Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
Dear Swimwear Enthusiasts, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with TRIANGL. Unfortunately, my excitement for their bikinis quickly turned into disappointment. The quality of the bikini I purchased was subpar, as the fabric faded quickly and the stitching came loose after minimal use. Moreover, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory. Despite my efforts to address the issues, I faced significant challenges in attempting to exchange or return the item. It was a frustrating and disheartening experience that left me questioning the brand's integrity. As someone who values both quality products and excellent service, I urge you to consider these aspects before making a purchase from TRIANGL. Wishing you better luck in finding your perfect swimwear elsewhere.
Wow
After reading these reviews I was shocked by how fast I received my bikini! I ordered it Wednesday morning and received it Friday morning. I will say that I created a FedEx account & signed electronically so I didn't have to be at my house to sign. I think that was helpful. I live in the US but I didn't have to pay any fees. $20 for shipping is kind of expensive but it was worth it to me. I'm obsessed with my new suit as well. Overall this has been my best experience buying online.
Ahhh-mazing
I am a repeat purchaser - this time I got the Twinnie style in Dandy Candy and Jera in Cheeta. I am 5'4,128 lbs, 32D... ordered small bottoms and small + top & fit perfectly. Absolutely in love! The bottoms in these styles are not wet-suit material (which is different than the suit I had previously ordered in 2015) which is nice cause it is more form fitting. The top in the Jera I ordered is wet-suit material and the top in the Teinnie is nylon/polyamid like the bottoms. Package came very quick to Canada via fed-ex!

Triangl-the best site for swimsuits
When seeing all of these reviews, you think the worst of Triangl. I was in the same situation, but I was so wrong and got so scared after reading these, but for nothing, everything was at superlative. Made 3 orders, purchasing 6 beautiful swimsuits, they came in their bags and all of them are such great quality. Everyone is complaining about delivery, but mine have been delivered within a week which was absolutely surprising and amazing. Thank you so much Triangl for the best service and the most gorgeous swim pieces. Highly recommend them.
Amazing company
When getting the bikinis at first I was so happy with them despite the import charges which were a lot more than anticipated weeks after the delivery. They are really bright and an amazing fit true to size guidelines and help the online chat offers. However as I live in England don't get much wear from bikinis but the colour after washing has ran into the lighter colour I was really upset with this after the price I paid for them however the support team are really helpful and are sending me a new bikini. I highly recommend this company and their amazing swimwear. There aren't many companies around anymore that offer such help, it is a credit to them!

I had such a positive experience when I ordered my blue Triangl bikini. I didn't read anything just ordered my usual size and paid. They processed the order quickly and it took a bit to get to me (about a month) but once I received it I was so pleased with the quality of the garments. When I tried on I realized the top was too small so I rechecked the site and my order and it said directly on it that the size runs small and to order a size up if wanting full coverage. I emailed the customer returns email and within 5 minutes got a response. The following day I had another question and was emailed a reponse again within 5 minutes. The customer service was absolutely incredible. I will be ordering from them again.
Nice quality
Ordered a swims suit for about $120 with shipping. I decided to leave a review because on this site it seems that most complaints are about FedEx- which I agree FedEx is a terrible company that is my only complaint. I will address some of the poor reviews on here:
1. If the swimsuit breaks after wearing it only a few times, it is most likely too small.
2. If you have to pay fees from shipping, it is FedEx's fault not Triangl's.
3. The sizing chart is on the website, so if you order the wrong size and you miss Triangl's 30 day return request that is your fault not Triangl's!
ALL of the Triangl bikinis I own have not faded, if yours fade it could be due to the sun or the way you wash it. If you wash it according to the tag it should be fine.
Personally, I see nothing wrong Triangl company except the fact that they use FedEx. I enjoy their exclusivity, and the fact that they come with a matching dust bag. The bikinis are made out of a nice soft fabric.
TRIANGL Review: Sizing Issues, Poor Customer Service, and Lengthy Refund Process
So, I had some issues with TRIANGL and let me tell you, it was a real headache. To start, their sizing is just plain ridiculous. I ordered a suit that fit me just right, but I wasn't feeling the style. So, I went to their website to exchange it, but it seemed like the only option was to return it and buy a new one. I even talked to a salesperson who said that was the easiest way for them. So, I ended up spending over $200 on two orders and then had to pay $10 to ship the return.
But wait, it gets worse. The second order arrived and the sizing was completely different! So, I had to request another return and pay another $10 for shipping. At this point, I was out over $250. I had tracking numbers for both returns and could see when they arrived back at the warehouse. But, I was waiting and waiting for a refund and it took over 30 business days for both returns (even though their website says 1-2 business days after delivery).
I was constantly emailing them for updates, but either got no reply or some bogus response like "it will happen soon." It was beyond frustrating. The only reason I got my refund was because I threatened legal action against the company. And get this, one salesperson actually told me to "stop emailing so much" because "it would bog down my request." Like, what?!
After spending $60 on shipping, I finally got my money back from the first order, but not the second. It was such a hassle dealing with these people. And to top it off, I've heard that the suits aren't even worth it! So, save yourself the trouble and don't bother with TRIANGL.
TRIANGL Bikinis: Great Quality and Sizing, Just Read the Terms and Conditions!
I just read some of the other reviews on here and some people are complaining about Fedex charges. But let me tell you, the website has a disclosure for this, so you can't blame TRIANGL if you don't know about your country's duties or taxes for online shopping. It's all written in the terms and conditions, which are pretty easy to understand if you just take a minute to read them.
Anyway, I ordered from TRIANGL and my package arrived in just 6 days, which was awesome! And the sizes are spot on! I don't know why some people are complaining about that either. They have size charts for different countries, so you can figure out what size you need. And if you're still not sure, you can just measure yourself and they have the measurements listed too. I actually spoke to one of their consultants on the chat just to confirm my sizes, even though I already knew what I needed from the size chart.
I got two bikinis, the Arizona set by Milly and the Cola Pop by Poppy. I ordered an S++ for the top, which is an 8-10DD in Australian size, and an XS for the bottoms, which is a size 6 to small 8 in my opinion. The bottoms are a bit tight, but that's because of the material, which they also mention on the website. Everything came in perfect condition and was wrapped up in a nice black box.
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and I would definitely order from TRIANGL again. I think some people just need to take a minute to read the information provided before they start blaming the company for their own mistakes.
TRIANGL Bikini Review: Shipping, Sizing, and Price - My Experience
I recently purchased a bikini from TRIANGL and I must say, I was quite impressed with my experience. While I did come across some negative reviews regarding the returns process and the price of the bikinis, I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did.
Firstly, let's talk about shipping. As a customer, it is important to read the website properly and understand that you will be responsible for shipping duties/tax in your region. It's not fair to blame the company for any mistakes that you may have made. I live quite far away from the TRIANGL warehouse, but my bikini arrived in just over a week. So, I was quite happy with the shipping process.
Moving on to sizing, I found the sizing chart and Live Chat service to be quite helpful. However, it's important to remember that everyone is different and the sizing chart may not apply to everyone. So, it's not fair to blame TRIANGL for assuming your size. I suggest watching YouTube videos of people reviewing and trying on their TRIANGL bikinis to get a better idea of what size would be best for you.
Now, let's talk about the price. Yes, the bikinis are quite expensive, but it's important to remember that you made the decision to purchase it. If you know that you will use it frequently and take care of it, then it's definitely worth the investment.
Overall, I had a good experience with TRIANGL and would recommend it to others. Just make sure to read the website properly, do your research on sizing, and understand that the price may be a bit steep.
TRIANGL's Returns Policy Breach: My Frustrating Experience as a Customer
I bought a bikini from TRIANGL's website and followed their size guide. Unfortunately, the bottoms were too big for me. I had already worn the top and taken off the tags because it fit perfectly. I decided to lodge a return request, but the only option available was to exchange the bottoms for the exact same garment in a smaller size. However, the size I wanted was out of stock, and there was no information on when it would be restocked. As a customer, I felt uneasy returning my garment without a clear resolution to the issue.
I waited for a response from TRIANGL, but I never heard back from them. After three months, I followed up with them, but they told me that I was outside of the returns timeframe of 14 days, and nothing could be done. It's been nine months now, and the set I ordered has never been restocked. I reached out to TRIANGL again, but they still won't accept the return. I still have the garment with the tags on, hygienic sticker on, garment product bag, and the original parcel it was shipped to me in.
TRIANGL has failed to fulfill their returns policy, and they have breached the Australian consumer laws. I have contacted and reported them to the ACCC (Australian Completion & Consumer Commission) to resolve this matter at a higher level. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and doesn't care about their customers. I hope that the ACCC can help me get a refund or an exchange for the garment that doesn't fit me.
TRIANGL Bikinis: Great Quality, Comfortable Fit, and Amazing Customer Service!
I was lookin' for some new bikinis and came across TRIANGL. I wanted to make sure I was gettin' my money's worth, so I checked out some reviews and photos on social media before makin' a purchase. I ended up pickin' out two of the velvet bikinis in different styles. I knew they ran small, so I sized up. Unfortunately, the size combo I needed was sold out for one of the styles I wanted. But, I didn't give up hope! I used the chat feature on the website to ask if they could double check inventory before I placed an order. They were able to push a manual order through with the size selections, and I got both bikinis super fast. The customer service was amazin', even with the special orderin'.
The quality of the suit is great, they are both easily the most comfortable swim suits I have ever owned. I will order again without hesitation. The shipping charge is high, so I wait until there are at least two I want and then I order. I live in south Florida so its bikini season all year round. The velvet fabric is holdin' up great with the salt water, I do wear them to snorkel and free dive. I also wear them to lay/swim by my pool and the chlorine isn't messin' them up. I also rinse after each use, and lay flat to dry. I highly recommend this brand.
For reference: I am 145 pounds, 5'4, I wear size 28 jeans and small tops or 34C bra. I ordered styles Camille and Raine both in large top and bottom. The bottoms fit great, the tops are just slightly too large, The Raine has adjustable straps so it worked out great, the Camille is not adjustable so the straps are loose, but not so bad that I felt I needed to exchange and pay the extra shipping costs. I did just order the Ariel in medium top and large bottom, I thinkin' this will be a better fit for the top. I can't wait till it gets here :)
Disappointing Return Process at Triangl: Shipping Charges, Delayed Responses, and No Direct Line
I'm an avid online shopper and have tried out a ton of different retailers, but I was absolutely shocked and dismayed by the return process at Triangl. First of all, why do they charge for shipping when so many other online stores offer free shipping after a certain amount? It's just not a good look. And when I tried to return three suits the day after they arrived, I got an automatic reply saying that they were swamped with emails and would get back to me within four days. But get this: their return policy says that returns can't be accepted after 14 days of receipt. How does that even make sense?
Anyway, after waiting for days and not getting an RA number, I tried to chat with a "live" agent. I'm not even sure if there was a real person on the other end, to be honest. They said they had to escalate my request to the return department, but then I got a bunch of "out of the office on holiday" emails and never heard back. When I asked if I could call someone to get help, I found out that there's no direct line to the company. Seriously? It shouldn't be this hard to return something.
I did like the bikinis and thought about exchanging them for a bigger size, which is why I'm giving two stars. But honestly, I would never order from Triangl again. There are so many other online retailers out there that make shopping easy and enjoyable. And here I am, still struggling to complete my return. It's just not worth the hassle.
TRIANGL Swimwear Review: Overhyped, Poor Sizing, Bad Customer Service
I gotta say, I was totally sucked in by the hype around TRIANGL. The bright colors, the gorgeous models - it all looked so amazing. But when I actually tried to buy some of their swimsuits, it was a total disaster.
First of all, their sizing chart is completely off. I ordered eight different suits in what I thought was my size, but not a single one fit me properly. I even paid $250 in customs fees for the privilege of trying them on! I had to return everything and order three new styles in bigger sizes, which took another four weeks to arrive.
When they finally did arrive, I was still pretty disappointed. The sizing was better, but still not great. And when I washed one of the suits by hand, it turned a weird grey color and lost all its fluffiness. Another suit, which I wore on a vacation to the Maldives, lost all its color vibrancy after just a few days in the sun and water.
But the worst part was the customer service. When I complained about all these issues, they basically just said "oops, sorry, bye." Not exactly the kind of response you want when you've spent hundreds of dollars on a product.
So yeah, I would definitely not recommend TRIANGL to anyone. Save your money and buy from a company that actually cares about its customers and produces high-quality products.
TRIANGL Swimwear Review: Poor Quality, Unfair Return Policy, and Inaccurate Sizing
This company, TRIANGL, has a return policy that seems to be designed to trap customers into keeping their swimsuits. You only have 14 days to request a return, and even then, you must get approval and a return authorization code. After that, you have to pay to ship it back, and it must arrive within 14 days of receiving the approval email. They inspect your return and decide whether to give you a refund, but only if you've filled out a special card with certain information and kept everything in the original plastic packaging. This means that you can't try anything on, or you risk not getting a refund. If they do accept your return, you'll only get the price of the swimsuits back, not the $20 flat rate shipping or the $15-20 it cost you to ship it back.
It's not just the return policy that's a problem, though. If you have any curves, there's no guarantee that the swimsuits will fit you properly. Even if you measure yourself and go by the size guide, the bottoms in particular may not fit well. They may rest under your hip bones and look unflattering.
The quality of the swimsuits is also a concern. The sparkly swimsuits are made of an uncomfortable and itchy material, while the velvety swimsuit is flimsy and has no lining or pads on the top. It's clear that these swimsuits are made in a sweatshop in China, despite the company masquerading as a luxury Australian brand. They charge $80-100 for each swimsuit, which is a lot for a poorly made product.
In conclusion, it's best to avoid buying swimsuits from TRIANGL. The return policy is designed to trap customers, the sizing may not be accurate, and the quality is poor. It's not worth the risk of spending $35-40 on shipping and not getting a refund.
Triangl Swimwear Review: Beautiful Bikinis, Frustrating Exchange Process
I've shopped online from a lot of stores before, and I gotta say, my experience with Triangl was a bit of a letdown. Don't get me wrong, the bikini I ordered was absolutely stunning, but when I realized the top was too small, I thought it would be a simple exchange. Boy, was I wrong.
First off, the top I wanted to exchange for was out of stock, so I had to pick a different style that was in stock. Not ideal, but I was willing to work with it. Then, I was told that the sizes I picked were running low in stock, and there was no guarantee they would be available by the time they received my exchange. So, I had to pick ANOTHER style or buy the style I wanted to exchange to and send back the original for a refund. It was like a never-ending cycle of frustration.
To make matters worse, when I went back on the website, I saw that the top I originally wanted to exchange for was actually in stock. I pointed this out to the returns staff, but they haven't responded to me yet. It's like they don't care about helping their customers at all.
After all that, I finally bought a new set and received my RA number to "authorize" my return. Why is there even a need to "authorize" a return? It just seems like another unnecessary step to make things more difficult for the customer. And to top it off, I had to send a snap of the postage receipt when the return was sent off, and returns could only be processed within 14 days of being provided an RA number. I don't understand why there's a timeframe for returns, and I'm not sure if it applies to international customers, but it just adds to the frustration.
If you're lucky enough to get your sizing right on the first try, then great! But if you're not sure, I would suggest buying both sizes and refunding one instead of going through the exchange process. And honestly, there are probably better swimwear companies out there to shop at.
Triangl Complaints 26
Don't make the same mistake!
I admit it, I fell for the good marketing, those lovely colors that looked stunning on those suuuuuper skinny pretty models, etc.
First horror, the sizing! Their sizing chart is completely wrong, unless you like your clothes to be so tight that they restrict your airflow. I know how to measure myself very well, and ordered 8 pcs of swimsuits in the first shot to try on and return what I didn't like. Besides the fact that I paid 250USD in customs for that, not a single piece fit even remotely. I weigh 56kg, at a height of 163cm, average built... but not even Medium would fit me (as per the chart I would have been a size small). So I had to return all 8 of them and requested 3 new styles in bigger sizes.
4 weeks later the new shipment came, again I was not 100% happy with the new sizing (seems I need XXL for my gigantic body!) but after paying customs duty again I was ready to surrender to the fight and just try wearing them.
I started wearing the white terry cloth suit first. After a visit to the pool, I hand-washed it in the sink, and hung it to dry. It had turned a completely greyish shade, and the fluffiness of the terrycloth was completely gone, it had turned into a scruffy old towel from my grandma's.
The worst part was a bright pink suit with yellow polka dots. I took it on a holiday to the Maldives, a 4 day trip. Admittedly, this one was the most comfortable one, so I really wore it 4 days to the pool and ocean. When I got back and hand-washed it. While trying to put it back into its bag, I noticed it did not have the same color shade as the bag (made from the same material) anymore. The color vibrancy had totally vanished. What the heck... wasn't the material supposed to withstand sun exposure and getting wet?!
But the worst of all is the customer service! If it was permissible, I would copy-past the reply of theirs here for proof. In essence, I got a "upsi, we put effort into our products, bye" reply from their customer service.
Ladies, spend your money elsewhere, where you get something in return for your $ and where you are treated nice!
Overpriced and Horrible Return Policy and Customer Service
It's clear they made their return policy to trick people into getting stuck with their swimsuits as soon as they make a purchase. You have 14 days to request a return, must GET APPROVED and given a return authorization code, pay to ship it back, and must get it to them 14 days after getting their approval email with the code. From there they inspect your return and decide whether to give you a refund, and you must have filled out a special card with certain information AND KEPT EVERYTHING IN THE ORIGINAL PLASTIC PACKAGING. That's right. There must be no evidence that you tried anything on, so don't rip into the plastic packaging for each piece - delicately open it in case you have to close it back up again and make it look like nothing was opened. If they have deemed your return acceptable, you are refunded the price of the swimsuits but not the $20 flat rate shipping or the $15-20 it cost you to ship it back. If you're unsure if a swimsuit will fit you, ask yourself if it's worth paying the $35-40 you will never get back... or worth the risk of them rejecting your refund and getting not only stuck with everything if it's clear you tried it on but also the extra cost of shipping it to them and them shipping it back to you after rejection.
And there's no guarantee things will fit you right if you have any curves. I measured myself and went by the size guide (I'm 5'6" and usually a size 4-6, size C cup, and a big butt), and it was clear that no matter how much I sized up the bottoms in particular were never going to fit me like they looked on the model. If you think something looks high cut on the model, it will likely rest under your hip bones on a normal body and look very unflattering.
Additionally, the quality is horrible. The two swimsuits I got that appeared sparkly were a very uncomfortable and itchy material. The other swimsuit I got that appeared velvety was flimsy with no lining or pads or anything on the top at all. The swimsuits ship from China, so it's clear they are masquerading as a luxury Australian brand but in reality are a Shein-style sweatshop making cheap products in a completely other country/continent. The only difference is they're charging $80-100 each swimsuit.
Do. Not. Buy. A. Suit. From. This. Company.
Worst returns experience
I have ordered online from many stores before which had easy returns/exchange processes so I was unpleasantly surprised by how difficult the process was with Triangl. I never write reviews on any companies but felt prompted by my experience to write one here.
The bikini I ordered was gorgeous but the top was too small, so I opted to size up, thinking it would be a simple exchange. The top I wanted to size up to was out of stock, so I was told to basically pick out a different style that was in stock and exchange the entire set.
While this wasn't the ideal solution I was okay with it. When I picked the new style, I was then told that the sizes I'd picked were running low in stock and that there was no guarantee that they would be in stock by the time they received the set I wanted to exchange, so I was then prompted to select ANOTHER style or buy the style I wanted to exchange to (with the shipping cost waived) and send back the original for a refund.
When I went back on the website, I noticed the top that I had originally wanted to size up to was actually in stock because I was able to select it as an option. I took a screenshot and pointed this out to the returns staff about why I could select the size if I had been told that it was out of stock and they have not responded to me. This left me quite frustrated because I felt like throughout this whole experience, that customer service wasn't trying to be helpful.
Finally, after buying the new set, I was able to receive my RA number to "authorise" my return. (I'm not sure why there is even a need to "authorise" a return?) I was then told to send a snap of the postage receipt when the return was sent off and that returns could only be processed within 14 days of being provided an RA number. I'm not sure why this timeframe exists and I'm not sure if it applies to international customers, but if it does, it adds to the impression that the policy exists to make things as difficult for the customer as possible.
With that said, if you get your sizing right on the first go, then great! But if you're not sure, you'll probably be better off buying both sizes and refunding one, then going through exchanging. But if that's what you're resorting to, then there are probably many better swimwear companies to shop at.

TRIANGL Review: Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and Excessive Shipping Fees
I was one of the many customers who were left feeling frustrated with TRIANGL. I mean, who wants to pay $20 for shipping after already spending $200 on two bikinis? It's just not right. And to make matters worse, when my bikinis finally arrived after a couple of weeks, they were a complete joke. The material was so thin and it didn't fit me at all. I have a larger bust and if I had worn it outside, I would have been charged with indecent exposure!
I tried to contact customer service, but they just gave me the run around. Eventually, I gave up and decided to ship the bikinis back to TRIANGL. But even that was a hassle. I had to spend another $20 to ship it back to LA, which was only 30 miles away from me. And get this, the package arrived the day after I shipped it! I tracked it and everything.
But the real kicker was when TRIANGL emailed me over a week later, saying that I had to send them a copy of the receipt from the post office. Even though they had already received the package! I was so angry, I could barely contain myself. I sent them the information they asked for, but it's been two weeks since they received my parcel and I still haven't received my refund.
I've emailed them multiple times, but they just ignore me. So, I finally gave up and wrote a nasty comment on their Instagram page. I've never been so disappointed in a company before. It's just not right to treat customers this way.
TRIANGL Bikinis: Scammers or Just Terrible Customer Service?
ever!
So, I decided to buy a bikini from TRIANGL, and I thought it would be a great idea to get it in size XS, since that's what I usually wear from other swimming suit brands. But, when I received the bikini, it was just too tiny, like it was made for kids or something. I was really disappointed, and I decided to send it back. However, when I tried to do that, I realized that I didn't have any return label. I contacted TRIANGL, and they told me that I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I was a bit annoyed, but I thought, "Okay, can you at least give me some shipping options?" But, to my surprise, they told me that I had to find the shipping option myself. So, I spent a lot of time googling the cheapest shipping option, and I finally sent it back through local correos.
After about three weeks, I received an email from FEDEX, saying that I had a pending amount to be paid. I was really confused, because I hadn't used FEDEX recently. So, I called them up, and they told me that the invoice was from TRIANGL. Apparently, they had charged me for the shipping, even though the final page when I was buying the bikini said that shipping was included. I tried to contact TRIANGL to ask them why I had a pending invoice from FEDEX, but they just ignored me. In the end, I had to pay 60 euros for nothing.
Honestly, I feel like TRIANGL are scammers. I would never order from them again, and I would advise anyone else to stay away from them. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an online store.
Terrible Experience with Triangl Bikinis: High Shipping Costs and Unexpected Customs Charges
My experience with Triangl Bikinis was absolutely terrible. I will never buy from them again. First of all, the shipping cost me a whopping $20, which is already way too much money. But that's not even the worst part. It took over three weeks for my package to arrive because it was held up at US Customs at FedEX for over a week. Triangl was absolutely no help with this, and I had to fill out FIVE different forms with FedEX just to release the package. It was a complete nightmare.
Then, when I needed to return the bikinis, Triangl took over a week to give me the return information. That's just ridiculous. But the worst part of all of this is that I just received a bill from FedEX for $346.26 to pay for the shipment and customs of the bikinis from China. I couldn't believe it. I messaged Triangl and asked them if this was serious. I would have never bought their bikinis if I knew I would be charged over three hundred dollars from FedEX. And why didn't they tell girls in the US about this before they buy them? Their response was essentially that they had nothing to do with it and that they put it in their small print when you buy it that you might have to pay taxes to customs. Three hundred and forty six dollars?! That's insane.
Overall, I would not recommend Triangl Bikinis to anyone. The shipping cost is already too high, and the fact that they don't warn you about the customs charges is just ridiculous. It's not worth the hassle and the extra money. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a different company.
Disappointing Experience with TRIANGL Swimwear: Poor Customer Service, Shipping Issues, and Low-Quality Product
I recently made a purchase from TRIANGL, a popular swimwear brand. I was excited to receive my new bathing suit, but unfortunately, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, I paid $20 for shipping to the US, which seemed quite steep. I decided to size up, as I had heard that the customer service recommendations were not always accurate. Despite this, the top I received was still way too small. I had to go with a medium instead of the XS that was recommended. This was disappointing, as I had already spent a lot of money on shipping.
I then had to pay even more money to go to USPS and exchange the top for a bigger size. This was a hassle, and I had to wait weeks for a shipment back. When I finally received a notification from FedEx that my package had arrived, I was excited to try on my new bathing suit. However, when I got home, there was nothing at my house. I was extremely frustrated and contacted TRIANGL for help.
They directed me to FedEx to file a claim, but when I did, FedEx directed me back to TRIANGL to file the package as lost. This was a waste of time and caused a lot of frustration. After all of this, TRIANGL told me that there was nothing they could do. I had spent $115 and four hours emailing TRIANGL and on the phone with FedEx, only to have not received my package.
To make matters worse, the quality of the bathing suit was very disappointing. The material was thin and did not feel like it would hold up well in the water. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with TRIANGL and would not recommend this brand to anyone. Their customer service was lacking, and their ethics were questionable. I will be filing a complaint with BBB to ensure that others do not have the same experience as me.
Disappointing Experience with TRIANGL Swimwear: Slow Email Response and Lack of Phone Support
So, I recently ordered a swimsuit from TRIANGL and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. First off, there's no phone number to call if you have any issues, only email correspondence. I ordered the suit based on what the live chat people recommended, an xs bottom and a small top. But I knew that small bottoms would never fit me, so I went ahead and ordered a small in both sizes. When the suit arrived, it was way too small for me. So, I decided to order a medium bottom and a small plus top, which ended up costing me $200 for two bathing suits.
I immediately emailed their returns department on a Saturday so I could return the suit first thing on Monday. But, it's now Thursday and I still haven't received the information I need to return the suit. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. They didn't even mention in the email that I needed to include the size and style of the suit, but I did include the order number. I mean, why can't they just look it up themselves based on that? Instead, they responded (3 days later) asking for those things. And now, it's been an additional 2 days and I still haven't received the information I need to return the suit.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with TRIANGL. The lack of phone support and slow email response time has made this whole process a nightmare. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with TRIANGL: Out of Stock and No Options Available
I recently purchased two bathing suits from TRIANGL for my daughter, hoping to surprise her with them before Christmas. However, my experience with the store was far from pleasant. A week after placing my order, I received an email from TRIANGL informing me that they had run out of stock on one top and one bottom. The next day, I received another email stating that they had run out of the other top as well. I was left with no options, and I didn't know what to do.
I decided to reach out to TRIANGL to see if there were any other options available. I asked for a phone number to call, but they refused to provide me with one. Instead, they told me that they only communicated via email. I then asked if there were any other bathing suits available that they could FedEx to me in time for Christmas. However, they informed me that they only offered FedEx ground shipping and couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the store's lack of customer service. I had already purchased the two sets of suits, and it was only 10 days before Christmas. I couldn't believe that they couldn't offer me any other options. When I expressed my disappointment, they finally offered me a refund, which I received a week later.
Overall, my experience with TRIANGL was terrible. The store's customer service was disorganized and unhelpful, and they shouldn't charge consumers unless they know items are in stock. I won't be ordering from TRIANGL again.
Disappointing Experience with Triangl Swimwear: Misleading Sizing and Poor Customer Service
So, I recently made a purchase from Triangl, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly - my bikini arrived on time and looked just like it did in the pictures online. However, when I tried it on, I quickly realized that something was off.
Before making my purchase, I had reached out to a sales associate to ask about the sizing. I was specifically interested in knowing the volume of the cup and the size of the band, but was told that this information was not available. Instead, I was informed that the swimsuit I was interested in, a small ++, would fit someone who wears a 34DD bra. Based on this information, I went ahead and ordered the bikini.
When the swimsuit arrived, I was excited to try it on. However, when I did, I quickly realized that it was nowhere near the size that I had been told it would be. In fact, it was at least three sizes smaller than what I had been led to believe. I compared it to my own 34DD swimsuit and several different bras, and found that it only filled about half of the cup. I even tried it on alongside my sister's 34C bra, and found that it fit almost perfectly.
Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated with this experience. Not only had I been grossly misinformed about the size of the swimsuit, but I was also being forced to pay for the return shipping to Hong Kong. While I understand that this is outlined in the terms and conditions, I had assumed that Triangl would be more upfront and honest about the sizing of their products, especially given the high price point.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing swimsuits from Triangl. While they may have some cute styles, there are plenty of other stores and websites out there that offer more reliable sizing information and better customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your swimwear needs.
Disappointing Experience with TRIANGL: Difficult Return Process and Delayed Refund
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with TRIANGL. I bought a suit that just didn't fit right, so I decided to return it. And let me tell you, the return process was a real pain in the butt. I had to wait a whole 72 hours just to get an email giving me permission to return the darn thing. And that's not even the worst part - it took them a whole four days just to send the email! By the time I got the go-ahead to return the suit, I was already pretty ticked off.
But the real trouble started when I tried to actually return the suit. There was no way to get in touch with the Returns Team directly, so I had to go through the chat team. And even though I kept getting emails saying my refund had been approved and processed, I never actually got my money back. I had to harass the chat team five times before I finally got another email saying my refund had been made. And every time I reached out, they just told me the Returns Team would look into it and get back to me in 72 hours. It was like they were doing everything they could to avoid giving me my money back!
Honestly, I'm so fed up with this whole experience that I'm never shopping with TRIANGL again. And you can bet I'll be telling all my daughter's friends about this on social media. It's just not worth the hassle.
Terrible Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with TRIANGL Bikinis
I had a really bad experience with TRIANGL. I spent over 300 dollars on bikinis and unfortunately, I forgot to include my apartment number in the shipping address. I didn't think it would be a big deal since our buzzer is not connected and the FedEx driver wouldn't be able to access our building anyway. But when the package arrived, I wasn't home and the driver couldn't deliver it. So, they took it back to their facility, which is standard procedure for FedEx.
I contacted FedEx to see if there was anything I could do to get my package. They were really helpful and told me that all they needed was for TRIANGL to contact them and they could transfer the package to another FedEx store where I could pick it up. So, I reached out to TRIANGL's customer support and explained the situation. I waited for 48 hours for a reply, but when I finally got one, it was really disappointing. They told me that there was nothing they could do since the package had already shipped and that I should just keep my phone near me in case FedEx calls to reschedule.
I was really frustrated because I still hadn't heard anything from FedEx and TRIANGL wasn't offering any solutions. I reached out to them again and explained that FedEx had confirmed that they just needed TRIANGL to contact them. But once again, I was told to just wait for a call from FedEx. I asked what would happen if I didn't hear from FedEx and TRIANGL didn't respond, but I didn't get a clear answer. I haven't heard anything from them since and I still don't have my package or a refund.
Overall, I would not recommend TRIANGL. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. It's really disappointing to spend so much money on something and not even be able to get it because of a simple mistake. I feel like I've been scammed by this company and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
Disappointing Experience with TRIANGL: Poor Quality, Small Sizing, and Expensive Returns
I recently purchased a few bikinis from TRIANGL's website, hoping to find the perfect swimsuit for my upcoming vacation. However, I was disappointed to find out that I would have to pay $15 to return any items to the company. This seemed like a steep price to pay, especially considering the fact that the swimsuit I purchased was $180 and shipping was an additional $20. I would have expected returns to be free in this price range.
When my order arrived on time, I was excited to try on my new bikinis. However, I quickly realized that they ran SUPER small, which was not disclosed on the website. Additionally, the quality of the bikinis was not up to par. They were SUPER low cut, even for someone like me with small boobs, and had ZERO padding, which meant that my nipples were visible through the fabric. The material also did not look as great as I had hoped, and I am skeptical about how well it will hold up over time.
After returning the extra bikinis that didn't fit, I waited over two weeks to hear back from TRIANGL about my refund. When I finally reached out to customer service for an update, I was frustrated to find out that they had not yet started the return process. I had to chat with an agent and email multiple customer service representatives to get the ball rolling. I had to provide all of my information again, even though they should have had it in their system. It took me hours to sort everything out and explain what was wrong with my order. They even accused me of returning the wrong bikinis, which was not true, and I had to correct their mistake.
Overall, the whole process was a huge hassle, and I will never order from TRIANGL again. I would not recommend this company to my friends, either. It was a great way to waste $35 on shipping and end up with a low-quality bikini. To make matters worse, I still haven't received my refund of almost $300.
Bathing suits
Bought my daughter a bathing suit for Christmas. She wore it once and it faded. Customer Service stated they will not refund due to the fact we must have not taken care of it. She only wore it once in a pool. If they swim suit cant be in a pool then it is not a good quality. Not happy with this company at all. Worst Customer Sevice and Quality I have delt with in a long time.
Desired outcome: Refund
Bathing suit orders
The company is a scam. When you make a purchase and request an exchange or return they refuse to provide a RA or address. When you do return it, they lie and say what was received does not match and not to mention there is a deadline (I sent to the return warehouse after finding the return address on my own and sending a picture of the tracking #). Eventually received a refund but it was exhausting.
Tried to give it another try this year & ordered another bathing suit for my daughter's birthday,... It was too big and the email went back and forth with requests to provide exchange selections in the event they no longer had the size in need of swapping. nothing.
After providing the proof of shipment (returning on my own again). They are claiming it was sent to the wrong warehouse and I have 10 days to reship/receive and provided an address! I am checking with UPS to see if I can receive the return in time to ship it back!
Test this for yourself. It is unbelievable! Last time we are ordering from here since so difficult to swap sizing or return. It is a scam. Not a problem if you order and it fits.
Desired outcome: Make them follow a normal return or exchange process/policy.
Bathing suits at Triangl
This company has a HORRIBLE return policy. 14 days from date of receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS. Might be fine if they offered the option to return after that for store credit. Nope! Not even when I emailed to ask them (wanted to call but couldn't find a phone number...red flag...companies that don't offer phone numbers don't care about customer feedback, they really don't want to hear from you!). Tags were on, items were in original packaging, etc...totally brand new bathing suit.
However what was most disturbing is the reply I got from JOAN M when I emailed Triangl. Rather than just letting it go and saying something polite (like, "I'm so sorry we just can't make an exception this time"), she replied by circling in red things I wrote in my email, and implied that I was lying.
Customer service agent sending a snarky, patronizing response to a customer, trying to "win" a disagreement? Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Desired outcome: None, I won't be shopping from Triangl again and don't wish to ever hear from them again!!!
two piece bikini Maia Jaded Sparkle
My daughter received this bikini for her birthday from her aunt/uncle. She had been wishing for a bikini from Triangl store for a long time. Unfortunately, after two uses in our community pool, the bikini faded horribly, We took care of it and followed the directions on the tag, so we were shocked that such an expensive bikini was made of such cheap materials. I sent the photo and my request to return it/refund it to the store and it was denied.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund of the cost of the bikini.
Return / exchange policy
My daughter recently purchased an overpriced swimsuit from this company, she promptly emailed them upon receipt of swimsuit regarding exchange of the bottoms,
She was told she needs to purchase new bottoms and upon purchase they would provide the required return authorization number.
After spending about 10 minutes talking to their "customer service chat" I was pretty much told the same thing, simply returning the item is not possible first a purchase must be made and then it can be exchanged. She had already purchased both the top and the bottoms.
- Picture one is my daughters original email
- pictures two and three are the response from the company giving her one option which was to purchase an additional set of bottoms and then they would give her the return authorization number
- picture three is one of the many screenshots from tonight with my attempt.
Desired outcome: Refund
Returns
This company does not follow fair business practices. They say they accept returns but they never send the return address or information on how to return an order. Don't trust this site.
Exchange and poor customer service efforts
I feel double-crossed, disregarded and fed up with the runaround I've been getting from this company. I'm absolutely outraged by the lack of concern for me, a customer, for a not-so-recent transaction.
I was delighted by my first impression of the company - the selection, the shipping turnaround (although a hefty fee), and the quality of my products. However, all went awry when I needed to make an exchange. I have confirmation of my exchange being delivered back to your returns address on 04/29/2020. I waited but did not see an automated email receipt of return. So, I reached out to request the status of my exchange.
The initial response was pleasant, though, still concerning because I had to "prove" my return was sent by providing tracking information. Gladly. This was sent, and I received a confirmation some time later that seemed to be an initiation of the exchange.
Just shy of two months have gone by and I've grown beyond frustrated and impatient. Through back and forth emails, I've heard: there's "no way to speak with someone on the phone," "my shipment was lost," "there's no guarantee or estimation of my delivery," and the best - was a promise to replace my two items with 3 (of the same/similar amount)! I thought this was a positive attempt to right the wrong, so I had made a selection. A WEEK LATER, I got another response RETRACTING that offer and saying I must continue to wait because now there was a response from the carrier. Bottom line, I'm still waiting, watching no movement on this tracking.
I've been told, "we are a small company," so many times as this is their approach to make you feel sorry for their lack of regard for your issues. This is absurd and appalling. I, too, run a small business and word of mouth is how I make my business successful. I practice "do what it takes to make my customers happy," daily. I would never recommend using this company for future purchases. Furthermore, I am left with no choice but to publicize my experience since I feel like I've paid for a service that will never be delivered - theft.
