Alibaba leggings (never made-cheapest material-advertisement better quality material-take down when you put deposit on it)

Below is a sample of working with this business (two sites be careful-explained below)
1. It took two months for samples when you said as soon as soon as you get deposit you will send samples
2. Samples were mostly made of 100% polyester, never made before items such as the Tie Dye leggings, the shape of the skirt flared out unlike in the photos. We would not have paid the deposit if we knew they were never made and were 100% polyester. Your website says and still says cotton/spandex.
3. Your company took down the image of the legging we agreed to buy during the complaint process because we unfortunately gave your company a deposit we were not going to get back.
4.The one half legging we could live in the samples we finally got two months after we were told we would get them right away after we gave them a deposit were mostly made from 100% polyester. We unfortunately didnt realize we would be charged the highest prices for both the legging and shipping after we dropped complaint. Each capri legging was $12.39. The actual legging was taken down from their website after complaint was (scary) The legging we are buying is gone from their site. They said, Alibaba wanted them to take it down the day after we decided to buy it to change the size and make the jpg. more clear. What a joke.
4. We were told shipping was almost twice as much as it would cost. They would not tell us the company they use for Air shipping. We are expected to pay the last half of deposit after going through all this to get products.
5. We were told the legging weighted 286 kilograms. We took the one legging we had and found out the real weight was 150 kilograms because we multiplied it by the quantity we ordered. They wanted to make over 100 kilograms on weight on our shipping price.
7. They have two company websites. When you do a complaint, the complaint center takes ten days asking for all this evidence, such as receipts and invoices and print screens of the communications. They the last day they will drop you from complaint saying wrong company even if the company has the same email and phone number and people working at it (which is what they ask for during the first phase of the complaint only for their email or phone number). What they really want is the company ID, which is impossible to find. Note the exact same people working at the company, and pictures of the same exact company are on each site. Below are the two links to each site. Beware complaint center are all Chinese and don't care about anyone other than suppliers on Alibaba. Lucy Lin is the same CEO on each company site. It doesn't matter complaint center will still drop your case.

(Leggings finally completed in almost four months and this is the shipping hassle below) At first they charge very high price then when you say other suppliers are charging less then they quote less. The only problem is the salesperson works alone and doesn't tell her boss she quoted you less so she won't give you the good price and still continues to want to make money on you for shipping.

8. Vicky Chen write "They are charging us DHL price to ship 186KGS shipping costs: $1235 Shipping day ( Not include tax costs ), Vicky Chen also writes after I tell her that other companies are charging less but she still want the $1235 after quoting a lesser price which is DHL VIP costs : 31-70KGS Costs : $7.38/KGS and 71-300KGS Costs : $6.64/KGS which is $594 cost of $6.64 times 186 kilograms...THIS SHOULD BE OUR COST. You quoted $6.64 for 1 kilogram.
9. We never got the leggings and lost $6000. they tried to charge us $14000. in the end including shipping. Cheating company.

Alibaba 2 orders worth $6000

We cancelled the orders that we had made to the merchant on alibaba for many reasons. After paying for our goods, it was time to have them shipped and my wife who is in charge of this has a FedEx account which she prefers to use as compared to a forwarder that we do not know. On calling FedEx to get things ready, they told us that they do not ship from sellers location. The seller was trying to talk us into using their forwarder and we toyed with the idea for a minute but once the seller started talking about adjusting the value of the goods which would lower our taxes/ or erase them we started to question ourselves about the legitimacy of this company. The seller said that they do this for their customers implying that committing tax fraud is not a new thing to them. We decided to go ahead and cancel the order and the supplier declined. We felt offended and incited by the merchant who assists and introduces most of his customers to commit tax fraud. We informed alibaba about how the seller was pushing us to commit a crime and they ignored it.

We went ahead and filed for a refund and waited a whole month. On alibaba, it shows that the seller already shipped out our goods and that we received them. Alibaba deleted all of our refund application information and has disabled us from applying for a refund for one of the orders. We have no way of talking to a live person about this and the seller will not issue a refund. We have done lots of research online and realize that alibaba and its sellers are a fraud. There are so many complaints about buyers losing money even after applying for a refund.

We trust that you will take this seriously and help us get our money back.

Alibaba jewelry and accessories

I contacted Maida Yiwu Crafts on alibaba on the 25th of December 2017 for some items brooches, earrings, rings and keychains. Payments was made on the 29th of December 2017. I was told by their representative Ana Zhou that my goods will be ready in 5 to 7days.intact their website says 7to 10days. I stated contacting her after 7days on WhatsApp she stopped replying my messages.then 3 days after her manager David started chatting with me .he told me the keychain mold broke and I have to choose another two.I chose another two but he has also refused to reply my messages .today is the 16th and 17th day after I made payment and no one has replied my question or responded to my messages.

I disagreed because the delivery of the product was delayed, but I removed the dispute on the seller's request. product delivery was delayed. TNT cargo company tracking no: GD321857812WW. However, the product was sent without batteries. He would send the bicycle battery at a convenient time. the product remained in the liquidation process at customs. because very heavy taxes came out, I refused to pay the customs costs of the product and the excess customs taxes. so I filed two disputes with Alibaba.com, but both disputes were decided in favor of the seller.

During the order creation process, the customs issues were negotiated with the seller while negotiations were in progress. We have stated in the bargaining process that we do not want customs business at the beginning and we do not want customs charges; however, we have agreed to undertake low customs charges on the claim that the seller will incur very low costs. If there was a really low cost, I would pay immediately, it was my responsibility. but the seller is not sensitive to customs costs, customs limits; the delivered product's package weight exceeded the limit of 30 kg (sent 31 kg). Normally Aluminum alloy bicycle packed weight is 29 kg with accessories. It is also expected to be slightly lighter because it is sent without battery (up to 24 kg). So contrary to the provisions in the contract, the product is not aluminum alloy. The main factor that increases customs costs is the limit of 30 kg. The second important error of the vendor is that it sent two unsuitable invoices; which led to an increase in costs (the customs tax base increased by 500 euros [$ 595]). it is calculated on the basis of 595 + 150 = 745 dollars + warehouse fee etc., which is normally calculated on 400 dollars bill + shipping charge + warehouse etc. so the cost increase is around 30%. the last $ 1084 advance requested.). The third major error of the dealer is that he does not prepare for customs; no invoice has been submitted with the product and the technical specifications document has not been issued and the tax charges and the storage fee have increased due to delay. If the limit of 30 kg was not exceeded, it would be only 72 dollars customs payment. Does the supplier have no responsibility to comply with the bargaining process? . Moreover, the vendor has not yet sent a $ 435 battery. So the electric bike was sent without batteries. Despite all this, the dispute team decided to favor the seller.

Alibaba product not received and no refund on alibaba

Hi, I have a shop in UK and I ordered via alibaba some puffer coats for my shop.

Alibaba don't deal with them

This website is overwhelmed by fraudsters and scammers. And unfortunately, it's very hard to find out who is who.
Customer service is full of bunches of idiots who barely speak english and have no clue how to help if you have an issue. Plus, they are rarely available, so to contact them is a challenge.
So I don't recommend this website to anyone at all.

I order from Ali expresses wavlink wireless repeater. But first day I received not working. I texted almost over month maybe 10. 15 times. No refund no exchange. I can't believe that. They are rubbing you. Please I need help I don't know what I have to do . They keep telling me they will fix it. But not fixed and no problem resolve. My first order. Never order again

Alibaba creation of bbq tools

I paid this supplier to create a 3 piece BBQ set. They were to complete the order by January 31, 2017. I paid them September 2016 $6000 USD. I was given a 'credit" by Alibaba Trade Assurance to use their protection service for $200.

I hired an inspection company to verify the quality in October and again in December both times they supplier failed. Both inspection reports noted defects and each report was 30 pages a piece.

I contacted Trade Assurance in April 2017, after Yangjiang Unitedpeople Plastics & Hardware still had not completed order and then this supplier had asked for additional unit price increase, failure to complete order, and now asked for a "packing fee."

Alibaba Trade assurance closed my dispute 1- siting contract was not specific about timeframe, 1-time stating I needed to use "their" inspectors. I continued to complain and they "reviewed" my case. Each time stating I needed to continue the order, because I had spoke to the supplier so this must mean I was aggreeing to their completion of my order.

I opened another Alibaba Trade dispute in June 2017. This went back and forth, supplier would lie and I would be asked to continue the order. Each time Alibaba dispute would require me to respond and upload proof even when I told them I was traveling and to please give me longer than 24 hours to respond. Including on my 10 year wedding anniversary trip.

I finally agreed to pay for another "Alibaba Trade Assurance approved Inspector" and waited until October 8th only to learn they would not require the seller to insurance my final payment. I told them they NO. The supplier had already stolen my $6000 USD and they wanted me to trust that this company would complete my order if I would only just pay them another $10, 000. I told them "NO" without the "trade assurance" supervision. Despite, the fact that Trade Assurance had been absolutely no help or assistance in keeping this fraudulent supplier honest or held to the terms the supplier stated they would follow.

The supplier offered to give me all of the 3D files and all molds that I paid for. Which after a year of this nonsense would at least allow me to get a jump start on my project with another manufacturer.

I agreed and the supplier was supposed to deliver the molds and all digital files. With 2 days left for supplier to comply, I received news from my new manufacturer that the 3d files were incomplete and the molds were "useless". I immediately notified Trade Assurance supplied copies of what my contact shared and went to work, several hours later and 2 days remaining on the dispute Alibaba Trade Assurance they closed the dispute again.

I complained again, and have been told the supplier did what the contract states. The Alibaba Trade Assurance told me that supplier complied. I am still emailing to get at minimum a reimbursement for molds or or that portion of my payment returned of the $3500 of the $5800/ $6000 -$200 trade assurance guarantee credit.

This has been a nightmare. I requested a refund on 3 separate occasions, siting all of the Alibaba Trade Assurance promises for buyers and this supplier has not been held accountable once.

Alibaba fake products and attempts to extort more money from me

Recently I ordered bedsheet sets from one of the gold sellers on Allibaba. They go by the name Nantong ITALINA Home Textiles Co., Ltd. They trade mainly in bedsheets so beware. The seller and I agreed on 50sets of Full reactive printing bedsheets. After making the payment I noticed the seller did not specify the full reactive printing in the order. Out of curiosity I messaged the seller to make the correction before proceeding to provide the products. Surprisingly the seller ignored. She refused to specify our agreed product quality in the order. Rather the seller went ahead and provided fake quality bedsheets. When I contacted Alibaba for a refund, they demand that I must pay 300$ for them to inspect the product. After doing some searches online I realized that Paying to have the inspection done would mean wasting more money because already, the seller did not specify the full quality on the order contract so a third party product quality inspection will just be of no help and a further waste of more money. My advise is, stay away from Alibaba. The sellers will always get one way or the other to cheat you. Always demand that they specify full quality details before you make payment. Or save yourself the time, money and hassle by staying away from Alibaba.

Alibaba faulty manufacturing of sex dolls all have defects

Sex dolls purchased through this company are faulty with manufacturing defects, customer service is non existent so be warned that all products they represent are faulty and untrue to photographs supplied on products as they look nothing alike. Very bad buying experience currently stuck with stock that has no resale value.
Requested partial refund but they refused, will not deal with any one on alibaba or aliexpress as their dispute system is flawed and unjust.
For instance the seller put photos of different product that was sent and lied, skin tone, facial features, nipple color all were different. Did not represent the true dolls that were sent, my photos were of the real products sent but were ruled as not genuine.
Alibaba will always side with the seller.

Same experience, $350 full silicone doll was inflatable with plastic head, hands and feet, it was gross, it looked like a angry ugly asian man. Some are dangerous, silicone doesnt burn, but there is fake dangerous stuff out there of questionable material that ignites like a plastic wax. Be careful. No shame.

Ordered and purchased an electric scooter from alibaba.Coms site from a company called thunder bike ltd.After bartering for a wile thunder bike ltd agreed to ship me a scooter to london shipped as a sample fob shipping.To be shipped 15-30 days after payment.After i paid thunder bike ltd they changed the shipping and shipment details so that i would no longer buy from them.So i tried to cancel the order and asked for a refund.Both alibaba.Com and thunder bike refused, even though alibaba.Coms rules state that if a seller changes the shipping details and delivery date the a buyer can receive a full refund.Thunder bike ltd changes to the agreement say my shipping details are not right.But the international customs regulations for china and england say its me who is right.Not alibaba.Com or thunder bike ltd but the regulations point both out as liers.Now i do not believe that they intend to give me anything for my money but just intend to steal it.Mr.J.Allen england

Alibaba scammers on site, problems with complaints being reviewed with accuracy or validity

In the "offline" Complaint Case ID: 5521007 I filed on Alibaba directly but got an unsatisfactory response. I provide more than enough evidence to show that the supplier I worked with, Mr. Lin, fraudulently displays his Trade Assurance badge (a service provided by Alibaba to ensure supplier performance or a refund) next to his name on correspondence AND that he prominently displays his 12 year gold badge and his badge that shows that he has had site visits to comply with Alibaba's verification requirement. He PROMINENTLY displays these so he can lure people into his crime. He knew exactly what he was doing.

The fact remains:
1) Mr. Lin fraudulently took $2300 from me for an Antminer L3+ Litecoin Miner which (according to attached conversations) he said he would send immediately after recieveing the money but never did. 2) Mr. Lin never had the intention of sending this product and it is questionable whether he had the product to begin with in the first place as it is no longer showing on his page. Fortunately I was able to get screenshots of this as evidence (shown below) 3) Mr. Lin FRAUDULENTLY displayed badges intended to protect consumers on ALIBABA's platform so that he could commit his crime 4) Mr. Lin REFUSES to acknowledge and offer a SERVICE that he claims he had the ability to offer., if he was eligible to provide this service, would be guilty of breaching his Trade Assurance guarantee. 5) However according to the denials I received from Alibaba, since he is ineligible to provide the service, then he fraudulently used unauthorized ALIBABA supplier badges, to steal money from your customers. Equally as despicable. 6) Mr. Lin refuses to speak or to negotiate the shipment of my product or to provide me with a refund of the money I have already sent. 7) Alibaba is not adequately handling these requests given that these badges may be leaking from the inside of its own company.

Alibaba needs to root scammers like him out of their services or run the risk of being accused as complicit in the crime also.

Alibaba the supplier on alibaba.

One of the supplier was trying to make a transaction to his bank directly instead of alibaba. The only reason is the commission of 8%. I denied his proposal and denied the transaction as well.
I think alibaba should penalize those suppliers. If you need anything details let me know of it and I will provide you the supplier details at any time.
