd remaining would be for me to go get it myself. After payment seller says i should pay for clearing fee which sounded crazy since we just agreed before i paid. He finally agrees they will take care of the expenses. After waiting two extra days sellers says he is having problem with his agent that his agent is asking for more money. The bottom line is more money outside aliexpress paid to clearing agents account. Now 6weeks wasted on something that should take one week and my money trapped with aliexpress till it goes through all the protocols though i have cancelled the transaction. This company is fraud and never to be trusted. it was really a bad experience. I blame myself though for trusting them again Kaso medical technology co., ltd is scam beware!

I ordered windows and door in April 2014 using Alibaba service. The company is golden rated and verified as trusted. I send a payment of $3000 that include shipping to USA Rochester MN. Windows(16) and door (1) supposed to be triple glass and contract was signed. They needed 4 month to produce my order The load is finally on ship at August 1st.Arrived in New York month later with four broken windows and door.
I was charged another 1118 dollars for additional cost off transportation. IN Minneapolis I found that one box with hardware was missing and triple glass on windows is only double. I already paid custom for triple windows.
I complained to Alibaba and Tim was in charge of my complain. I had just problem with their service .I could not load any picture to show that I was right . The limit is only 2 Mb 5 pictures /files is minimum to load and minimum 2000 characters. How can load 5 pictures of 16 Mb into 2 Mb. I complained about their service and two days later my case was dismissed.
Do not trust Alibaba service. Do not order nothing from Guangzhou Metals Aluminum Co. Do not trust them.

I ordered some stuff from the website www.alibaba.com, but when I paid for it, the website redirected me to hddgz. Money was taken from my account. The seller didn’t reply. Of course they didn’t send anything and didn’t reply to my multiple emails and messages. Scam. These companies are total rip off. Please leave comments about these companies, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest sellers.

I requested and was quoted FOB Shenzhen price for quanitity of pet food bowls. I duly paid in full and also paid additional funds to cover charges that their bank took off. Supplier then tried to say goods were ex-factory and I had to pay to get goods uplifted. After I complained, Supplier then delivered the goods to Ningbo Port?! I have large shipment leaving Shenzhen Port and this Ningbo consignment will cost considerably more! Furthermore, they said they would pay custom charges as Ningbo but today, I discovered they haven't been paid. I have email and invoice that states Shenzhen. Total Scam if you ask me!

I send claim in administration in alibaba, they can not help me, but i sure they not want help me. Please people not trust alibaba.com . Sellers on alibaba have gold status, but its not warranty for you. Now alibaba blocked my account!

Failure to Provide goods/Phoenix Company
I represent a company selling Camping products here in Europe the company is called Armadillo4x4 my name is Paul Ratcliffe, the company I wish to complain about is called Sanmusen, this company was formerly known as 'Estrail' and traded as part of a larger company called Everstar Insustrial Corporation. We traded with them successfully on two occasions however on our third order they took receipt of our deposit and then ceased to engage in communnications, we attempted to email them, Skype and to telephone them we even resorted to engaging a Lawyer from a local law firm but to no avail they had simply vanished, they have now resurrected the company under this new name Sanmusen, they are trading from the same building and with the same International trade manager Ms Lulu Yuan.
I would suggest that everyone should give them a wide birth DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Fraud
Shenzhen Hotom Technology Co., Ltd. stole my money. I sent them a WU payment for PAX vaporizers. They took the money and have stopped communicating with me. First they said they ran out of stock, then they said they have made new stock, then they said they were testing, always one excuse after another.
The money I sent was worth well over the annual fee for gold sellers so no doubt they will be up and running again soon.
The main contact person for this was a man called Jason Lin.
His real chinese name is Peng Lin.

alibaba escrow can not protect the buyer
I made a $2, 000.00 purchase using Alibaba Escrow services. This service is supposed to protect the buyer by allowing the buyer to confirm satisfactory delivery of the merchandise. The funds are only released to the seller when satisfactory delivery of the merchandise is confirmed. I received a printer that does not work and a machine missing a key part . AND someohow the status of the transaction was changed to COMPLETED.
Someone confirmed SATISFACTORY DELIVERY without my authorization. I have contacted alibaba customer service about this but I have not received a response. Not even assurance that they have received my complaint and are looking into the matter. The seller seems reluctant to correct the problems with the order despite the 1 yr guarantee.
Accessing alibaba accounts and making unauthorized changes to transactions is evidently very possible.

I went with them the same way. This is a disgusting company. The quality very poor, the phones not originals and the company very incorrect.
I bought a phone from this seller. Arrived but was wrong.Anyway I would note the phone was refurbished. I opened a dispute after a long discussion, we agreed I will send back the phone and he repay my money. It's good if you know that you have to pay the postage despite having sent a defective product. I live in NZ and he postage very expensive. The phone what I bought was $150 and the shipping cost it would have been $89 if I send with tracking number so I send the phone without tracking number but the phone arrived to the seller. I can prove with a screenshot where the seller acknowledges that the phone has arrived. Unfortunately, he denied this during the dispute and the aliexpress it was also very unfair in vain I attached the evidence to them. So I bought a wrong phone for $150 and after that I paid the returne shipping cost and I didn't get my money back. He is the worst seller I've ever met. I don't recommend it to anyone this company. By this present, we Promidea SRL, company registered and functioning under the laws of Romania, hereby inform all interested parties that during our current business which involves purchase of items from Chinese manufacturers we came across a factory, YIWU TUOZHAN PLASTICS TOYS Co. Ltd., which provide us with items which were completely improper for use by children, these items were containing high level of forbidden substances.
The most worrying fact besides the high level of dangerous substances, is that the respective items in preproduction stage were tested by a certified company which came to the conclusion that the items were made according with international standards, but as it turned out, when the mass production was done, the manufacturer, YIWU TUOZHAN PLASTICS TOYS Co. Ltd., most probably changed the formula, so at the time the items were about to be introduced on the market, when we performed a new set of tests, it turned out that the items present a high level of forbidden substances.
This misleading from a manufacturer regarding the characteristics of an item, from preproduction to mass production, made us to address this letter to all interested parties who should be warned not only for their security of business but what matters the most for the security of end consumer which has to be protected from such behavior which is dangerous.

broken laser machine
We have bought 2 machines from suplier Shanghai Chuangming Laser Equipment Plant ..Machine is not working ok; not makeing stamps as it should, it is stopping in the middle of a job, never get info about Moshi program (even we asked it for so many times) and at the end one machine stopped working at all ... We have been asking help from ms Erin, who was, and still is, contact person for CMC and from 2011 until today 2013 we didnt solved our problems with machine because CMC contact person is 1). not giveing full informations needed 2). ignoreing our mails for help constantly . So, it ended that we have bought 2 machines that arent working propertly (now one of them is not working at all) and they stoped answering to us at all . We wont to warn all customers on this company, not to work with them because same moment you pay for their broken goods you will be forgotten !

Furniture not as described
I bought furniture from tis company for personal use. I sent pictures and designs and they reassured me they can make them to my requirements. I paid 6871 dollars upfront. We agreed that he would send me pictures of the items before sending out with my shipping company that I would pay for. He sent some pictures some I recognized some I had no idea and others I recognized but where completly the wrong color. This company also goes by Shanghai Backome furniture company ltd. The seller then told me the pictures where sent by mistake and would send me other ones. He did but most where the same pictures. The shipment he booked for the 1st february 2013. I advised him not to send anything out before we agree everything is fine. But he took the container to port without my knowing this is when he sent the second set of pictures he had already sent the container. He did not give me a chance to tell him the mistakes and I did not see all of my items either. The container was stopped at port and disembarked from container ship . He now went to take it from port and still has not shown me my items and wants me to pay 3300 dollars to take it to port again which is ridiculous. Michael has been quite professional in our dealings and, indeed, understanding of our requirements. Where we have had problems they were readily corrected. In fact, one order that we were not pleased with was replaced at their expense.
Although I don't know your specific case, it is always best that you confirm the specifications of your order before shipment to you (regardless of whether or not you thought they were clear in the beginning).
