I have purchased a holiday package of 5000 AED.They have offered 17 nights holidays with 3 nights to Georgia/Azerbaijan/Turkey (all inclusive).But company is closed now and customer care not responding to calls and emails.What I came to know one of their sales representative that they have moved from Abudhabi and now doing the same scam in Oman.

It is scam, they may provide one ticket just to make people believe it and later they will run away. Afridi, Rauf, Alia, Anwar they are all liars. Its complete scam nothing more than that.
In the beginning they will reply the calls and emails, will say yes to everything. Later they wont entertain you and will stop replying emails and will change their contact number. Then they are out of reach. What proof do you want? Its scam. Send me your private email address so I can share payment receipts and contracts.

Same cheating for me also.I have tried do many times but no one answered and respond.
This is same package they offered me and finally they will tell,this offer is only for today and you can use credit card for monthly emi..my husband believed all this and he started emi with my credit card n I lost 6500 aed
We had a plan to go for umrah,so they cheated us in name of Holy umrah
They gave userid,password for access their site
They told us inform them prior 30 days before you want to visit makkah
Whenever we tried to contact them they was not answering my messages and calls
The guy who canvased on that day is keralite named Sharath,his manager named Rasool
And lady named Nancy ,no one responded after that..finally we visited office it was closed and so many family was waited near their office inside wahdah mall,at that time we realised they are scammers
Now so many company calling like you have selected n come to receive price n vouchers
And they offering hotel stays n visit many country's with some packages including breakfast,security and guards ,finally they force us to take package

Only way is to file police complaint, all the documents needs to be translated to arabic.
You have to visit police station in the morning, during working days to open a case

Hi All...I got scammed too from these guys...bought AED 9000 package last year but no services provided and later I knew that they are scammer.
It seems many people have got cheated by them and they might do the same in future.
Why can't we all file collective complaint to police together in Abu Dhabi?

In adcb main branch ..they were in grand millenium abu dhabi ...they always put their stakk in madinath zayed shopping centre nw they are in adcb main branch electra ...i can share few contacts of them ...law is not doing anything abt it i lost 1500 aed ...

I also took 15000AED package for world wide destination but after joining ,i have send frequent emails and calls but there is no response from any of the team members of Swiss travels and tourism their website is also in closed condition now I strongly believe that this company is fraud the contact details of Swiss travels and tourism (most of the UAE numbers are now switched off)

I have lost about AED 5500. I have paid the amount in EMIs, and still liable to the credit card company for few more installments. Now I realize it was a scam. Swiss Travel and Tourism (STT) was a big fraudulent company. None of the contacts are picking calls now. Sad to see too many people lost their money. I approached in 2 Police stations in Abu Dhabi, but they say, they are helpless, as I have to go Abu dhabi court to file complaint. May be a collective complaint would be effective.

Hy everyone, I am from Oman. This SWISS guys have cheated many people in here also. 12 of them i know and we have already logged a complaint against them in Public consumer Authority. It has been 2 weeks now and no updates from them even.
I heard from a friend effected by same Swiss, said that PCA has confirmed that the local sponsor of this company is also not available in Oman. Mean we have to wait and see when this local will show up in Oman.
It's really a scam as i've also lost Omr. 550.

that this team will be opening a new company in Al- khuwair this month. And they are coming back once again. The name will be fala holidays and packages.
