Yiwu lamsee art & crafts factory, address: no. 25-31, changchun 7th street, yiwu, zhejiang, china, website: https://lamsee.en.alibaba.com - I sent an order to them on october 2018 together with a sample of previous production and they had to produce exactly same products and had to deliver before chinese new year. First batch of samples were printed on wrong paper, second were breaking and falling down, third had dangerous metal inside to keep sheets attached. Customer in may 2019 cancelled the order and after all damages they caused they even refuse to return deposit.

Alibaba beer keg from ningbo direct import export

We ordered beer KEGs in different sizes from Nbxiangsheng, first contact was good and they answered really quick. When the KEGs arrived, 5 of the fittings were broken. To solve the problem, they offered us a discount when we buy the tool to fix the KEGs our self. Instead of 350$ we should pay 200$. Wow great buy another product from them to fix the bad quality that they delivered… So we asked for a discount on the KEGs but they refused. I can really not recommend this company, the aftersales service is just bad. Once they have your money, they give a [censored] about you. There are many other suppliers for this item, choose another one.

Alibaba mis management and rude behaviour

Hello iam faisal akbar from pakistan. I was making inquiries about some products and the said company represwntative didnt replied to my inquiries. So I made 5, 6 inquiries. And the rep of the rep was shocking. I am regular customer of alibaba. So is this the way alibaba deal with customers. Or if I dont hv the right to inquire about anything? Iam spending dollars so I think I hv the right to inquire about a product. Ask questions and then make a deal. If this is the way alibaba deal customers then iam sorry iam leaving alibaba. And will join another network.

Alibaba pet product

Ordered and paid for a large sample of products. The products that arrived were clearly knock offs of the products photographed and horrible quality. They also sent less than half of the quantity we paid for. Scam! Stay away from Heifei longnew pet products co., Ltd.

They appear to be verified as a good supplier on alibaba but it seems that the verification is totally unreliable. They sell a lot of pet products and apparel and many of the products appear to be counterfeit products and stolen images shown in their website.

Alibaba fake / scam alibaba account

Wholesale Electronics of UAE (Cairns William) have created a scam account on ALIBABA using a U.K company J & J. Carter Ltd. The U.K company J & J. Carter Ltd are NOT in the electonics business; but in the business of manufacturing fabric structures.

Mr Cairns has had the audacity to uplift information from the legitimate J & J. Carter Ltd website www.jjcarter.com to create his fake ALIBABA account. He even uses the J & J. Carter company profile which talks about fabric structures, so therefore buyers should be warey of him and not make any payments to him.

He sets up payments payable to : AMOS IRUNGU KARANJA in Dubai. He has a contact number of +971524273225

This account on ALIBABA needs closing down as it is damaging the reputation of J & J. Carter Ltd in the U.K; as well as extorting money from innocent buyers who don't undertake their due diligence.

Who is this Cairns William guy, and why would he have money sent to Amos Irungu Karanja? I recently tried to western union $200 to an Amos Irungu Karanja (she couldn't pick it up), who is the supposed new personal assistant of a Lilly Peterson i met on twitter a month or so ago. Lilly ( with a california phone living in cleveland) recently went to Dubai to start a supposed $2million dollar decorating contract.. and her new personal assistant is Amos Irungu Karanja. I have sent Lilly more than that in the U.S. already..(my email is zaarrn@gmail.com)

Alibaba fiber laser marking machine 20w used for metal material marking.

They shipped it to the wrong address. When I finally got it, it was damaged. They forgot to include and wire in the rotary. They didn't include the operation program disc. They emailed a program file, but it contains a virus so I can't download and open it. The laser never worked. When you try to connect the laser the computer can't find it. they keep promising to fix it, but won't it has been about 6 months. They keep making promises, but never follow through. Absolute dishonest company.

Hello Alibaba first tell me your real name address. I'm the legal advisor of this concern. Unneccessay your are giving fake allegations for that you should face legal action. Many people giving fake news on this concern now facing the case in CCB. Be careful. If you give false news again bledy I myself get all your details and next you will be in jail. Be careful. Alibaba glass charger plate

I purchased 310 items of glass charger plate through Alibaba.com.
Order No. [protected] . Product Amount US $ 802.90
Plus US $ 175.00 Shipping fee.

I received products in November, 2018 however I did not notice the fault of the product until I set up my first wedding in February, 2019.
The Charger plates were made with a mound of glass in centre of plate (as per photos attached) so when the dinner plate is placed on top of the charger plate it does not sit flat. They rock from side to side making it hard to eat from. This also creates a large banging noise when trying to eat your meal.

I made contact with the supplier immediately the day after the wedding to advise them that the my bride demanded a full refund for my first ever wedding rental job.
Unfortunately the supplier would not help me.
I then contacted Alibaba.com and they also refused to help me because it was past 30 days from receiving goods.

Out of desperation I asked the supplier to remake the products free of charge due to the faults and I would pay the shipping. I provided photos & videos to prove the fault however they still refused to help me.

This week I had no other choice but to purchase 84 pieces of new products from another supplier so I can fulfil my next wedding rental booking in June.

I have the same complaint about Ningbo Kaiqi.

I’m writing as an aggrieved customer who bought table cloths from Kaiqi through Angel Xu.

I specifically requested for my order to be on white netting and even sent her pictures for clarity sake.

When my order was complete I requested her to send me pictures which she said unfortunately the linen had already been packed in a box. That should have been my first warning sign.

When my package arrived alas, the linen was on yellow netting, the other was on pink netting. None of it was white. She went ahead to say that her colleague forgot to mention to the production team.

For a month I’ve been pursuing her to resolve this issue without success to the point of saying that my order is cheap.

I raised the issue on Alibaba and I was speaking to Alicia who is indicated and the sales manager. Who categorically told me that I will not get a replacement despite showing her evidence of my communication with Angel.

I have attached evidence of my conversation with her showing how she failed to implement my order to my specifications and has failed to indemnify me.

I look forward to having a reasonable and mature person who values a client in Kaiqi, reply to this message or call me to indemnify albeit my partial order so that my business survives the losses I’ve incurred through Angel

Alibaba second hand kobelco delivered in delapadated condition.

I wanted to purchase a low hour 6 ton Japanese excavator around 2000 hours old. There are many sites on Alibaba selling used Japanese excavators so being on Alibaba I figured the company would be reputable.
I was wrong when the machine arrived it was obvious it has done at least 6000 hours and has had many rough repairs, they have painted it and applied new transfers to make it appealing. I have complained to them and sent pictures and told them I want to send it back to china. Lucas claimed it has only done 2200 hours and that he is a hydraulic expert and he fixed all cylinders and hydraulics, I told him if he was an expert he would know that nothing hydraulic needs fixing in 2000 hours. look at the pictures of blocked radiator and missing bolts bad repairs this deterioration does not happen in 2000 hours . Lucas is not returning my emails now. This is a bad company for China reputation

This person lifted my information from a legit request I placed through Alibaba in search for product. I contacted me initially and after negotiating a deal I believed to be legitimate, I payed a large deposit for my order of which now he has disappeared.
This man is running a scam. When my bank attempted to reverse the wire, his bank account was empty.
Though he obviously got my information through Alibaba, Alibaba now refuses to do anything about the theft and claim this company is not a member etc etc etc.
Lesson learned, just attempting to fairly warn anyone in the same situation.

Sorry to hear about this. Always ask a Chinese company to send a copy of the business license which you should verify. That is step one. If you successfully verify the business license, you can continue to review registration data, conduct a litigation check, look up information with China Customs etc.

The website is was created in April 2018 which means the company has a very short history and probably no even registered in China.

Alibaba cooler bags

I ordered 3, 500 pcs of cooler bags from Cangnan Yongchang non wooven fabric company LTD about a month ago. the goods were delivered to me in Nigeria but the quality of the goods delivered is not the same quality as the quality of the sample they sent to me for approval. This has made my client to reject the bags and thereby putting me in a debt of about $3, 000.

the annoying part of it is that the company do not feel any remorse for the loss they have put me through and the respresentative by name Jenny is not given me any reason for the diffrence in the quality.

Alibaba amazon echo spot

hi,
i got a email related to my enquiry regarding the above mentioned product.
the email clearly stated from alibaba, so i thot im at right track. later i started having a conversation over whataspp and finalized all terms and condition. i was asked to make payments of 14020.90 to confirm the order and i blindly made the payments. i got tracking number for a logistic company so i was satifised that everything is on place. soon in 2 days i was told shipment was on hold at customs and it will be released if make payments of Rs.5000. then i had a doubt but thot if i dont make this payment my shipment will be returned then i made again Rs.5000 in the same account .
again there were trying to extract more money giving some odd reasons then i realized i am scammed . i would appriciate if you can refund my hard own money please. because ive requested a quote to alibaba offical app so the information was leaked from your end . im at attaching screen shot of the email and later if u need screen shots of whatapp chat i will do it. please refund my Rs.19020.00 INR.

Alibaba food trailer

In December of 2017, I paid a deposit on a food trailer from this company and the man representing them was a Mr. Snow. In April of 2018, he notified me that the trailer was finished and ready to ship. I sent in the balance of the required deposit (50%) and awaited the final shipping details. On June 6th he finally got back to me and much to my surprise he informed me that he would need yet another 4500 dollars for the finished trailer and another 1500 dollars for shipping.
On July 3rd he informed me that the trailer would be shipped that week. On AUgust 9th he informed me that he would have to build another trailer because I supposedly delayed the payment to him and he had to sell the trailer.
The following day he claimed that the reason the trailer shipment was delayed was because he had to move his factory.
I wrote the person, some guy named Mr Gou who told me again the problems were all my fault and he would not refund my money.

I have since been able to find 4 other people, one in my area who were also scammed out of their money by this company. Mr Snow demands the first and third payment be made via bank wire transfer and the second and fourth payment be made via western union. His boss wrote to me that he knows nothing of this yet refuses to deliver the trailer or refund money,

Stay away from Alibaba and this vendor. Alibaba will not support an American over the word of a Chinese.

1. This customer sent the first payment on 27th DEC, 2017, see the attached picture "time of deposit"
2. We make the food trailer completed on 18th Jan 2018. see the attached picture "the trailer is completed"
3. But George can't pay the balance, until it is 3th Jun 2018. See the attached picture "time of 2nd payment"
4. Mr.George get long time delay, and the shipping price had changed, then he paid for the extra shipping cost on 4th Jul 2018, see the attached picture "time of 3rd payment"
5. George gets delay for over 6 months and I didn't complain to him. but we were busy moving the factory, so I told him we will ship the trailer in 20days. But he can't accept that and ask to cancel the order.
6. at the beginning I don't agree to cancel the order, because we have made the trailer for him, but he sent some people to our factory, and ask for money back, finally, we made an agreement to refund the 2nd and 3rd payment. you can see the attached picture "refund agreement"

Personally, I don't want to give the money back to George, because he is a shameless villain without integrity, but we doing business according to the rules.

Alibaba their entire website

In late June, I ordered some hair products; they have yet to arrive. When I tried to track my order, it was impossible. Though I had been forced to open an account with them to order, my passwords (I opened two accounts to make sure) were not good. When I tried to "authenticate my identity, " I got sent a verification number eventually, but by the time I could wade through the Turkish (yes, you'll never get all of it translated), the number was no good. It's an endless circle of hell. I wasted over half an hour just trying to track my order. There's no way to sign in. NEVER ORDER from these crooks. I don't know how they stay in business. They should be forced off the web.

Alibaba unsatisfactory behaviour of alibaba trade dispute mediation department

Dear Sir,

I bought a wood Chipper with Loncin Engine from Yancheng Newbang Machinery Ltd. China via Alibaba Site at the total cost of USD 857.

This product was defective due to manufacturing defect and Engine fixed to the wood chipper appears to be defective. I made a complaint Alibaba Trade Dispute Mediation Department on 17/05/2018.The complaint was investigated under the Trade Assurance Order No.[protected].

This complaint was handled by Ms. Daisy. I am not happy with the conduct of this officer during the investigation process.. She is always biased to the supplier. She ask me submit information every day with giving shortest response time one or two days. I provided all the information requested. She closed the case 06/06/2018 without any compensation.

I have attached hereto correspondences related to the investigation.

I urge you to reinvestigate the matter as I lost directly USD 857 and USD 250 indirectly as result of this transaction.

Alibaba case #[protected]/order#[protected]

Dear mr. Ma. I had an issue with a fraudulent supplier of aliexpress and was promised a refund seven times by your support staff through your ‘eva' support system.

Your supplier delayed my dispute claiming to have to wait till the end of chinese new year to 'contact the factory'.in the mean time the dispute period ended. And your supplier changed her email address.

For the past three months I have been dealing with your 'service' people, all claiming to have lodged a complaint and "to wait for 10 days". They will not give details to contact aliexpress/alibaba management.

And after having to provide the photographic evidence several times, and been told that I would receive a full refund, I have not. How many times must I submit to your ‘support' system in order to finally receive my due refund?

Ps I have saved all the communications with your seller and your 'service' people. Would you like me to post them here so every one can see this for what it is?

Alibaba order no. [protected]

Supplier is Zhejiang Spelor Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd.

My order was delayed by more than 40 days

My order was not delivered in full

Supplier seldom responds to my queries

every response is slow and full of lies etc

Moreover I am unable to lodge a complaint on the alibaba site - it keeps saying that the refund amount does not match refund requested - attempted to contact alibaba customer service etc no response

I recieved 10 machines - out of that 2 machines are dead on arrival - motor not working - another 2 machines panels are damaged - Plus the supplier has not sent me spares as promised - he has not sent me one compressor and 2 sets of gear boxes

Poor service - bad products and alibaba is unhelpful
