I bought and paid for the perfume Amouage Interlude for Men. What I received was Interlude for women. The purchase was made online while I was stuck overseas because of the Covid-19 pandemic for many months. When I returned home to the US I opened the shipping box and discovered that the wrong item had been shipped to me. Instead of trying to quickly rectify their error, I was flat out told that they do not offer refunds after their 30 day cutoff period. This is terrible customer service. They sold me the wrong product and in my opinion, basically stole $150 from me.

I purchased a bottle of Calvin Klein ETERNITY for men from Foreverlux off ebay. It was not the real deal but tinted water with a scent that lasted less than an hour. I reported this to Foreverlux by way of ebay email and got no response. Buyer beware!

Purchase multiple items from the store I believe the perfumes they sell or real. I have had good experience with this company until a problem arise with shipping. I ordered two perfumes and and there were lost during shipment. The customer service team really lacks experience in dealing with matters of customer service. I was more interested in finding out where the package went than the company that shipped it to me. Ask them for updates multiple times and their answers were ridiculous. I opened two cases with the shipping company and foreverlux never seem to care. I had to update them with information. I finally gave up after 21 days of email communications with them with no result. Had to contact my credit card company for results. I felt like foreverlux never cared about resolving the problem as long as they had their money. Poor customer service!

ForeverLux.com Perfumes shipping

Hello

I need a refund of my money, this is because on Sunday May 28 I made a purchase of two perfumes that was a total of $115.28. The Order number was #286026 and the tracking link was 9361210912402178850706. In the DHL system it appears that it was delivered on June 1 at 1:35pm in the mailbox, but nothing ever arrived at the box. I was never contacted and the package never appeared. I need you to help me with this situation since it is my first purchase in this store and I do not want to get a bad impression.

ForeverLux.com Knowing perfume I just received in May.

I have been using Knowing perfume for decades and this is the first time that is does not smell anything like it! I paid $69.05 for it and I cannot even wear it because it smells awful. This is a 2.5 oz. bottle of Knowing by Estee Lauder, placed on May 8th, 2023. I just opened it the other day and thought it was just me that thought it smelled bad, but then I asked my husband and he said it was not what he ever smelled on me before!

Desired outcome: I would like my money back or a replacement that smells like it use to!

ForeverLux.com I was double charged for one item

I was double charged for one item. I have emailed customer service several times and received no response . They do not do customer service via phone . I tried. There is also no live chat box they speak of on the answering service. Emailing is the only option.

I placed an order on [protected] with awaiting fulfillment status since that day. i have sent numerous emails with no response. They have a phone number posted but its a recording. they also have a chat but always as a note that no one is avaliable. This company has poor customer service. I would like my order or the money back ASAP.

ForeverLux.com I bought a perfume from ForeverLux, but it was a counterfeit product.

I bought a perfume from ForeverLux. It arrived in a sealed box, but the fragrance inside was not what I ordered. It seems the original was swapped with a counterfeit and the box resealed. I'm requesting a refund for this item. The rest of my order seemed legitimate. Thank you.

Hello i need a full refund for order#***. I paid $262.38 and received an email saying that one of the item was broken during packaging and was given a partial refund of $138.07. I never received that other item and am missing money. I emailed asking for a FULL refund and claudia responded with she already did which is not true. She is confused and gives horrible customer service. She now tells me to contact USPS which i already have and redirect me to the shipper

ForeverLux.com I had placed an order December 2nd and realized that i had used the wrong address

I had placed an order December 2nd and realized that i had used the wrong address. I contacted Foreverlux and told them where the items should be delivered and of course had to pay a further delivery fee which i did. Here i am waiting and waiting up until now i have not gotten a response and would like to get back my money or the items ordered. This company cannot be contacted in any way. I really do not know how the customer service is so poor and this is a bad thing. No communication at all.

ForeverLux.com I paid $51 dollars and some change to Foreverlux for a designer fragrance

I paid $51 dollars and some change to Foreverlux for a designer fragrance. Once I received the order in the mail, I immediately opened the package to smell my new purchase. Inside the generic packaging was their Foreverlux box neatly taped. After opening the Foreverlux box, the cologne box that I ordered was inside, neatly packed and looked untouched. Once I opened the cologne box, I discovered what I ordered was not inside. Instead of the designer fragrance, there was a cheap imitation. I felt scammed. I have sent Foreverlux many emails, with pictures, and made several attempts to reach them by phone, but all I've received is one email stating they have to investigate.

This company advertises that they will response to inquiries within 24 hours which is false. My first order with the company was cancelled without my knowledge. It took 4 days for me to receive a response from the company, and it was only one sentence with little explanation. I reordered the product again. They claim that orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. This is also false. I submitted a second order on 30 Jan (Thursday) and as of Tuesday February 4, had not received any shipping information and it said my order was awaiting fulfillment. I again reached out to the company as they have already charged my credit card for the purchase but it has now been almost 2 days and they have not answered any email inquires about the status of my order. The company has no phone customer service and their "online live chat" feature is never available. Their claims amount to false advertising, as I ordered something with the intent of having it for a gift in the time frame they specified. If the company would be in contact to explain this that would be one thing, but I will be filing a claim with my credit card company shortly if this is not resolved.

The item was described as "new in box" and "unused", and the item I received instead came in a damaged box with no cellophane wrapping along with dirty fingerprints and scratches all over the bottle. I had requested a full refund of the price and I ask that I not have to ship the item back, as I am certain this company will simply re-package the item and sell it as "new" to another unlucky buyer as they did to me. Based on the consumer reviews and complaints filed here, this is not the company's first time doing this. The item was falsely advertised and sold to me at full price. Therefore I am not sure how it is me who now has to be punished to take time out of my extremely hectic work/school schedule to re-package the item, go to a post office to drop it off, and then wait an indefinite amount of time to wait for this seller (who takes weeks to respond to messages) to process my refund. Given that the item is most likely also fake due to it being opened, used, and returned, I do not feel that I need to send this item back to the seller at all. I should not be punished because of this seller sending me a dirty, used, and most likely fake product when it was their wrongdoing in the first place for advertising the product as something it was not. I am demanding a full refund for this item without having to ship back a used, fake item that will simply be sold off to the next unlucky buyer.
