I was pleased at first when we had a live person answering the phone and they seemed helpful when asking questions and price matching Amazon. When we received the split king adjustable beds and opened them we had a problem with one. It was almost an inch different in height and corners were not square but bent. I called immediately and the guy who answered the phone said, no problem we can fix this just send pictures and we can send a new one. Nothing about needed "certain" pictures or measurements. I sent like 6 pictures with measurement that you can clearly see the size difference between the 2. This was not good enough. Faith the "supervisor" said I needed to send specific pictures. That they couldn't be measured on their side. She was not helpful at all. Even though you can clearly see the size difference they were not good enough for Faith. I asked to speak to someone who could help me and she wouldn't trasnfer me even though I was clearly upset. Faith lacks common sense to help customers who just spent 3000 dollars and she needs to take a class on customer service. Poor judgment as owners to hire her as a supervisor. I can understand if the pictures didn't show a clear quality difference but this is not the case. It was clear, she was just being difficult to the customer who is already not happy. I worried what it will be like in a year if the mattress has issues. Starting to second guess my purchase decision based on supervisor Faith and her poor customer service. I was happy to support an American made company but unsure now.
Recommendation: No sure I would recommend them based on customer service.
