Alibaba review: Clothing

I have being trying to send a complaint via my Gmail adsame dress to Alibaba since early December 2023 and all the emails return undelivered with the message that address cannot be found. The ailibaba address is [protected]@service. alibaba.com. The complaint is as follows: (1) Supplier (A) Annie Gracer contact number 8p618922254698, I paid about R3970 on 28 November 2023 through Alibaba for the above attached goods. The goods were then sent to another f reight forwarder, Adam Lu contact number [protected] on 1 December 2023, she then sent me a quotation of about R18000 ondod December 2023 which I declined as it was too high and could not afford it. I requested her on the same day to cancel the deal andPk return my goods to supplier for a refund of my money on goods bought. She refused to do that as she kept on giving other options like sending te goods by sea but that too the quotation was still high fpr me. I informed the supplier of my problem but she was unhelpful and as days drag on I found a less cheaper freight forwarder and informed Adam Lu to release my goods to new agent. It was then I came to know about this socalled 'warehouse fee' for storage that I was supposed to pay which was close to R3000 at the time. I contacted Adam Lu to find out why she did not tell me from day one about this warehouse charges. I also asked her why she did release my goods when asked to do so on 3 December. She told me it was company policy to charge me storage fee. Supplier (B) Sally Chen contact number [protected], I paid about R190 for three gel oitment on 28 November 2023 also via alibaba. Agent Adam Lu denies receiving goods from supplier, Sally Chen which she, supplier claims to have forwarded to her. So, as it stands my I don't know what happened to those goods I paid for. Also, on goods I paid R3970, agent Adam Lu is still withholding those gods of mine as I cannot afford to pay that high storage fee which I cannot afford.
