I recently placed and order that was a $1 for a Dr. Suess book that I never got. Now, tonight I had $23.48 taken off of my debit card for membership whenI haven't got the first book! I'm very upset and the company is very unprofessional. There ia no way that my card should've been charged when I haven't got anything from the company at all! I want a total refund and I'll be calling Monday morning to complain and cancel any type of membership that I was supposed to have. This is ridiculious!
