Surprice Car Rentals review: Awful (Heathrow Airport franchise)

Awful, scammy, seedy franchise for Heathrow Airport. They miraculously found chunk out of a tyre on return of vehicle. I had no knowledge of this at pick up but later found a photo of the wheel arch that happened to have also recorded the prior damage. In the interim they charged for new tyre. I sent evidence 7 times to the email address they gave, rang them, no reply. Contacted through a complaints website, which informed me they had read my email...still no reply. Steer clear. They felt dodgy (a ridiculous good cop, bad cop performance between two staff when in their office, all very manipulative). Go with a company registered with a complaints body, which they are not.
