Amazon DE Customer Support is a Nightmare: Account Blocked and Payment Held Hostage
I recently made an order on Amazon DE, and it's been a complete nightmare. I paid for my order with a bank card from Georgia, but when I tried to check the status of my order, I found that my account had been blocked on the Amazon GE website. I didn't receive any notification or explanation, they just blocked my account and my payment.
I tried to contact customer support, but they demanded all sorts of information from me, including details about my payment. I even sent them a payment order, but they still didn't unblock my account or provide any information about my order. Three days have passed, and there's still no record of my order in my account history.
I tried to contact customer support again, but they demanded all the same information again. It's like they're not even reading my messages or trying to help me. And every time I try to contact them, the website tells me that my account is still blocked and I can't even send a message to ask when my order will be shipped.
I've never seen such incompetence and disrespect for customers, not even in China, Asia, the Caucasus, or the third world. Amazon and their bank are holding onto my money and preventing me from accessing it, while taking a small percentage every day. It's outrageous.
I'm going to spread the word about these scoundrels so that everyone knows not to trust them. Don't waste your time or money on Amazon DE.
Terrible Experience with Amazon.de: Cancelled Orders, Account Flagged, and No Customer Support
This is one of the worst branches of Amazon that I have ever encountered. As a customer from the USA, I have had two consecutive orders cancelled without any explanation. What's worse is that my order history vanished from my account, leaving me with no way to leave a review of the third-party seller who was supposed to fulfill my order. It seems that Amazon.de has a habit of cancelling international orders at whim and giving pretty lame excuses as to why.
On my latest order, things went from bad to worse. Amazon.de flagged my account, claiming that it had been hacked. My order was reversed and vanished from my account as if it never happened. I was locked out of my account across all Amazon platforms, including my main account on Amazon.com. It took me hours of frustration to get back into my account, and even then, I was treated like a common thief with no recourse and no justifiable excuse as to why.
The worst part is that there is no easy way to speak to anyone via telephone if you reside outside of Germany. Amazon.de's customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive. Their third-party sellers can misadvertise and then simply cancel orders with zero accountability since Amazon.de cripples your ability to leave any feedback by erasing your order history.
In conclusion, Amazon.de is a joke and a sad excuse for a branch of Amazon. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Warning: Terrible Experience Trying to Buy on Amazon.de - Incompetent or Fraudulent?
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time trying to buy a microphone and cable on Amazon.de. Like, come on, Milica, give me a break!
Honestly, I don't know what's going on with Amazon.de. They seem completely incompetent, or maybe even fraudulent. Either way, I don't want them having access to my data anymore. So, I'm deleting my account ASAP.

Additionally, gift vouchers could not be redeemed for further gift vouchers or Kindle subscriptions, and gift vouchers or their balances could not be transferred to another Amazon.de customer account or paid out in cash.
Despite this, I was still unable to access my account and make my purchase. I felt frustrated and disappointed that I was unable to use my gift card as intended. I reached out to Amazon.de customer service to try and resolve the issue, but I did not receive a satisfactory response.

The reason for my refunds is because of received damaged or incomplete items. Amazon is very shifty. They quickly take and accept my money and then immediately block my account before the delivery of the items. This is fraud to me, and it is not fair or polite for Amazon to threaten me like that. It is disrespectful.
Before my account was blocked, I ordered a very expensive item from the seller medimopsde de. This seller has a very bad reputation but claims to be one of Amazon DE's best marketplace sellers. Neither party mentioned the damages of the items on their websites, which is also fraud to me. I ordered a very expensive item, and I will be very upset if the item does not arrive or arrives damaged, which they are infamous for.
Amazon DE needs to stop messing with me. If I do not receive what I paid for within the time frame, I will go directly to the police. Amazon never mentions damages of the items on their website, so as a customer, I am systematically getting fooled. I suggest staying away from Amazon in general. They only think about themselves.
As long as I am not proven guilty, it is my right to create a brand new Amazon account. Only a few items never arrived, but the majority of the items arrived in rubbish shape, or the wrong item was delivered, or they were way too late delivered.
