Swift Express Delivery Services review: Supposed fda license needed to deliver my package

I ordered some gummies from Premium Psychedelics, they required bitcoin (first mistake)

I sent it and then got an email:

Re: Shipment #Epx0921271935CA is Held due to lack of FDA insurance Coverage fee

I emailed Swift Express Delivery Services after I got that notification asking them how would they know how to apply the payment I send to my account. A few days went by, and the responded - send money or it would cost more.

Clicked on the website and everything looked legit! So me, being a trusting person, sent the required amount of $320 after them telling me 95% my money would be refunded after my package was delivered.

So I sent the money and they again required bit coin (second mistake)

because I just wanted to get it over with.

A few days later, I got another email saying since I waited so long, another $200 bitcoin fee would be assessed. I contacted Jayceon from Premium Psychedelics and he told me I had better pay the fee. I said I just wanted my money back, and sent both Swift Express Delivery and Premium Psychedelics the proof of the transactions going through and Jayceon says that he can't refund me because Swift Express Delivery is holding the package and he did indeed send it out. I asked him if this company holding packages was typical and he said it happens sometimes not often (don't worry, I will do a write up of Premium Psychedelics after this) which is something I wish I knew before purchasing.

It looks like these two companies are in cahoots together and playing good cop bad cop.

In the end I ended up calling Swift Express Delivery and asking for my money back, and they ended up texting back. I told them I need a refund. I told them I was talking with Coinbase to get my money back (to no avail) and the response was in text "Avoid me abeg you ya" "Na wetie be all this?" "I don chop ya money?" and the rest total jibberish. I continued to call and from that number ' [protected] I got calls back with gangster rap in the background. I yelled into the phone "If you're trying to intimidate me, this is not working" and continued to call. Calls go to an answering service and then I would get calls with gangster rap and not just one but several!

THE POINT BEING - BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST BITCOIN FOR PURCHASES NO MATTER WHAT AND DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST SWIFT EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICES OR PREMIUM PSYCHADELICS!

Any suggestions are welcomed. I would love to get my money and time back, but first and foremost I want to warn people to avoid this at all costs! Learn from my mistakes and don't give these CROOKS any more of an income. Although I believe they must have more than one scam. It is sad because it discourages me from supporting small unknown businesses. This experience has ruined it for all small businesses.
